I have been very happy with the care provided by Dr. Hayden and her staff. The office is very clean, and everyone is friendly and professional. Her hygenists seemed to take their time and do a thorough cleaning. When I recently had a filing done, Dr. Hayden explained what she was doing and did the procedure with little discomfort to me. I’m so glad I found this practice. Their team is like a well-oiled, yet very personal, machine, from check-in to the hygienist, X-rays, consultation, & billing. Even parking is convenient. Their philosophy is to provide step by step information about the patient’s dental health and all options for treatment. It’s then entirely in the patient’s hands to decide what work to have done, when, budget costs, etc. I found this to be a unique, refreshing, respectful approach. When Dr. M. Ancona retired I was wary of a new dentist who didn’t know me or my history. And I would have to get acquainted with a new dentist and eventually new staff. It was tough as I had grown to love Dr. Ancona, trusted her and her staff. But my doubts and fears were quickly dispelled as I got to know Dr. Hayden and talked with her about my dental history. She took her time and explained procedures. The staff she has now is every bit as wonderful as Dr. Ancona’s. (And thanks Debbie for staying!) However, In discovering a crack in one of my front teeth, she told me I had to have it pulled and I said that it didn’t bother me and I wasn’t sure it needed to be pulled. I insisted that it was fine or I that I was in denial. She said, “you’re in denial, ” but went on to really explain the reasons she felt that way. So I thought, “OK, I’ll go to the periodontist and have this surgery.” Well, during iv sedation the periodontist (that also said I had a crack in the tooth) decided NOT to pull it. He said that the crack was superficial and didn’t extend into the root. So here was a man of ethics and integrity for he could have easily pulled it and made himself an extra $3000. I think Dr. Hayden did what she thought was best by referring me to the periodontist but what I have learned is that even the best dentists need to confer with their peers. Even the best dentists aren’t always correct in their diagnosis. I’m glad this situation has been resolved and hopefully, this tooth will be with me for a long long time

It’s been years since I felt comfortable smiling for photos, but not anymore thanks to my new Hayden family. The team is experienced and show a well loved passion for their work. Every employee here is amazing. Makayla and Dr. Hayden were extremely thorough on what they were doing as they did the cleaning/exam. Dr. Hayden have really informative information on any questions I had and took the time to even examine the source of my jaw pain/headaches. She’s so nice and makes you feel like she cares about you and your health. Makayla was incredible as a hygienist. I was apparently her first new patient and she took the time to explain what she was doing and why. This was probably the most amazing dental exam I’ve had in my life. My old office didn’t even keep up with their X-rays (which I found out how overdue I was at this office) and they didn’t seem to explain much or listen to my concerns. I first visited Dr. Hayden because I was worried about the cosmetics of my front tooth (hit it on the ice as a kid, had a root canal 10 years ago, and now it is getting very dark). Dr. Hayden did not tell me what I wanted to hear, and that is exactly why I will keep coming back. She walked through all of my options with me and broke it down into steps in a way that was not overwhelming. I have visited 3 other dentists in the past year and I have had various procedures (with high costs) recommended. Dr. Hayden gave me a choice, while also urging me to focus on my health rather than only appearance. Our awesome pediatric dentist retired so we figured we’d transfer the kids to our dentist. Unfortunately, he also retired shortly after. One of my children is high anxiety and ended up needing substantial dental work following braces removal. I put out the “Mom call” via social media for a dentist who would be great with all ages of children and adults, patient with anxiety and great at dentistry. Dr. Hayden was recommended by a neighbor in similar shoes as mine. My anxiety child is totally relaxed here and my 9 year old actually told me, “I like it here”, in the middle of his appointment. I simply adore Dr. Hayden. She is, hands down, the absolutely best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve spent years bouncing around from dentist to dentist, completely unsatisfied. She never pressures you into any treatment and listens to your concerns. I had several cosmetic issues I wanted corrected and a number of dentists throughout the years rolled their eyes at me like I was being so superficial. After getting my braces off over 10 years ago, I had number of yellow stains on my teeth that were very bothersome to me. Two previous dentists told me there was nothing I could do and I should have flossed better as a young teenager. The damage was done and I was stuck with these stains. Dr. Hayden was the first dentist who was willing to help, and not only that but she explained how simple it was to correct the problem (honestly, it took her 30 minutes). I’ve also had a problem with Novocaine wearing off on my upper row of teeth. Other dentists acted like I was faking the pain I was feeling. Dr. Hayden explained that it’s not uncommon for some patients to metabolize the Novocaine faster than others. Whenever I’m in a procedure with her, she always checks on my comfort level and administers more Novocaine before the pain sets in. I liked her so much that I brought my four year old in to see her and he actually likes the dentist! Can you believe it? Also, when you refer a new patient, you get a set of professional grade teeth bleach for free! They are awesome! All of her bleaching procedures are done at cost and are shockingly inexpensive. Thanks to Dr. Hayden, I’m no longer afraid of the dentist and I’ll be a patient with her until she retires!
