Best dentist experience yet. Just moved to Pittsburgh 2 months ago and had a chip in my front tooth. looked online for dentist reviews and Dr. Hayner has tons of 5 star reviews… For a reason. Staff was friendly and was able to fit me in the morning after I called to make my appointment. Dental Hygienists were very friendly, office and utensils were clean and they explained everything they were doing as they did it. Dr. Hayner himself is a great guy, he fixed the chip in my tooth in a matter of minutes, and it looks perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. I’d recommend him to anyone in the Pittsburgh area looking for a good dentist.

Dr. Hayner’s office was amazing. I was experiencing severe tooth pain and swelling. A friend recommended Dr. Hayner. I couldn’t be happier. Their care and follow up was phenomenal. He took me the morning that I first recognized that there was a problem. He followed up the next morning. When I I responded that the swelling was greater, he immediately referred me to an oral surgeon that takes our insurance and made the appointment for me. That oral surgeon was straight forward and worked with me on payment and suggestions. I 100% advise anyone looking for an amazing dentist to see Dr. Hayner. He and his staff are the best.

My husband hates going to the dentist, which is why he hasn’t gone in years. Recently, however, he began having severe tooth pain towards the back of his mouth. We searched for a nearby dentist and found Dr. Hayner. Thank God we did! From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, the service was great. My husband ended up needing a root canal and two cavities filled, which spanned 3 appointments. Each appointment was quick, painless, and the dentist and staff were funny as hell (my husband’s words haha). Best experience he’s ever had!!

Starting with the office itself- they have comfortable seating. Flat screen tv’s are hooked up over chair to give you something to watch if you’d like. Staff- Very friendly and want to make you feel comfortable. They are incredible when it comes to re-scheduling appointments and seeing you as soon as possible when there’s an emergency. Dr. Hayner himself so very friendly, personable and in general makes an experience that I normally don’t look forward to, an anxiety free one! If you have an early morning appointment, they normally get you in an out in 25minutes, they are so fast! There schedule and location is perfect, because I work downtown so I can be in and out either before work or on lunch.

Moved from another state and hadn’t been to see a dentist in almost two years so I was a little nervous about my dental health. Dr. Hayner’s team put me at ease, they told me no problem and got me in for a cleaning as soon as possible. They offer 7:40 appointments which allows me to still get into work at a decent time. The office is clean and in a great location, and I had an extremely positive experience. Scheduled an appointment to go back in for an invasalign consultation, something I’ve always considered but never had someone who was able to sit me down and explain it well without feeling like I was being sold a product.

I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile.. I might have been 16 my last visit. I was feeling some sensitivity while eating sweets and figured i probably had 10+ cavities. Once again, I trusted Yelp and used it to search a dentist (as well as my insurance’s in-network providers) That is how i found this office. The receptionist Rebecca is so sweet! She scheduled me an appointment within a week and was able to get me into an early appointment. She greeted me kindly this morning. The dental tech, Jill, was so kind and made my appointment less scary. After the cleaning and a check up from Jill, Dr Hayner came in to look over my teeth as well and confirmed the cavities. He suggested that I have my wisdom teeth taken out since they are difficult for anyone to keep clean and I have a cavity on one. Rebecca was able to schedule my cavity fillings asap & I’m counting down the next 6 months for Jill to clean my teeth again. They felt fabulous all day! I left with a new toothbrush, Sensodyne toothpaste to help with my sensitivity & a smile (whiter than before the cleaning). Who would’ve thought since I came in shaking in my knees.

Hats off to dr hayner and his team for really focussing on curing me in my time of deep need rather than focusing on the economics or the logistics of things. I was visiting Pittsburgh and was in deep pain due to an issue. Dr hayner contacted me and was kind enough to look at a picture to begin diagnose and then fit me in the very next morning. His office was clean and organized and everyone I met was a thorough professional. Very thankful- and very seriously considering coming back for a regular cleaning session. Thanks dr. Hayner

I have been seeing Dr. Hayner for what seems like eons now. He is the best dentist I have ever had. He goes out of his way to make your visit comfortable and is personable! We always spend just a few moments chatting about life. My kids adore him and his hygienist Jill. They love going to his office. I wouldn’t trust my teeth to anyone else UNLESS they were Dr. Hayner’s dentist. You cannot go wrong with him!

I just dropped off my invisalign retainer here because they offer to clean it in their industrial strength cleaner whenever I need them to, and it made me think how much I appreciate this office. The staff is super friendly and Jill, who has been cleaning my teeth for 20 years now, is thorough, quick and really cares about her patients. Dr. Hayner himself, is equally quick and thorough and happy to make sure your teeth are as perfect as can be. The massage chair/ TV monitors in all the rooms are a definite perk, but the whole staff is what makes this place great. Located downtown, it is super convenient to get your teeth cleaned or a cavity filled in a half hour during lunch, and you always leave with a bunch of oral B goodies. Going back to this dentist office was one of the best things about moving back to the burgh for me!

I was in town on business and experiencing pain after having dental work back home. I walked in to Dr. Hayner’s office with no appointment and no idea what it would entail or cost to have my problem fixed. Rebecca the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and I was seen immediately. The hygienist was also friendly and efficient. I was even pleasantly surprised by the massaging chair! Dr. Hayner was one of the most friendly dentists I’ve ever met, he listened patiently and I felt like I was important, not just a rush job to be done. He explained everything he was doing and thankfully it was an easy fix. He expertly addressed the issue and I was pain-free instantly. He hardly charged me for his time. My the entire experience with Dr. Hayner was a pleasant one – he asked about my profession and gave me great tips about the city and site-seeing. I wish his dental practice was in my hometown! I’d definitely go there again and highly recommend him to anyone in the Pittsburgh area.
