don’t know why my review is keep getting deleted!  !!! went for the routine check up and cleaning, love the staff! from the front desk to the assistants to the hygienist to the dr. park, everyone is so lovely and friendly.  i was in and out less than 30min. in addition, you can watch hulu plus or listen to pandora, so it helps me to calm down for someone who has major anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist. (they always ask me how i am doing throughout the procedure.) if you are in the west side of 405 fwy and looking for a friendly and skilled dentist, it’s worth checking out! this is only few places i travel to the west of 405 fwy, despite i am work and play downtown says a lot!

Excellent care and quality. While under Dr. Park’s care, I have seen GREAT improvement in the look and health of my smile! On top of that they have to be the friendliest and most welcoming staff. I highly recommend Dr. Park’s practice.

Honest. concise and takes great effort to make sure the patient is comfortable.  I hope she practices forever as she is my dentist for life.  Office staff were wonderful and they do not make it seem that money is their primary concern which is what all other dentist I have gone to did.   I will gladly pay Doctor Park! She is just fabulous!

I highly recommend Dr. Park! Dr. Park and her staff are very friendly and professional. I called for a general check-up and cleaning, and got an appointment the same day. Though I went in for a cleaning, I ended up having a cavity that needed to be filled. Dr. Park  had time and filled the cavity right on the spot!  She was very gentle (yet thorough) and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain each step of the way. The office assistant was extremely nice and explained my insurance benefits thoroughly. She came in to the exam room and told me what exactly would be covered by my insurance and how much the estimate would be before Dr. Park got started. I really appreciate this, as sometimes, you never know what the various procedures cost (especially when you go in expecting to just have a cleaning). The dental assistant was also very gentle and kind, making sure that I was comfortable at all times. Again, very friendly and professional…. that goes a long way these days. Dr. Park and her staff know how to treat a patient!

This is the GO TO dentist . I’m very specific about how my smile looks and Dr. Heidi Park did a perfect job on my teeth. I have gone to many places for a consultation but this place stuck out ! As you see in my before photo my teeth were dark and I had a chip on the front tooth. In my after photo there’s a crazy difference in the appearance of my teeth. I will 110% recommend Dr. Park to family and friends. Stacey was a great dental assistant as well !

My dad is an orthodontist, so I’m incredibly picky when it comes to the people that are taking care of my teeth. I had been looking for a dentist in the LA area and was nervous as it was the first time that I would be going to someone that was not from my hometown (or one of my dad’s friends!). Dr. Park made me feel incredibly comfortable. After my cleaning at her office (which was great and unbelievably thorough), I scheduled an appointment to get some additional dental work performed. I subsequently changed my mind and decided at my appointment to wait on the additional procedures. Not once did Dr. Park ever make me feel pressured to do anything that I didn’t want to do. She was so understanding and knowledgeable and talked me through all of my options. I asked if she could email me my x-rays and pictures and they did that IN my appointment (lightning fast) so that I could share with my dad. Other things that I particularly liked about this office 1) Timely appointment slots – I’ve had 2 appointments and never had to wait past my appointment time which is amazing especially during the work week 2) Well-explained benefits – The office is SO good at explaining what insurance does and does not cover (with printed out treatment plans). It was always transparent to me. I’m glad I’ve found my new LA dentist!

Like most people, I probably don’t go to the dentist enough. If you’re anything like me, you’ll have wished you had a few months earlier though, but that’s worries about something I can’t change. What do I have the ability to choose right now? To brush my teeth, floss, and Heidi Park. Ok ok, cheesy, but read on to see why. 1. Patience. Dr. Park and most of the staff seemed to really care to not only present my options but make sure I understood them, explain each charge, which portions my insurance paid and I paid, and what the pros/cons of each would be so I could make the best decisions possible under the circumstances. They also made sure to try and stay cost effective for me, which is extremely appreciated. 2. Friendliness. It’s not overboard, asking me questions while I stretch my mouth open and can’t talk, but it’s pleasant. They also play Hulu or whatever during procedures if you’d like, with headphones. 3. Care. I really appreciate that Dr. Park personally calls after a procedure – reading other reviews, it wasn’t just for me, either. It was a simple follow-up asking how I was and reminding me to be careful eating or drinking while my mouth & tongue were still numb. It only takes a minute or two, but really shows her going above and beyond. For whatever it’s worthy, I shot of an email to a dentist friend asking what he thought of the diagnosis and cost. My particular situation was obviously medically necessary (I had broken a molar and had accidentally eaten part of it, yay?), but my friend confirmed that my presented options were in line with what was appropriate for the situation, and that the costs were reasonable. In short, you can trust Dr. Park. I have a Delta PPO if that matters to you, though she probably accepts other insurances too. The office building is nice and the office itself clean and modern.

Dr. Park’s bedside manner is just as excellent as her technical skills. I’ve been to many other DDS’ in Bev  Hills etc. because, I personally hate the dentist and couldn’t find someone right but, she’s my favorite. I’m so glad I found her office! Not only is she personally attentive and genuinely caring to every detail but also her staff is supportive, competent, friendly, and courteous. PLUS POINTS: her office offers music, wifi, and Hulu to enhance your experience and distract you from your worries.

The staff were really friendly and I have nice things to say about everyone: The dental hygienist was so friendly and thorough. Dr. Park took a personal interest in me and established good rapport upon our initial visit. The staff at the front desk were also really friendly and nice. I really appreciated that Dr. Park gave me the option to watch movies and listen to music during routine cavity drilling. I have never had the option to listen to classical music while getting my teeth drilled before, and the music really helped me stay relaxed. She said that I might have a little pain for a few days after the procedure, but I have not had any pain at all. Overall, I have positive things to say about this experience. Thanks again to the staff, for being so welcoming and friendly.

I am always a little apprehensive about going to the dentist but actually had an enjoyable experience. I’ve never had a dental procedure where I haven’t felt an ounce of pain until my visit with Dr. Park. She is extremely gentle and would recommend her if you’re a little uneasy about the dentist.

Staff is wonderful, and Dr. Park herself is both friendly and highly knowledgable. Every experience has been calm, straightforward, and simple, and every treatment has yielded great results. My teeth have never been in better shape (she’s done a lot of work on me!). Best dentist I’ve ever been to, hands down.

My first review of anything ever! I was compelled to write after reading the review from Mebot B.   I have always hated going to the dentist. I get very anxious for days before the appointment. My last dentist was also very nice but that in itself does not make for an enjoyable trip to the dentist. I have gone to at least 10 different dentist in 46 years and have never enjoyed the experience until I went to Dr. Heidi Park’s practice. This fact has been mentioned by everyone else on here so I wanted to continue on to talk about how professional she was. Dr. Park’s professionalism is what eased my nerves more than the episodes of Modern Family that I watched during the procedure (I was laughing while getting a new filling) – or the very friendly staff. Her equipment is top of the line and she explains everything to you and answers  every question. She seemed to understand how I was feeling and helped me understand the procedures she was about to perform. I felt completely at ease until I saw the needle. She saw that I was nervous and explained that she will numb the surface first so that I would not feel anything. Again I began to relax and trust my dentist (perhaps for the first time in my life).  She also helped me understand my insurance coverage so that I could make a decision of when to continue. Dr. Park is as knowledgeable and professional as the best of them but what makes her better is her understanding that we all hate the dentist and her commitment to change that.

I recently moved to the west side area and looking for a new dentist. My co-worker recommended Dr. Park as my new dentist. I got to admit going into a new office is a bit scary. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable!!! Her staff was very helpful and freindly! The office was so beautiful and filled with high tech state of the art equipment. I actually need some fillings to be replaced =/. The procedure went very easy for me! She was gentle and quick! The best thing I enjoy was that she was able to provided me with some headphones so i can watch my favorite show!!!! I’ve never been so comfortable in a dental chair! She is the best! SHE’S PAIN-FREE AND VERY FRIENDLY!!!

Clean office and treatment areas. I liked all the technology and imaging – I did not have that with any other dentist previously. Staff was super friendly and Dr. Park spent time answering my questions and helping me find a solution.

I rarely leave reviews/comments but when you meet someone like Dr. Park, I feel compelled to do so. If you want a dentist who’s not only expert in her work (with the latest technology) but is also the most gracious, patient, and empathetic dentist around, you will want to see Dr. Park. I have a close relative who’s a very good dentist, but I choose to go to Dr. Park because she is that much better both technically and personally. Thank you Dr. Park!

So impressed by Dr. Heidi Park and her office staff. She was so knowledgeable and personable. She made my daughter feel at ease. She clearly explained all aspects and options of the treatment to my daughter and I. We highly recommend Dr. Heidi Park to everyone who is seeking a great dentist.

I went to Dr Park for the first time today and WHAT A RELIEF!!!! FINALLY an Honest dentist in LA that doesn’t conduct their office like a Used Car Salesperson. Dr Park was kind, personable, and smart. I went to her for a 2nd opinion after getting a very aggressive and expensive treatment plan from Pearl Dental Care. She debunked most of their prescriptions and laid out the realistic treatments that I was going to need now , and things that we would continue to monitor down the road. I recommend her to anyone.

Yeah, all the 5 start reviews are warranted. I have had really bad luck with dentists over the years. (See my review of a dentist in Glendale) My issue was, dentist , like a lot of doctors, don’t listen to the patients concerns. I explained to Dr Park that I don’t get numb from the typical dosage of anesthesia. I explained that my research led to the findings that  local anesthetic resistance is a rare condition that’s so poorly researched that many medical professionals refuse to acknowledge that it’s even real. Dr Park acknowledged my concern and administered a 2nd and 3rd dose. It was really necessary as I knew my gums were not numb after the first dose. I am so thankful that I found this dentist. Dr Park and her staff demonstrated compassion and concern.

I recently had to find a new dentist after moving to this area and after obsessing over online reviews and doing my best to follow my gut (work in progress) decided to see Dr. Park. She is fantastic! My husband and I have both had dental work by her and she is always thorough, kind and makes sure you aren’t squirming in the chair. I don’t feel like ‘just another patient’ when I am there. Plus, TVs. Recommend!

This review is overdue. I have massive anxiety when it comes to getting dental work and Dr Park really helped me manage my anxiety and get through it. Another dentist pointed out an issue with a crown she installed. I think whether it needed to be replaced was debatable, but as soon as I emailed Dr Park (more than 2 years after she did the crown) she emailed me back saying she would take a look at it. She ended replacing it at no cost. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Park.

Absolutely priceless service and comfort. I’m extremely anxious about all dental work, and tried a dentist in Westwood that I was incredibly unhappy with. After looking online I found Dr. Park’s Brentwood location. Dr. Park is so nice and considerate of my needs. I’ve had a variety of work done at the office, including procedures that were new and nerve-wracking for me like getting a crown. Dr. Park and her staff helped me through everything, and were super attentive to my concerns. With the combination of careful attention, patience, anesthetic and nitrous oxide, I can now handle procedures that would have normally sent me running before. Even the small comfort of watching TV in the dental chair before procedures helps immensely! All of the staff here is helpful and understanding, so even routine cleanings or scheduling an appointment via phone is a breeze. I especially appreciate Dr. Park’s post-procedure phone calls to check up on my condition. She really goes the extra mile with patients. I’ll be relocating soon and I’m extremely sad about losing such a reliable dental office!

I liked Dr. Park and her staff. They were professional and pleasant. What I didn’t like and didn’t know is the cost of parking in the building. It’s outrageous, in my opinion. I paid $27 for two hours. No validations offered.
