I love love love Dr. Z. She knows I get very anxious with dental visits and she works with me she tells me step-by-step what she is doing and very very patient with me. I followed her from her previous dental office to this one because I love the way she makes me feel so comfortable. her staff is very friendly and polite always. I would definitely recommend her for any of your dental needs.

Absolutely fantastic wide range of dental services! From my first visit to Dr. Susanna Zilberman dental clinic I felt that my braving into dental office during pandemic wasn’t as scary and risky as I would have imagine. I have to add my review because I am so pleased with the professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Zilberman and her office during these trying times. They are completely organized and sanitized, and have designed a working protocol that protects both patient and dental personnel from spread of any virus. On top of that, they can still perform top notch dental service. It’s quite impressive! I am really thankful that they opened and managed to fix my dental emergency in this climate. They went way above and beyond in providing incredible service! Thank you.

Dr. Zilberman’s office staff is friendly and happy to answer questions about fees and appointment availability. The hygienists are absolutely wonderful. I got the best cleaning ever. They are engaging, but know better than to talk constantly. Dr. Zilberman is extremely knowledgeable and makes the complicated, simple. I couldn’t be a happier patient.

I have never reviewed a dentist before, but that is how good Dr. Susanna Zilberman is. I went in for my first visit last week to get x-rays and a cleaning. After having her dental assistant, who was very friendly, courteous, and professional take all of my x-rays, she greeted me and personally cleaned my teeth. Her assistant was great too. First time I have ever had partial mouth x-rays where I didn’t gag in the process from the assistant shoving the probe too far back. Dr. Susanna checked all my x-rays and gave me advice on all of the things she noticed. She was very astute and could determine much of my dental history without me having to tell her. Very professional, I have recommended her to my girlfriend already and would for anyone else in the area.

Hi everyone!! I am relating to you regarding my dental experience at the office of Dr. S. Zilberman. I highly recommend her and her staff. Dr. Zilberman is very kind, knowledgeable, informative, patience. The work she did on my teeth was 1/15/2020. I had several extractions and replacement teeth the same day. My teeth are Beautiful and there was no pain involved during the process or afterwards. If you are in need of a very good dentist, I recommend her. She is located in the Heights, very clean office, and staff and free parking.

Dr. Zilberman was my dentist about 5 years ago. Shen then started her own business too far from me. Since then I’ve never had a dentist as good as her and am considering driving the extra time because her care, detail, and professional service were exceptional!

I cannot say enough positives about Dr. Zilberman and her staff. Everyone was friendly and the office was clean. They were very well prepared for patients during the Covid crisis. I felt comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Zilberman was very professional and capable. I look forward to seeing her and her staff again, and this is the first time I’ve felt like that after leaving the dentist office.

Dr Zilberman is fantastic. Her staff is amazing as well. The hygienist Kimmie does a great job, very thorough and very courteous. The front desk (sorry her name slips my tongue) person is also very professional and courteous. One of the things I feel that separates this office from others is they truly feel like a team. They are all well informed about me, my profile. CV-19 feedback: Dr Zilberman and staff are taking this seriously. The pre-arrival text to announce your arrival is way to minimize patient contact. The pre-arrival questionnaire and waiver makes for a near complete contactless appointment. The only thing I touched was a small cup of mouthwash. The entire office takes great care and concern for patients and staff. The office was pretty busy so their patient contact is high. They wear appropriate PPE and have air purifiers in each cubical as well as at the desk. The nominal addition fee is well worth my safety and theirs. Great job I say! For those who don’t have insurance, Dr Zilberman offers an in-house office plan that I took advantage of last year. It’s fantastic and well worth the value. I now have insurance. I’ve never felt like I’m just more $$. Very straight forward with my dental plan. I’ll be moving forward with my next procedure. I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of (or pressured) with unnecessary procedures. My family will be making an appointment very soon. I highly recommend Dr Zilberman to everyone!
