We have been going to Helotes Family Dentistry for going on 5 years for routine cleanings and have always had a great experience! From the front desk staff to the Doctors – we are always treated nicely! Everyone knows us by name and they make us feel at home. We recently learned that our oldest daughter needs some orthodontic procedures and were referred to other Orthodontists for some opinions. WOW! I am blown away by the effort and expertise Dr. Brigman has given the situation! He made sure that we met with more than one Orthodontist, he reviewed each treatment plan proposed and together with the others came up with the BEST treatment plan for our child! This is not obviously a “one-size-fits-all” situation – every mouth is different and instead of rushing the process, he took time out of his practice, his family and his personal time to help guide us through the treatment plan options. I cannot say enough great things!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you DR BRIGMAN AND HELOTES FAMILY DENTISTRY! We are so glad you are in our community and you are here for our family!

This is by far the best dentistry in San Antonio area that I have been at. Dentistry should not be something that you’re scared of, anxious about, it should be a gentle and pleasant experience. And that’s what I experience every time . I give Helotes family dentistry a 100 out of 100. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Bergman and his staff. I want to preface this by saying I did not grow up in San Antonio and I’m deathly terrified of visiting a dentist.  The entire staff at this location made me feel welcome, comfortable, and restored my faith in this profession.  I ended up busting an old filling and part of a tooth on a Wednesday evening.  I called Thursday morning and they fit me in later that day due to a cancellation (which is obviously an extenuating circumstance).  Nonetheless, the team did not judge me or my situation – in fact, the two young ladies at the reception desk were kind and relatable.  While Dr. Bingham was fantastic, I have to commend his assistant as she made me laugh and made the process seamless.  I could not believe they fit me for a crown, printed it, and applied it all in one sitting.  Serious kudos to this staff – I will be recommending this office to my corporate office as a go-to.  Thank you for the professionalism and expertise.

I did not go to the dentist for a long time because of a bad experience I had in another city, and lost faith in dentists. I knew I had to go to the dentist it had been way to long, so I took a chance on Helotes Family Dentistry and I was not disappointed. They were all friendly, helpful and professional it renewed my faith in dentists again. They did a great job on my cleaning and the work I had to get done. Thank you for everything.

This is the first time I go to Helotes Family Dentistry, and I can say they treated me with respect and patience. They concentrate on looking for the best solution to my dental problem. Everyone, Sarah in the front desk, Jessica, Dr. Brigman and Patti, were very professional. I definitely will go back to them.

I will only go to Dr. Brigman for dental needs. The staff makes sure to know their patients and give them personalized individual help. Staff knows I’m particular and picky with needs and they always make it work. Sarah at front desk is also quick to get appointments set up and they never keep me waiting which is a big deal for me. Financial billing person also quick to address any of my issues with insurance. All the staff is on top of their game!

I have been a patient at Helotes Family Dentistry for almost eight years. I have never had a bad experience here and no longer fear going to the dentist. My previous experiences with dentists around the country were often horrific, so I’m a recovering coward when it comes to dental care. The staff at HFD are amazing! Everyone is so friendly, caring and professional. Having an amazing dental office for my family is a great blessing!

Had the best experience with a very professional staff and Doctor. Had my first visit and I admit I hesitate to go to the dentist. Dr Brigman and Marisol were very professional and made me feel at ease and kept me well informed with what was being done. I have a new dentist office now – Helotes Family Dentistry!

I highly recommend Helotes Family Dentistry. Who likes going to the dentist? No one. But Dr. Bregman is a cool guy, and his offices have crazy technology so I usually look forward to it. He has LCD screens above each patient chair that either show nice calming scenery, a movie (to distract kiddos) and is also used to show your xrays instead of looking at negatives on a light box. You sign in on a computer, and almost everything you do there is automated in some way. He is like the dentist of the future!

The best customer service I’ve ever received at a Dental office. All the staff members are incredibly nice and do a very good job explaining the process and procedure. They always do their best to make sure we leave not only with a beautiful smile but very satisfied with your visit!! Patty is extremely helpful and courteous!! A+

I love this place. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Helotes Dentistry. Beginning from easy Appointment setup, including Emergencies. I’ve been treated with respect and kindness by their staff: Sarah, Patty. I am particularly happy with the patience and soft hand of Kathy, my clinician. And of course the knowledge and advice of Dr. Brigman is paramount. I would see myself going no where else for the care of my mouth. Thank You Guys. I appreciate your services.
