The Best of the Best! If you have “dentist anxiety”, this is the place for you! I came in as a new patient having relocated from San Diego where I had the best dentist ever. Having an escalated fear of dentists I searched for one who already had great reviews and was preferably a family practice. This is the place! But, you never know going in. After 2 hours and an incredible experience, I knew I found my “dentist home”. Dr. Hendricks and his staff were gentle, informative and showed real concern, asking frequently if I was comfortable, or needed a break. They are the best-of-the-best! You can’t go wrong with Hendricks Family Dentistry!

I just came in today and it was the best experience of a dentistry office that you could possibly receive. I was extremely nervous upon arriving to the office as I usually am going to the dentist. But I was very graciously welcomed and made to feel very comfortable throughout the entirety of my experience. The lady that helped me out went above and beyond my expectations!! I would highly recommend this office to anybody in need of dentistry work.

Hendricks Family Dentistry is the best. The staff is friendly, nice, and helpful. They have been taking care of my teeth, my kids’ teeth, and now my grandchildren’s teeth. They keep me happy by being preventative as well as addressing my cosmetic wants. I love Hendricks Family Dentistry. Been going there since 1988. I give them 5 stars!!!

Always friendly and professional, this practice makes you want to go to the dentist.  This is as painless as possible.  Wonderful environment for everyone from toddlers to the elderly.  Beautiful building, comfortable chairs, great pricing and even greater service.  If you are looking for a dentist to make you smile, this is the place to go.

Great experience from the moment we walk in the door. We are greeted with friendly smiles and helpful front desk staff. It was my son’s first trip to the dentist and the hygienist was great, she answered all of his questions and showed him how everything worked so that he wasn’t afraid and knew what was happening she even let him touch and feel how the tools worked to reassure him that it would not hurt. Dr Hendricks was the same way, very patient with my son and all of his questions.

If you are looking for a new Dentist near Brunswick/Medina I strongly recommend Dr. Hendricks!  Maybe the most friendly group of people you’ll meet in a clean professional environment!  I am doing the Six Month Smile and look forward to my visits which are frequent!

Normally I don’t look forward to going to the dentist but it was very different at the Hendricks Dentistry. They made my first visit there very pleasant. Everyone was so nice and helpful and truly made me feel comfortable. Everyone had such a positive and happy attitude and they really take care of you!

Wow what an experience. This dentist office breaks the stereotypes of dentist visits… It had been a while since my last cleaning and I was expecting ridicule, extra charges, anger and frustration.. What I received was exceptional customer care at every step of the process. The facility is clean, organized and well put together. The front desk staff is pleasant and professional, the dental staff from the assistant to the hygienist to the dentist are top notch professional, and focused on the experience. I’m floored at the over the top commitment to satisfaction and experience. I’ve found my family’s dental office.

So I have major dental anxiety. When I lived in Texas and then Michigan, I used to schedule my dental appointments around trips back to Ohio. Then my dentist retired. I did not go to a dentist for a few years and was recommended to Hendricks dental by a good friend of mine because the dentist I was taking my son to wanted to put him under anesthesia and do 4 fillings on baby teeth. I brought him for a second opinion and they were WONDERFUL. The previous dentist for my son basically refused to send over his x-rays, so they retook them in the office. Dr. Jamison said that he in fact didn’t need ANY fillings at all, that he should just start rinsing with fluoride mouthwash and he did not charge me for the new set of xrays or consult. I was shocked. This put me at ease enough to book my own appointment. They are so kind and thoughtful. I trust them so much that I do not have to take my anxiety medication before my appointments which is HUGE. I’ve been coming here for two years now and recommend the practice to everyone I possibly can. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I highly recommend Hendricks Dental for the entire family. The front desk and staff are always kind and courteous. Dr. Hendricks has a great bed side manner and will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Love my dentist office!

So happy my husband and I found Hendricks. We just switched this year and have gotten in quickly for new patient appointments. I feel so comfortable asking questions. Everyone explains things start to finish. It is great to feel so welcome and at ease at a new place

First visit Oct 2021 and really enjoyed my experience. Hygienists were knowledgeable and did a great job. I had a series of x-rays taken along with a check of every tooth to look for any issues. I feel like I had a very thorough exam! The office has a lot of the new technologies so you can do many of your services at the same location. Great visit!

I as the dumb 17 year old kid I am never listened to my parents as a kid about pop, specifically Moutan dew had no idea this pop would eat my teeth like it did and I had gone to dentist before and they’ve always said I’m good and I’m ok and when I got to Hendricks they showed me what was really going on I have had to have 3 extractions so far and about 9 cavities throughout my mouth that all other dentists did not see at all but they did and hendricks went above and beyond what they needed to do by showing me alternative options to extractions such as crowns, drilling (etc.) and that is so much more then what other dentists have done for me, I cannot thank hendricks enough for everything they have done for me and for everything they are doing for me

Well look no further for dentist offices.   I’ve been to a lot of places for myself and four kids and this place is by far the best.  Staff is extremely well trained and friendly.  We’ve gone for major work and the smallest of issues and were greeted with compassion and kindness and then treated by doctors who gave us first class treatment.  Most of all, they are not close to retirement so they will be around to treat us for many years to come. No need for us to look any further as stated.

I had a great dental experience. I’m embarrassed to say I hadn’t been seen in 10 yrs. they made me felt welcome, and not embarrassed. I have baby teeth and they are working with me to save them. I was worried about that. Thanks!

We transferred to Hendricks from another local practice a few years ago. I wish we would have done so sooner!!! Every person on staff, from the front desk to the dental hygienists and assistants, to the doctors are very friendly, helpful and caring! We recommend Hendricks to all our our friends and family that are in need of a family dentist.

I have been going to Hendricks for about 12 years and love it there! Everyone there is very kind, professional and compassionate! My children go there too, and actually don’t mind going to the dentist! I have always seen Dr Jamison, but the last two times I saw, their new dentist Dr Frys (spelling?) She was very nice and did a great job! I have been to a few different dentist in my life, but no other place compares! I highly recommend them!!

I have a variety of serious medical issues, and put going to the dentist on the back burner for way longer than I would like to admit. I was so nervous to go back. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the welcoming front office staff. They welcomed me with open arms. The hygienist went through all of my medical history and concerns, and cleaned my teeth without hurting me in the slightest! I appreciated the conversation we had that eased my anxiety! Dr. Hendricks researched my medical conditions to make sure he thoroughly understood the implications of my conditions. I no longer am apprehensive about the dentist now after receiving such wonderful care!!

I’ve been getting my dental care at Hedricks Family since 1976!!! That should speak for itself! Same excellence and quality care passed from one generation to the next. And a noticeable longevity of employees working there as well.

Dr. Hendricks and his staff are super nice people and I always feel confident in the services they deliver. My family has been going there for over 10 years. From the time they greet you as you walk in the door until they say goodbye as you’re leaving, they are smiling. Great group of people.
