Look no more for the BEST dental group in Manhattan! Seriously. After hours, days, and months of searching for the best dentist/dental group in Manhattan to get my cleaning and replace the temp bridge that didn’t fit anymore, BINGO! found Herald Square Dental & The Dental Center!! The hygienist was thorough and very educational about cleaning my teeth. The consult with Dr. Pasch turned up with two cavities my previous dentist didn’t find. Came back to have those filled very effortlessly by Dr. Yam. Then Dr. Pasch worked his magic taking molds of my upper and lower teeth to create the best fitting partial lower bridge I have ever had! And the best part was Dr. Pasch called me himself to make sure everything was okay with my new bridge! You don’t find that kind of professional customer care these days. I still haven’t needed an adjustment because my bridge fits perfectly. Yes, I said perfectly. And the ladies at the front desk were very helpful with the claim forms. Best dental group ever!

1st let me start by saying i have a fear of dentist. I went to see Dr Pasch for a free consultation for some dental work and he was amazing! He took his time with me expained what was going to happen how long it was going to take and answered all my questions,also promised me I was going to be happy. He and the whole staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. After 2 weeks i went back to start the work. Let me say he delivered on his promise!!!! i can’t be any happier with the outcome! Thank you Dr Pasch!!!!!!! Dr Pasch even call me later that evening to check on me to see if I was ok. Like how many dentist still do that? I just want to say Thank you a millon for the job and the support of the staff. This place is Amazing!!!!!!!!

I had required replacement upper denture and new lower one. On my first visit I had expected only a consultation and was amazed all of the work was done on the same day! As busy as the office was, Dr. Pasch took his time with me explaining what to expect in regard to healing process and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Pasch and a mention is due to his very professional assistant Ms. Fran. Now that is teamwork! Paid out of pocket and felt was not at all overcharged for work done and finished product. Had I went thru this process with my previous dentist, would have been billed much more and the process would have gone on for weeks, not one day The Herald Square office is spotless, spacious, light and airy, a very comfortable place to have dental work done.

Herald Square Dental not only changes smiles but they also change lives! From the amazing Front Desk Staff to the incredible Dr. Pasch, everyone at Herald Square Dental made me feel like a Rock Star. I had always been fearful of Dental work, but the kindness that has been shown to me at Herald Square Dental makes me actually look forward to my next visit! Thanks to Dr. Pasch and his amazing team , my confidence and my self esteem are now sky high and I feel that I am ready for anything.

Always first class. The staff is friendly and helpful. The technicians and the dentists, they treat you with care, constantly checking to make sure that everything is just the way you want it. I have been to many dental practices in my life and by far Herald Square Dental is the best. Dr. Ian Pasch is the Rembrandt of Dentistry. He is a Dentists Dentist. Dr. Pasch goes above and beyond for every patient making sure every smile is perfect.. He is Gentle, Kind, and a true professional. There are no words to express what he has done for all of his patients, except to thank God a man like Dr. Pasch exists. Fran is exceptional in all that she does to assist patients. Carl in the lab, what can I say another perfectionist in his work. I say Run don’t Walk to Herald Square Dental. I had major dental work done here and then dentures made. I had to have all but 2 of my teeth extracted as they couldn’t be saved. Dr. Song, who did the extractions, was amazingly kind, gentle and understanding. Even on days where I had 4 teeth extracted at one time, I went home with no pain nor bleeding and my gums healed rapidly. Then it came time to see Dr. Pasch, who creates the dentures. This man is a saint, really! He was also so kind and compassionate and seemed truly dedicated to helping me have a smile again. He really makes you feel confidant during the process of molding, fabricating and fittting the dentures, which by the way, and here’s the best thing about them, I had my dentures the same day. YES! I didn’t have to make multiple visits for each procedure as most other dentists do, and they don’t charge for this same day service. And my dentures fit perfectly the first time. Everything is done on the premises. The entire staff seems to embrace the atmosphere of kindness and courtesy that the doctors themselves give to you. The office is modern, very clean, conveniently located in midtown west and truly, in all my visits, I never waited more than 15 minutes to see the doctor. To find a place like this in Manhattan is like an oasis in the desert. I actually looked forward to my visits. Really, I can’t praise them enough. Find out for yourselves.

I wish Dr. Pasch, Dr. Yam and the team @HSD & the DC health, happiness and peace in the New Year. I went to their office 3 times, first to ask questions & to feel the energy of the space & the second time to see if it was consistent. The third time, I made an appointment! I’m very glad I did. I’ve been a patient here since 1985 and I look 88 years young due to their care and expertise!!! I have always recommended Drs Pasch and Shirzadnia and their team. Great hygienists too! The Dr calls me at home after procedures to see how I’m doing – who does that anymore? The dentists at Herald Square Dental do, that’s who; They are simply the best!

I have been wearing loose dentures for years and decided to go to the Denture Center to see if if they could make tighter dentures for me. I first saw Dr. Pasch who recommended that I have implants and that I have a consultation with another doctor at this office, Dr. Yam. I never considered implants but Dr. Yam explained the procedure to me carefully and made me feel comfortable with the idea. I had 3 implants placed in my lower jaw and a new set of upper and lower dentures made and I wish I had decided to have implants years ago. Now my lower dentures are tight and I don’t have to use denture glue. The implants were the best investment I ever made. Also a friend of mine had similar work done with another dentist and he paid more for only 2 implants. I would highly recommend Dr. Yam. The office is clean, very modern, and the prices are appear to be reasonable. The only negative about this office is that the waiting area can get crowded but just like restaurants I’d rather go somewhere that appears busy. A busy office must be doing something right.
