I sadly can admit I haven’t been to the dentist in about 6 years. As a kid I was traumatized and the drill  sound just freaks me out. It was time to suck it up and go on the search. Heritage Dental was the winner, and I am so relieved to have found them. Everyone was very welcoming, any questions I had they answered them, and even though I acted like a scared kid they calmed me down right away. Their facility is clean, organized, and up to date. For once in my life I can say I went to the dentist and left not in pain and/or fear.  Dr. Nguyen shows he cares for his patients, takes the time to discuss the process, and gives you options. Its a great feeling to visit a practice that radiates that they love what they do.

Came here with my wife to get some yearly dental work done. The office is brand new and very nice and elegant decoration. Once you enter the office lobby, it was very chic and modern. There is a area for the kiddos to play with the ipads. Very clean and organized lobby. Comfortable and homey. Dr Nguyen was very friendly and thorough , he took his time to explain the findings and the procedures that were needed. Xrays and and the pictures taken were shown the tv screen in the room where you sat. Pretty cool, I love visual explanations and this helped make me feel involved and apart of the decision and understanding. Pretty cool experience. My wife was very pleased with the services and we would come back again in 6 months etc.

I took my mother in law for an exam then a minor procedure followed by a cleaning. My mother in law is an extremely picky and demanding person. She said her experience at heritage was unbelievable, she loved it. From the staff to the doctor everything was excellent and she felt extremely being cared for, and attended to. The offices and rooms are spotless. I will personally be switching dentist.

Everyone that I encountered at Heritage was wonderful especially the young lady that performed my X-ray exam and deep cleaning…she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and that I was in very capable hands! I totally trusted her with the services that Heritage was providing to me,and I have another appointment there later this month. Heritage Dental has a very clean,professional,yet comfortable and trusting environment which is so important for a new patient like me! I recommend Heritage to anyone who’s looking for a great dentistry with a great staff and wonderful environment….Heritage is that dentistry.

The had a old root canal where the crown, fell off and I ate a peanut that crack my base tooth . After seeing the X-ray I knew they had to pull it. The dentist and assistant was very knowledgeable and explained to me on the procedure. Well during the procedure, my tooth busted, still the dentist was extremely thorough, he had to scrape my tooth out of my jaw. I still am amazed how he was gentle, tooth is removed. I was impressed on his out right concern for me and my well being. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the Katy/ Houston area. If you live in the area, consider yourself lucky. I would use him in my state if he was there!

This dental office is great place for my family. They offer dental for both adults and children. My family of 5 were able to come in Saturday and get our 6 month dental check up done in and out swiftly. Dr Hieu Nguyen was gentle and friendly which makes my 3 year daughter follow through his order during the entire check up. Her mouth was wide open and didnt cry while it was her first time going to the dentist. He also pulled out our 6 year old boy’s first tooth. I was impressed with Matt, the dental hygienist. I had permanent retainer and usually created problems for cleaning, yet Matt has done a very thorough clean. Other staff treated us with courtesy. Strongly recommend this place to others. Since they are just open there are also many promotions going on. Their machines are up to date and I forgot to mention that they have flat screen TV on the ceilings playing Netflix to entertain while I had my cleaning and I also think that is why my 3 and 6 years old enjoy their dentist visit

I was so impressed with my experience today at Heritage Dental. Everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  Brittany was wonderful! She was very informative and one of the best dental cleaning experiences I have ever had. I am so glad that I found Heritage Dental and will definitely being referring others. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and staff!

Went for a cleaning and found a new dentist for sure! One kid needed a filking, same day as xcleaning they did it, no come back another day. (he never even felt the shot) Other kid had wisdom teeth pulled and they did such a great job (even with his teeth given them a hard time) he didn’t even know the first one had already been pulled! Bottom ones were tough, and impacted sideways…. But they were no match for the DR! ANOTHER son has to get his done and was SO scared says,” nope, not gonna happen” After seeing his brothers out come, it has given him such an eas as what to expect and is ok for his turn now. Very clean, very nice, they have tv’s on the ceiling, pillows, blankets, and a fridge w/juice n water

I went there for removal of my wisdom tooth. The whole operation was smooth and I felt almost no pain thanks to anaesthesia. The prescription they gave also make the recovery process much easier. It’s currently 12 hours since my extraction, my clot is forming normally and I’m completely comfortable except for a few times where I need to talk. The dentist also performs amazing cleaning and X-ray. They informed me of my other tooth problems that I didn’t even suspect I have. The cost for everything is manageable even without insurance, and the cost for wisdom tooth extraction is probably the lowest you can get in Greater Houston area. Some of the dentists, however, do have some trouble with the software that the office was using. This shouldn’t affect the experience too much and this office is worth the patience. Overall a great experience, and it’s a shame that I have to move away from this area and will no longer be able to visit this dental office.
