High Desert Dental is amazing! The staff are so great with my kids – my daughter is overly enthusiastic about how much she LOVES the dentist and they humor her every time and they even manage to appease my son who admittedly HATES the dentist. They are always pleasant and easy to talk to – I think Jennifer? is our usual hygienist and she is incredible! The front desk staff is always friendly and Dr. Pottenger is really fun and personable. Highly recommend High Desert Dental!

I always have a great experience while at this dental office. They are all very kind and I never have any issues with staff or payments since they offer payment plans along with taking my insurance. They are wonderful about reminders, with 3 different options to choose from I never miss an appointment. Id like to mention that when they have cancellations, they make sure to call you to see if you would like to come in earlier. 10 out of 10 as always!

I have been going to Dr. Fetkhe for many years now and trust him a great deal. I’m grateful for his help, guidance, and the emergency root canal. He’s calm, thorough and when I was anxious about having the root canal done he explained exactly what was going to happen. It was a positive experience. I’ve been a patient at High Desert for 11 or 12 years and have nothing but rave reviews. The friendly and compassionate assistants are great but that friggin’ Dr. Fethke is like a machine. Imagine the speed of the Swedish Chef from the muppets but with blue surgical gloves, a head lamp and an assistant fixing a cavity so fast I can’t find a channel on the tv. And with no pain. No joke, best dental clinic I’ve been to.

I have been going to High Desert Dental for quite a few years and will never go anywhere else!!!!!!! Dr Fethke is always very professional and has always been there when I needed him, he has always worked with me on my payments and has never turned me away if I couldn’t afford to make a payment. I have been seeing Kim who is the best hygienist I have ever had, she is always very friendly and professional as well!!!!!!! I have always been very comfortable with her and developed a great relationship with her and will always be scheduling my appointments with her!!!!!!! My overall opinion of High Desert Dental is they are the best and would always refer anyone I know to go there!!!!!

I am very happy with the services we have received here. We were already patients in the practice, and then our 8 year old son broke his front (permanent) tooth at a play place. They took us in right away and Dr. Fethke was able to re-attach it! I was amazed. He worked really well with my son and helped him feel right at ease. Thank you very very much. You can’t even tell there was a break (and it had been a big break!).

Dr Fethke has been my dentist for 15 years and I trust him beyond belief. Any work done in my mouth was done because it was needed and not for his gain. His advice is valuable and the first person I go to for any consultations on work I think might be needed. He’s very forthcoming about work that should be done now and dentistry that can wait and be watched perhaps for a later date. I asked for an appointment to discuss oral appliances for sleep apnea vs the mouth guard he offers. Riight up front he explained that he has not been trained in the area of sleep apnea. He showed me the similarities between the two appliances and while the mouth guard literature says helps with sleep apnea he felt it best for me to check with a doctor that has expertise in this area. He then made a referral to a doctor who deals with sleep apnea. The two devices look very similar and he could have easily said the mouth guard is the way to go. But that is not his way. He wants the best for his clients.

I would highly recommend High Desert Dental. I am new to the area and did quite a bit of research on dentists before deciding to give High Desert Dental a shot. I felt welcome the moment I stepped in. The hygienist was very friendly and made me feel like I was an important patient the whole time. She was gentle yet thorough during the cleaning. The dentist was willing to listen to my concerns and took the time to make sure I was well taken care of. Thankful to find a dentist office that cares so well!

Customer service is excellent and I appreciate the education and assistance in helping me take the best care of my teeth. I always feel welcome from the moment I step in the office, I’m always greeted and sent off eith warm smiles, and they go above and beyond to ensure my mouth stays healthy. They have taken x-rays two times, free of charge to keep an eye on some areas in between my teeth to be preventive. That is excellent care!! I completely recommend High Desert Dental!

I have been to several different Dentist offices and High Desert Dental has been my favorite. The staff and the Doctors are wonderful. Dr. Fethke is straightforward and doesn’t over treat because of my dual insurance policies like the other offices I have been to. We have also taken our toddlers in for a check up and Dr. Fethke and the staff have been wonderful to our kids. A previous Dental office recommended our 2 year old have surgery to remove cavities and after taking him to Dr. Fethke for a second opinion, he didn’t even find any cavities. We are very impressed with High Desert Dental.

My daughter recently visited High Desert Dental and had a very positive experience. I started having discomfort and even though I work and live in Caldwell, I made an appointment. They were all very professional and kind. Turned out I only needed a minor adjustment so my appointment was quick and easy. It speaks to their integrity and honesty that they kept to what I needed to correct my discomfort and did not try to do anything extra or extreme.
