I managed to get in at the last minute for a root canal. They were referred to me by my regular dentist who does not do root canal‘s. They could not have been nicer from the front desk to the assistant to the dentist himself everyone was just super nice. Since root canals are not very fun to begin with I think this was probably the best it could have been. Dr. Swicord was very good to explain everything he was doing as we went along and postop instructions were were very thorough. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I had previously gone a long while without seeing a dentist and then started seeing Highland Dentistry about 2 years ago. They removed 2 of my wisdom teeth over the course of 6 months and worked hard to deep clean my teeth when I first arrived. Since then I have had no problems thanks to them. Lindsay their dental hygienist is awesome

Today was my first appointment with Highland Dentistry, and I am have to say, this was the first dental appointment I ever had that was actually enjoyable. I have serious anxiety when it comes to my teeth and I felt so comfortable. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions and took the time to explain my issues. They also explained my insurance in great detail. I am so thankful I found them and will never go to another dental office. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I used to be a dental assistant.I don’t like being the patient and know that dentists are like car salesman. I was pleasantly surprised at Highland dental .They are so wonderful. The prices are great and the service from the front reception all the way to the exit was like visiting old friends ! I have a return appointment and am so glad I went!

By far the best dentistry I’ve ever been to! Nicest staff in this world, they worked my mom in at the last minute for an emergency with her tooth..it was a Friday afternoon and they could of easily rejected here like every other place I called! (PLUS, she was a new patient) Great atmosphere. Just everything about this place completely put me in ahh! Thank you to the staff for making our experience wonderful and being so great to us!

Yet another fantastic experience at Highland Dentistry! Lydia, at the front desk, always knows my name when I come in the door, and welcomes me with a warm greeting. Kayla, my hygienist, is an excellent conversationalist (without expecting responses while I had my mouth open) and did a great job with my cleaning. I highly recommend for all dental maintenance!

I was in just yesterday and all the staff was very pleasant. However, I would like to personally thank Ashley for being the BEST dental assistant that I’ve ever had. She was very nice and made sure I was comfortable my entire visit. Even with a mask on the entire time I could tell she had a smile on her face and enjoyed her job. I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore. Thanks Ashley and the entire staff at Highland Dentistry.

We drove all the way from Tuscaloosa for second opinion with niece. I have trusted Dr. Swicord for 10 years on myself. Once again he earn my trust with her. They took excellent care of my niece!!! She has dental anxiety and panics. Not only are they very professional but genuinely kind people. My niece said they explained every step prior and made her feel so comfortable. I will drive any distance for excellences!!!
