This is an excellent Dentist and Dental office team.  I had two major issues with my teeth that needed attention and had been looking for a good Dentist for awhile.  Saw the 5 Star reviews on Dr. Chiu and decided to give him and his office a try.   GLAD I DID.  He and his team are very professional, friendly, patient and very good at what they do.  I would highly recommend Dr. Chiu.

I switched to this dental office because Western dental SUCKS! I booked with family dental only a week after my kids appointments at western dental. Western dental is an insurance fraud! They bill you for things they have not done!!! Family dental took care of my girls and did everything they needed done that day and booked us for our next appointment! Great customer service!!!

When we walked in we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately. There wasn’t a moment that I felt like a “number”. They treated me and my grandson (the patient) with care and respect during the examination and consultation, and explained the details. My grandson said it didn’t even hurt! We will come back here definitely! Thank you, Highland Family Dentistry.

Its a great office the sraff are extemly feiendly. The office is very neat and clean. Dr. Chui is very patient consently insurimg there is no pain or discomfort. Alma at the desk is always there to remind me of my appointments and is great at following up in sending me texts or emails. The office has always worked with me regrading payment options. I recently moved and drive about an hour to get there, but what can i say other than i love the place. Highly recommend if you need dental work or just regular check ups amd cleanings.

I’m absolutely happy I made the decision to come here. I am a new patient. I went with worry from the last experience I had from the dentist I had visited prior to coming to Highland Family Dentistry. Dr. Chiu is amazing. He not only got straight to the problem he was very compassionate and honest. He explains what he’s doing and he is gentle. The dentist gives me anxiety so they offered happy gas as I call it. I’ve never been more relaxed in the chair. Daniel his assistant made the experience fun, he was a great guy. He Dr. Chiu make a great team. Sergio was also very honest and understanding. The employees here are great in general I highly recommend this dental office! I am returning soon for more work and I’m glad I’ve put my trust in Dr. Chiu and his employees they truly are great!

I have been a patient for several years and the staff is great. I am always greeted by Alma with a big smile. Dr. Chui takes pride in his work and is always making sure that comfort is a priority when working on my teeth. They are the reason I keep going back. Its wonderful to see that they believe in good Customer Service! You guys are AWESOME!!!!

For years I’ve been terrified of going to the dentist. I finally worked up the courage to actually go. I decided on this facility after seeing good reviews. I am so glad I pushed myself to go, I had a very good experience here so far. Way better than I was expecting. Dr.Chiu was so attentive and everyone is so friendly. I liked how they communicated my dental problems, solutions, and the plan. Plus they got started right away! Would totally recommend.

HFD is a great dental office.  Dr. Chiu is one of the best Dentist that I know.  Very patience and caring when performing procedures.  Office staffs are always friendly and follow-up with appointments.  The office is always clean and orderly.  My wife, my 2.5-year-old daughter, and myself all go to HFD for dental works and annual check-ups/cleaning.  Even after we moved 30+ miles away, we make the time to come back to HFD because it is hard to find a good, caring, and honest Dentist nowadays.

I went in with major toothache the staff was caring, patient and friendly. I was so nervous due to I hate going to the dentist. The dentist and staff were amazing .. I had my tooth pulled, I experience no pain , the doctor has great hands. Definitely making him my regular dentist.

I love it here, their environment is very warm and welcoming which is rare to find for Dentistry. The staff are all very kind and its just a nice fit for people of all ages. I got my wisdom teeth taken out here, and i had barely any swelling compared to the cliche swollen cheeks you get from the procedure. The head dentist is so great. This place is just really nice and i recommend it to all my friends and peers.

First time here and when I called, we got in same day for a wisdom extraction. Absolutely love the staff and the service they provide. Very professional and family friendly. Entire place is spotless and tidy. It’s simply amazing how well Dr. Chiu, Alma and Sergio work together. We were well informed and felt safe during the entire process. In and out little over an hour with no pain during the extraction. Dr. Chiu is incredible in what he does. This will be our primary dentist for our family.

Highly recommend this dentist. It’s been a while since I last visited a dentist and when I got a bad toothache and I found this place close to home after doing some research I decided to go. Best choice I made he is very professional and staff is very friendly. And best of all no more pain!

My first visit yesterday was an emergency appt with Dr Wayne Chiu for some pain and sensitivity I had been having on my tooth. They took care of me as soon as I walked in the door, I ended up needing a root canal. The Dr was gentle and always made sure I was comfortable and out of pain and that I understood what was happening at any moment. He finished the procedure in good time. And I’m in no more pain now, not even much “recovery pain” just some typical swelling. I highly recommend Highland Family Dentistry, I’m for sure bringing my family in as regulars. And as for the other staff they were all really nice and informative from the receptionist to dental assistants and I saw they all work as a team.

Best dentist experience I’ve had. The offices and station are clean and the staff goes as far as to clean the chairs before use. The receptionists are kind, curdious and above all, extremely helpful. Insuring you understand each and every step before taking it. The doctor was focused on his craft, careful, and insured that the experience was as painless as possible, which was so painless, I could have drifted into sleep. Not sure how price compares to other denstist but if you find it expensive, well you get what you paid for and if it seems cheap then you struck gold. As for me, a $3000 job was dropped down to way below a grand, after working with my insurance. Then was put into affordable and interest free payments. Well worth a 5 stars, high recommendation rating.
