From the moment you walk in the door, the employees are delightful, courteous and caring. They took great care of me and really put me at ease. It had been years since my last dental check, but they were so good to me at Highland Hills that I am now excited about my dental care!

Highland hills dental center is a great facility. The staff is very nice and attentive and the doctor is genuine. They offer great financial advice and walk you through it so you can make a good desicion. I feel comfortable with their services and recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.

This office is phenomenal. The front desk staff was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. The dental assistant was very efficient and patient centric, and the dentist gave a full explanation of the issue I was dealing with, with both short and long term treatment options. As a healthcare provider, I am so impressed with this office and plan to be a long term patient and refer all of my friends. Great to see such a dedicated team on the South Side serving the community!

Can’t say I love going to the dentist, but after going here I can definitely say I don’t hate going to the dentist. Everyone is helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. When asking questions they, everyone from the front desk to nurses would have an answer or get an answer when called. I will definitely go back to this dentist when I need to go back.

Always friendly and interested in you as a person, not just as a customer. Services are provided in an efficient and professional manner. There’s never any pushing for unnecessary services to squeeze extra money out of you. They are first and foremost interested in your health. One unique thing is the staff is both knowledgeable and resourceful regarding health insurance coverage which seems to be an ongoing problem in other medical offices, dental or otherwise. Dr. Escarsega is caring, very professional, and even fun. Sometimes he sings along with the piped-in music. That’s right, folks – a fun dentist! Who knew? If you’re the type who dreads going to the dentist, this is the place for you.

I’ve been trying different dentists in the area because I had moved. I’ve been disappointed with every other dentist office EXCEPT this one. I finally found a good dental office! Their office is super clean and nicely decorated. They are prompt and professional. They are automated. They have up-to-date dental equipment, which is awesome. I will definitely go back! Their prices are fair. Everyone including the dentist are friendly and professional. They respect your time.

I have severe anxiety from my time in the military. Not to mention dental work has always been very painful and included a lot of botched surgeries for me. I had a root canal done in Mexico because it was way cheaper ($450 for the root canal AND gold crown) and it ended up severely infected and the tooth split in two as well so I ended up at their emergency clinic on serious pain (I literally almost passed out in the Wal-Mart parking lot in pain) and was so calmed when I met Dr. Escarsega. He explained everything to me and what to expect. This was a couple months ago and today I woke up from having my #31 pulled, #16 crowned, and #30 had the huge filling replaced and felt NOTHING. Not only did I feel NOTHING yesterday when he and Rebecca (who is also amazing) worked on me, I felt 0 pain this morning and all day today WITHOUT ANY PAIN KILLERS AT ALL! I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know about this place. Its more than getting the job done, their bedside manners are legendary. If any of you are reading this (Dr. E, Rebecca, and Brittany are the only names I know) please feel free to use this comment in any advertisement you want free of charge!
