Everyone in my family loves coming here! I recently had a filling and for the first time ever I didn’t feel a thing, no sensitivity, not even a bit of pain it was amazing! Cindy, Rachel, and Dr. Gordon always make us feel so comfortable we look forward to our visits.

My first visit and it was great! The staff greeted me and called me by my nickname like I wanted. They all were very pleasant and friendly. Pam was nice and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I felt very welcomed and the atmosphere was welcoming. I forgot to tell them but I loved their fall decorations!! After going 3/4 years without ever seeing a dentist due to lack of insurance, I finally received insurance. I first went to a place that refused to clean my teeth. (Look for Centre For Exceptional Dentistry to see my review.) I was angry and wanted to find someone that wasn’t in it for the money, and I looked for places close to my house. I found this gem. They were able to get me into their office so much sooner than all the other places I called. Being a new patient can delay you getting seen by months! I got in in maybe 2 weeks. Since I hadn’t been cleaned in years, I knew it wouldn’t be an easy, quick trip. The hygienist that spent nearly 2 hours with me cleaning my teeth was awesome. There was a little pain, but it was not due to her, it was due to the nature of what needed to be done. They got me a referral to get my wisdom teeth pulled, which actually happens this week. I am sad to say I won’t be able to return because my employer is stripping me of my benefits and hours, but if I get insurance in the near future, this will be my dentist!

I am currently working with their team of skilled professionals in regards to invisalign treatment. So far it has exceeded all expectations and I am confident it will continue to do so. I feel obligated to rate them well since I was deemed CAVITY FREE! Finding them was a little difficult due to lack of signage. Once you actually get within 6 inches of the place you can see the tiny white lettering on the window next to the door. Small waiting room, a few rooms – very friendly receptionist. My cleaning took forever. It was my first time, and they took EIGHTEEN x-rays. Due to my copious wine drinking habit, I needed flouride, which was an affordable extra $30. They were very responsible when it came to running insurance and understand coverage BEFORE the appointment, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Gorman came in did her thing and was out in 5 minutes. I would have appreciated a little bit more one on one time with her, but she must have been busy. Overall I liked the quality of work, and I will be returning.

I have been coming to Highland Park Family Dentistry for several years now and have always enjoyed the friendly and professional service I’ve received. I am even more impressed now with their COVID-19 procedures. I was a little anxious about coming back to the dentist after shelter-in-place but the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease with their whole operation. You wait in your car until your hygienist is ready, then your temperature is checked and hands are sanitized as you walk through the door. You are asked to gargle a hydrogen peroxide solution before beginning. You even get your own pen to sign all docs with to limit contact as much as possible. I appreciate all of the extra precautions as I know this is a frustrating and uncertain time for everyone.

I’ve been coming to Highland Park for about three years now and I must say they do outstanding work. They are very friendly, professional and easy to work with. They have staff in office that are there to work with your insurance and help you figure out costs before you have work done as well, which is great for the budget-conscious. Dr. Gorman is cheerful, patient and understanding. My gums were in dire shape and dental hygenist Marie helped to clean me up and prevent serious gingivitis. I actually look forward to going now! I highly recommend this place!

I was looking for a dentist in the Wauwatosa area and happened upon Highland Park by chance. I felt instantly at ease with the friendly staff! Even better, I so appreciated the way they took the time to explain things to me (it can be intimidating when the dentist is poking in your mouth and calling out random numbers. I mean what’s the scale? Is a “1” good or bad?!) They were also kind enough to explain my dental coverage and were always willing to answer questions and explain procedures upfront.
