Wonderful place to get your chompers cleaned and worked on! Very professional and caring technicians, hygienists, and doctors! They have always taken great care and consideration when working inside my mouth. Just today I thanked them for all their COVID precautions while maintaining kindness and positive dental experiences. Received excellent service. The dental hygienist, Jen, provided the best service I’ve had during a cleaning in a very long time. I greatly appreciated the following services I received by Jen or the qualities I really appreciated included: 1. Appointment started on-time 2. Friendly greeting 3. Frequently asked if I was comfortable or experiencing any pain 4. Informed me of any issues in a manner that I could understand 5. Educated me on cleaning methods that could help address the issues she observed or preventive methods in an understandable way 6. Took time to listen and talk to me about the issues, where I didn’t feel rushed or pushed through the appointment I plan to use her routinely, which is my first, and I highly recommend her.

My husband and I have been going to Highland Smiles for years and have always had a very good experience. The whole crew is great. They’re super friendly and they get the job done. They check all the boxes but I never thought to write a review until today. It was my second visit with our daughter and she left as their biggest fan. After she dug into her post cleaning goodie bag (toothbrush, kiddie floss, timer and a couple of small toys) she exclaims, completely delighted, “The doctors nailed it!” She’s 3 and officially loves the dentist!

To be perfectly transparent, I’ve only been here twice so far. However, both times have been really great experiences. The front desk staff has been very friendly, and more than happy to explain how things work at their office. The dental hygienists have all been thorough, considerate, friendly, and great at not causing pain. I’ve been to some places where they are pretty aggressive with the cleaning, and I haven’t felt that way here yet. I’ve seen both dentists so far, and both have been very kind and more than happy to offer explanations or suggestions. The scheduling process is really easy. The online check-in, reminders, and text notifications are really helpful. Don’t have enough good things to say really!

I was in a car accident on Monday and have had an incredible amount of pain since. I called Tuesday and was seen Wednesday and they helped me get over to a specialist today as well and less than 2 hours later I was walking out with a completed root canal. As someone who was lucky enough to have a dental hygienist for a mother and a dentist for a father, I’ve never had to go to a dentist outside of my family. After moving to Denver, I was very apprehensive about finding a dentist. Several friends of mine recommended Dr. Arnold at Highland Smiles and I am glad I followed their recommendation. Dr. Arnold is very friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I have sensitive teeth from gum recession as well as TMJ and Dr. Arnold and the dental hygienist were both mindful of these issues during the exam and cleaning. I felt very comfortable during my visit and end even my dad was impressed with Dr. Arnold when she was able to fit him in for a dental emergency while he was visiting Denver. Highland Smiles is the next best thing to family!

Whether I am there to see one their hygienists for a cleaning or Dr. Arnold for an exam or treatment, I always feel like I am getting the best care. And just to note, I have had complex dental needs since I was kid. Dr. Arnold is quickly responsive when there’s an emergent issue with my teeth and has made wonderful Endodontist and Oral Surgeon referrals as I’ve needed them. I love Highland Smiles! Like most people, I hate going to the dentist, but everyone here made me feel very comfortable despite that I’m not the world’s best at flossing. I knew coming in as a new patient that I needed a lot of work. The staff helped me make informed decisions. They were patient and friendly along the way. I needed two crowns, and they squeezed me in so that I could get the work done before the end of the year (despite my own poor initial scheduling) allowing me to use my FSA money before it was no longer available. I always have a great experience at Highland Smiles after I sought them out specifically for their sensitivity to my self proclaimed “dentist office anxiety” from having a nerve drilled a few times in the dentist chair. Even with the extra precautions they have everything planned out very well so that you arrive, text the hygienist, take your temperature and are in the seat in just minutes. The two cleanings I’ve had during quarantine have gone as normal and the team at Highland Smiles is taking extra care to keep things safe for visitors. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe, reliable place to get your teeth cleaned during COVID!

The best! I had a new crown put on one of my front teeth. Dr. Arnold, Nicole, and Nancy in the front office worked so hard to make sure that it looked great and would not let me leave until we were all 100% happy with its appearance. Front teeth can be especially hard to match and make look natural and they went above and beyond to make sure that mine was perfect. I went to Highland Smiles specifically because of the reviews and descriptions (I was unhappy with how my old crown turned out at my last dentist). and I was not disappointed! The hype is real.

Always a great experience (as good as visiting the dentist can be :)). I initially wasn’t sure about seeing the dentist for my general checkup during a pandemic, but the practice has procedures down pat. Questionnaires are sent out prior to the visit, you text when you arrive, you are greeted at the door to have the opportunity to make changes to your questionnaire answers, and are escorted out. I switched to Highland Smiles several years ago and have been extremely satisfied. I’ve had several of my past dentists sell out to corporate dental chains, so it’s nice to do business a well run private dental practice. All of their hygienists are great and have been seen by both dentists and they are fantastic. I’ve had multiple checkups and 2 crowns replaced, all with great service and results. Their prices seem in line with other dentists and everything is upfront and available. Their receptionists are well educated regarding any insurance plans available to me. I highly recommend Highland Smiles Dentistry.

From the moment I walked in, it was an excellent experience. Positives: 1. People are incredibly friendly, courteous and professional. 2. I was surprised at how large and modern their facilities and operation are. Because I’d filled out the forms online in advance, my wait time was very short. 3. The four words I’d use to describe this dental office: Friendly; Courteous; Professional; and Efficient. Challenges: 1. The only real challenge I found was parking in the 32nd Street area. The office is next to the trendy restaurants. So be prepared to make a loop around the block to find a parking spot.

I came into Highland Smiles today as a new patient. My first impressions were the safety measures in place to protect the staff and patients during this Covid virus period. I was greeted promptly at the front door by my hygienist to review my health and explain what my visit would include. The equipment and X-ray machines were high tech and comfortable to encounter. Emily did a great job on my check up and cleaning, and Dr. Arnold did a thorough exam to make sure I had no problems. What to say. I have been going here and to Dr. Kara Arnold for years. As a nurse, I am very particular about my health care needs—-doctors, dentists, other nurses, etc. Having lived in many states and cities I can honestly say the care that she and her staff give is comprehensive, meticulous and clinically sound. I have referred many friends and coworkers to her practice and all have been highly satisfied. Again, my fellow nurses are hard to please. This speaks volume that we all trust, like and value her clinical and judgement skills. Dentistry is a profession that places a high emphasis on customer service, bedside manner and overall knowledge—Dr. Arnold embodies these three elements. The reason I am just now writing a review is because of a particular situation today. My Mom is in town visiting from Florida and her veneer tooth became dislodged with eating yesterday. I left a message at the office (in a panic because my Mom was in a panic) and was called back in a timely and professional manner by the wonderful Amy at the front desk. They squeezed my Mom in, listened to her many teeth woes and assured her that the problem is fixed and not her fault. They put my Mom at ease until she returns to her home base in Florida. My Mom is a tough sell—-and she said that when she is in Denver next time and needs dental work she is most definitely going to this dentist for care. This speaks volumes….. Likewise, I find their follow up phone calls for future appointments helpful (especially when I do not have a set day to day work schedule), value that they respect my time while I am there (they are never late and practice direct communication), and am impressed by the varied types of patients that they provide dentistry too (no dental job is too small or too big, no one is too young or too old). They have my vote time and time again.

Dr.arnold has been my dentist for almost 10 years even before she started this practice and I would not trust anyone else to work on my teeth. I followed her to highland smiles after she was really in tune with what I needed in a dentist. I have so much sensitivity and anxiety when going to a dentist and have always struggled with bad genes when it comes to teeth and she has made the whole process for me much more enjoyable. Her newer practice is state of the art and I love the fact that I don’t need multiple appts to get crowns- they make them in house so I didn’t need to have a temp then a crown so I only needed to go once after diagnosis. She is very professional as is her staff and timely which is important to me. I would suggest this practice to anyone who needs a friendly, knowledgable and professional dentist.

I really like this dental office. I’ve been going to either DDS Arnold and Roehleder for a few years. They are both knowledgeable and kind. The hygienists are awesome. They take their time cleaning and always ask if you’re comfortable. I had my 10-year old amalgam fillings replaced here successfully. I also had a night guard made. When the first night guard didn’t old up, they ordered a stronger one at no extra cost. I’m really happy with the service and care here!

It has been a year so I needed the cleaning and checkup. Everyone was very Covid conscious. They got me at the door. They all mask masks and shields. The hygenist didn´t use the water machine for cleaning my teeth to avoid aerosols in the air. Everyone is so pleasant and happy, it´s nice to see life can continue with caution. If you are new, Highland Smiles is great! Very updated office, they make their own crowns. I felt safe. It´s cold in the office though so I took a blanket. They have to wear so much stuff it´s the only way they could handle it.
