I had to go in today for some emergency dental work as a new patient. They got me in (on a Saturday) as quickly as possible. The check in process was easy and the receptionist was extremely friendly. Once I was called back the assistant asked me the general questions and assured me they’d get my problem figured out and hopefully taken care of. They did. It was surgery. The doctor went over each and every step and made sure I understood and was comfortable with what was going to happen. He was extremely friendly (and funny) so it made the operation less stressful and it went by so fast! I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a new dental office.

First off, I hate the dentist. Can’t stand it. It’s been 5 years since I’ve been last and I knew I needed work done. But Highlands Ranch Dental Group was awesome! Not once did I feel pressured about doing anything. They let you choose things at your own pace and they offer a few different options for making you feel comfortable if you can’t stand the sounds or needles.

All the staff, assistants and the dentist were super friendly and extra gentle while caring for my 6 year old with an injury. This is our office for regular visits and we were able to be seen right away Monday when I called about my daughter falling off her bike. The dentist and assistants are really good with the kids and the girl that has cleaned my teeth in the past is extremely careful and gentle, which is a relief with my super sensitive teeth! I will continue using this office for myself and my 3- and 6-year-old.

Awesome staff, facilities, and fast, reliable dental work. I started going to Highlands Ranch Dental Group last year as part of a $59 deal for a cleaning, exam, and X-rays. Though it’s not close to my house, I’ve kept coming back for checkups and today a crown, and have referred my husband here as well. Every staff member I’ve worked with has been friendly and gets work done quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience with this office so far! I hadn’t had dental insurance for over five years, so when I finally got insurance with my current company, I immediately sought an office that accepted my insurance. HRDG was very near my home, so the ease of access was an immediate plus. My initial visit ended up being more of an imaging-exam consultation; no cleaning. As a new client, they take full x-rays and hi-res dental photos of your teeth. Then you get a dental exam and consultation about your history, and the next steps for any treatments needed or general cleaning procedures. In my case, because I needed more extensive cleaning, they then booked another appointment to actually get my teeth treated for the years of tartar buildup. I went back in a week later, got the treatment done, and Kayla did such a phenomenal job making sure I was comfortable, giving me a heads up on what might feel sensitive, and doing a thorough job on the treatment. I will be going back in 3 months to get further cleaning done, since my teeth would have been too exposed and sensitive for a polishing after the treatment I needed. I have had a great experience here and would recommend this office to anyone!

It is a pleasure to go into Highlands Ranch Dental, because the office is so nice and the staff are true professionals. I was very nervous to go see the dentist because it had been so many years, but my tooth chipped and was in pain so I gave this office a call. They were able to get me in the same day. The doctor and his assistant explained everything perfectly so I could understand and they made me feel very comfortable. The front office lady was also great! She let me know my financial options and showed me what my insurance would cover. Definitely a great experience!

My coworker referred me to this place. So I figure I’d try it. Went in for a cleaning after about 10 years of not going to the dentist! I know gross! Jackie did my cleaning and she was great. Very gentle and comforting. The dentist was very friendly. I’m not sure what his name was but he was a tall man with a beard. While at my appointment for my cleaning the dentist informed me I had three cavities. I had told them I would no longer have dental insurance at the end of the month. They were so nice to fit me in the same day to have my cavities filled. That way my insurance would cover everything. Becca filled my cavities and she was also great! All and all I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place!

First of all, I am phobic about dentists. Born a redhead, I don’t go numb easily. Let’s just say I’ve had some bad experiences. I came here because I didn’t fully trust the advice of another dentist I’d gotten nearby. It’s a long story, DM me if you want details. A second opinion was my point in coming here. Dr Wilkin is the kindest, most patient man. Every person in the office, from front desk to hygienist to dental assistant is top notch in professionalism, patience (they need it with this chicken) and On to my experience…I have gum disease and am on the 4 month cleaning and had two crown preps on Thursday. Can I tell you I never felt a THING? Not even the shot, because the assistant did such a good job with my topical? Amazing!!!
