The Docs and the Team at Hillcrest Dental are exceedingly good at what they do. “Tactically and technically proficient”, to be sure. But proficiency alone is not what keeps me going back. I am a dental phobic, meaning I would rather walk through fire wearing a jockstrap made of matches than sit in a Dentist’s chair. The Hillcrest Team knows this about me, and they are consistently patient and supportive. The business model of a Dental practice is built on a formula of “X dollars / operatory/ hour”. Even knowing this formula, I have not ever felt rushed or hurried at Hillcrest. To the contrary, they take their time with every patient. And finally, this is a Team of just genuinely nice people. Kind human beings. They not only act as though they care – they really care. If you are looking for a dental practice, go to Hillcrest Dental. You will be glad you did.

WOW these people were AMAZING from start to finish! GREAT customer service from the lady at the front desk (who initially took my call), to the dental assistant and dentist himself. I went in with some tooth pain and needed extractions. Everyone made the process easy for me and made me feel at ease. I am such a baby when it comes down to dental work but they were absolutely wonderful with me. Superb teamwork from staff! Also, being able to watch a movie helped out a lot too! I had a crown fall off back in November. Dr Kasimi recommended an implant. The cost was a bit much and it it off. Finally saved the money and decided to do it. I was very nervous and had a lot of anxiety leading up to the appointment. The day before I spoke with Kenny who answered all my questions and took her time and patience with me. Day of the nurse and Dr. were very patient and helpful in making me comfortable. Again answering all my questions. Extraction was a lot of pressure, but was pretty quick. I wore ear buds to help block out the grinding noise to prepare the implant. Took deep breathes an before you knew it was over. Packed it and stitched it up. Walked me threw all my post op instructions gave me my prescriptions and I was on my way. Dr. even checked in with me later in the evening to make sure I was ok. I haven’t really experienced any pain just soreness. If you’re thinking about an implant just do it. You won’t regret it.

This place is great! My past experiences at the dentist were filled with anxiety and pain, which caused me to stop going to the dentist. I moved into the area I stopped into the office and spoke with the staff everyone was nice, professional and the office was clean. It’s hard to find good Doctors/Dentist in Las Vegas so I feel very fortunate to have stumbled across Dr Kasimi. I’ve been going to Hillcrest Dental for several years now and absolutely love the entire staff. I was bummed when my previous dentist left but I was assured I would be in good hands with the new dentist. I have not been disappointed! Dr. Kasimi is amazing. He’s compassionate, he listens well and always addresses any questions/concerns I may have but most importantly, he’s good at what he does! I’ve never felt any pain while having work done nor have I had any problems post treatment. His dental assistants are also great. They’re very pleasant, professional and knowledgable. I also want to add that I was pleasantly surprised during my last visit with how throug and consistent they were following all the Covid 19 precautions. In all honesty, they are even more throug than my oncology office, that says a lot!

This office is wonderful! The staff and doctors are amazing they take the time to talk and explain things to you, they worked with our limited budget and we’re always sensitive to our needs and concerns. My husband gets very anxious about his teeth and they were able to give him oral sedation that made the procedure easy on both of us. The office staff even fed me breakfast after we found out that due to the extensive damage of my husband’s teeth the procedure was going to cause us to stay an extra couple of hours. I am so thankful for this place and the staff there!

If you love to be tortured, drilled half to death and upcharged every time you make an appointment this is not the place for you. Ali, Misty and Tracey are employees that I would never let go if I had. Aside from the amazing service, my cleaning was spectacular. I was educated along the whole way and felt no pain through the process. Highly recommend that you switch your dentist if you’re reading this.

I’ve been going here for a couple of years now. And the staff is Just top notch. Not just because they’re friendly but mostly because they’re at the top of their game. I had not one but two root canals done and a custom fitted fake tooth put in one spot all the same day. When the surgery was over I was still numb for a little bit but by time it wore off I literally had next to no pain and went and ate a steak dinner within four hours of having that surgery. Hands down the best hands that ever worked on me!! All around from the dental hygienist to the dentist / surgeon.

I had been avoiding the dentist for decades prior to going to Hillcrest Dental starting in 2018. Their attention to detail and ensuring clients know what they are getting is top notch. Dr. Kasimi talks to you like a valued person rather than just a body in the chair. The dental assistants, front desk, and all other personnel there are also very kind and willing to sit and answer questions with you, no matter how mundane. So, this practice was sold the beginning of this year, and the new management is great! This was my first time since new management/ owners came in and magically the work I had been putting off is somehow much cheaper than quoted in the past. My insurance hasn’t changed mind you. Another good experience at this dentist office. Read it again… “another” “good experience” and “dentist” in one sentence. Ladies upfront are personable, professional, and efficient. Hygienist and dentist are on point as well. There is a few things I can mention to back up the judgments I made but I’m lazy so I will include one… arrived an hour and a half early for my son’s appointment and they got us in anyway with in 10 min. —-I called for an appointment for 2 kids for exam and cleaning and got in the next day. Lady on the phone offered to email the paper work but I decided to complete it in the office, so I declined. My advise is to have the email it to you so that you can complete it at home. There’s a lot of pages. The receptionists were friendly and on top of there game. Actually everyone was over the top friendly. Hygienists and dentists were patient with my kids and answered all their questions. They made my kids feel comfortable. They explained all issues and options. Facilities were nice and clean. Every room has a tv and the kids were given the remote right away. Excellent service! Hill crest knows how to make relationships. I definitely recommend this office

I’ve been to more dentists than I can count as we move frequently. Hillcrest has been hands down one of my favorites – I’ve never felt like they try to push for unnecessary procedures. They offer things like sealants and orthodontia, but if it’s not in your budget or you don’t want it, they are completely understanding and don’t try to force it. The facility is SUPER clean (it has been in the two+ years I have been a patient here, so I have felt very comfortable going in during the pandemic) and the staff is both friendly and professional. I always leave a cleaning feeling like it was thorough, but not sore like I have felt at other places.

Best choice I made switching to this dental office last fall. I not only love that it’s only 2 miles from my house but the staff are so kind and sweet. I have not encountered one issue or problem coming here. Today I left not feeling like I’m just another patient and makes sure to get her in and out. I had to get a filling and they told me they might numb me. I loved that he did not just “numb me” because that is the easy way. He told me it was not too deep and let’s do the filling without it but if I was in any pain he would then do it. I barely felt anything so that spoke volumes to me. Great job Hillcrest.

I saw the sign out front that said “Great with Kids”. And after realizing their name, I went into the office. When I approached the fantastically professional crew, I was welcomed with “gleaming” smiles (that I wished I had). I told them I was there because I saw they were great with kids. They asked if I had children, and I said no…and that I was the child. You have to understand that I have not had fantastic experiences with dentists (including the time when the numbness wore off during drilling into a tooth). So after a month, I cancelled my appointment. I knew I had to get the work done. So 6 months later, I went back to get the first of 3 procedures done. It was unreal. I felt nothing. And I was so informed of every action that was happening. I didn’t have to listen to music to distract myself. Their voices were soothing to the procedure at hand. Once the first procedure was finished, I went to the second. Today has concluded that 2nd procedure……..and after many many months of “following the rules”. Prior to my 3rd and final procedure, I decided, after receiving a credit because the dentist fixed a cavity WITHOUT having to have a root canal, to take the reimbursement and whiten my teeth. WOW!!! During the process, my temporary bridge fell out and the secretary, who is also a dentist, fixed it on a Saturday at no cost to me. I can’t describe my fear of the dentistry world, however, this is not an ordinary dentist office. They care for their adults as they do children. It’s what they do. So if you are hesitant about going to the doctor for pain, anxiety, or fear, then you need to go to Hillcrest Kids Children’s Dental!!!!! No joke!! They take the time to explain everything in detail without it going over your head. They have the best equipment and technology. The office is comfy and cute. There’s hardly a worse experience than having a tooth pulled. It’s hard on the body and harder on the mind. But I had been using Hillcrest Dental for several years. On this difficult occasion they did their usual great job of getting me relaxed and thru the procedure. Their service is always friendly and some days it counts more than others. The procedures they have in place for reducing Covid-19 risk are first rate. That’s important to me since I’m considered in the high risk category if I catch the virus. Very clean. Covid friendly protocols in place, making the visit very quick and efficient! Temp check at the door, sanitize, wash hands. They come in the room to get signatures and payment and when you’re done you leave through the dr’s office so you don’t pass other patients. Staff is super nice. Dr is awesome.
