We love Dr. Handick and her staff! They are so nice and have really helped my boys learn how to take care of their teeth. We always feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed during appointments. Everyone has such a great repor with both of my kids that they never complain about having to go to their appointments. We’ve had a few instances where we needed to come in because wires or brackets were poking out and Dr. Handick would fit us in immediately. We have 2 more children that will need braces and we plan to stick with Dr. Handick. Highly recommend!!

I just popped on here to write a review as my daughter just went in for a check up with Dr. Handick and I encountered the really negative review prior to mine. I must say I was shocked as this is the EXACT OPPOSITE of our experience with Dr Handick and her staff! They have always been accommodating, compassionate, gentle, flexible, cheerful and extremely helpful. In fact MANY of my friends take their children to Dr. Handick and have only had the most positive things to say about their experience with Hillsdale Orthodontics. The office is peaceful and spotless and very orderly, front desk reception is always so helpful…there really is nothing negative to say!

A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
We provide a unique orthodontic experience with an in-house lab, digital technology and online patient information system, accompanied by our extensive orthodontic experience with Invisalign clear invisible braces and traditional braces for kids and adults. Dr. Handick came to Portland 20 years ago from Indianapolis, Indiana. She did her undergraduate training at Indiana University and then graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry with high honors. She practiced general dentistry and served on the faculty at the University before starting her orthodontic residency program also at Indiana. After receiving her orthodontic certification and earning a masters degree, Dr. Handick moved to Portland with her family to start her practice here in Hillsdale. She is a certified Invisalign provider. She is also a member of the ADA, ODA, AAO and PCSCO. She is a mom to teenage triplets a college student and a golden doodle named Stella. In her spare time she enjoys relaxing with her family, running, and yoga.
