I went to Dr. Apelian when I had an emergency extraction.  The doctor is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He evaluated my teeth and gums and suggested a surgery. I couldn’t be happier with the results, he fixed a problem I had had for many years and no other dentist was able to identify it correctly. Thanks to his advice, I wear my dental night guard every night and I notice less grinding. Dr. Apelian truly cares for your well being. Oral health is not only the result of a beautiful smile the but the health of the whole body. I trust this doctor, he is a brilliant professional.

We have a new dentist in Agoura Hills. I went to him in May with substantial dental work. He gave me a very competitive quote, and looking at his office and talking to his staff decided to get my work done here. His office is brand new with the latest and greatest equipment. He’s definitely a hard working dentist that does it all. From implants, root canals, extractions and I don’t think there’s anything he doesn’t do. I wouldn’t give a review, since all my work isn’t 100 percent done but what he has done so far is quite remarkable. I just need to get my permanent crowns and I’ll let you know then how all my work did. It beats driving over the hill and is so convenient to Agoura. Just off Reyes Adobe and south up on the hill. “Hilltop” Dental. Dr. George is a pleasure and again a great dentist.

I came to Dr. Apelian in need of a crown for one of my two front teeth. I have never been more pleased in my life with the results. He gave me my smile back and allowed me to move on from being self conscious about my smile. After an initial surgery I had a dental emergency with my temporary tooth, gave the dentist a call and he came in on a Saturday to help me out and make sure I was ok. Hands down the best dentist in the area. Give him a try you will absolutely be pleased with the results. The staff is caring, kind, and are always willing to help. His office is beautiful and the views are amazing! 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

My family and I have been going to the best dentist Dr. Apelian for many many years. He is the most professional and compassionate dentist I have ever met. I have personally had cleanings, wisdom teeth extracted, cavities filled and root canals by Dr. Apelian with always the best outcome and least amount of pain. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable throughout the experience and he’s very funny too! Dr. Apelian’s team is excellent… Garen, Zella and Mariella always make sure to take care of all the patients and are always a delight. His office is stunning with beautiful views of the mountains which help provide a relaxing environment. I highly recommend Dr. Apelian for any of your dental needs!

This is a breath of fresh air! When so many health care offices treat their patients like an assembly line it is so awesome to have a dentist that knows your name, your kids name and even your dogs name. We have been going to see Dr Apelian for a long time now and it makes me feel good when he comes into the waiting room and greets everyone and hugs our kids. The real test is the fact that he greets everyone in the waiting room the same way. This is all nice but what really matters is his work. Solid work!  He is a really good dentist.  I moved a few years ago and it was a long drive to see Dr Apelian so I tried not one but two local dentists. I immediately found out that I had been spoiled by Dr Apelian. Both dentists charged me more than Dr. Apelian and their work was no where as good. I now suck up the hour and a half drive and have returned to seeing Dr Apelian.  In the last visits he did several implants for me. Something that is as important as an implant i wouldn’t trust with any one else

I went in After Office Hours as a girl-friend of mine recommended him called and he said be there by 6:15 P.M…Nothing any other dentist would do!  I had a severe toothache (thought it was the back  two), earache, sore throat was wobbly from pain.  He was there with one of his staff member.  Looked at my mouth immediately told me the problem (before the x-ray) to my surprise. Was funny and highly informative. Worked on my front tooth. Killed the pain and to my greater surprise I never felt anything as he worked on my mouth!! Or afterwards. This never happened ever with any dentist I have seen. Kept asking him what is he doing and he just said  “I love my work, I have dedicated all my life to it”.  Second visit was x-ray first found the pus on the gums did two root canals drained the pus. All this from an accident I had last year.  He did something interesting!  He cosmetically worked on my smile Did  NOT charge for it, did not charge for the x-rays either!!! I never asked for a discount and was given a discount at the counter. My crazy fighting spirit looking for discounts was never used, diffused, and confused pleasantly. He is highly trained and experienced and I only needed one dentist not a periodontist, plastic surgeon, cosmetic dentist, endodontist because he is an All in One Dentist!!  and much more. What a gem of a doctor a wonderfully devoted  human being. How much better can it get!!!

Hilltop Dental is a place I can trust. I love the staff and professionalism. As soon as you walk in there’s always somebody greeting you with a smile, and above all love my dentist Dr. George Apelian. He is very professional, pays attention to detail and it’s his goal to make your smile looking the best and that suits your face. You probably are one of those people like me that doesn’t like going to the Dentist.
Why ? Usually the office is not bright cheerful and smells odd not to mention pain!!! Well forget all that, when you walk into hilltop dental you know you have arrived somewhere really special. It should be called a dental spa not a dental office.
The staff ? Exceptional in every way!! Dr George is amazing this is my second visit and I was actually looking forward to coming. Sounds crazy right? It’s not, he is so gentle and knowledgeable about dentistry and I trust him with my whole family. My daughters and son use Hilltop Dentistry as well. Do not hesitate trust me this is the place to come to.

I met Dr.Apelian two years ago when I had to remove my wisdom teeth . The doctor and the crew are extremely professional , nice and honest . the procedure went smoothly with no pain, no infections ,I was treated absolutely by the best doctor and crew . A year later I was involved in a serious car accident and I lost some of my front teeth – I had no doubt I am 100% going to Dr. Apelian. I had to get implants , crowns , venires and gum surgery. the doctor did an amazing job! He is soooo good when I went to Israel to visit my mom ,she wanted to take me to her dentist to take a look at my teeth . the dentist looked at my mouth and she was shocked . she said she has never seen such a good job before , she called all the other doctors from the other rooms and showed them this amazing work in my mouth . she said there is ONLY ONE doctor in the whole country that can do a job like that!! she was amazed by the quality and really impressed by the doctors work . The doctor always made sure to make me feel comfortable ,he is hard working ,has a heart of gold, he takes care of his clients like we’re family . He is really one of a kind ! I enjoy every visit at the office I highly recommend this place for ANYONE that is looking for a good doctor with the best customer service !

Dr. Apelian is AMAZING! He took amazing care of my 19yo sister with severe Autism. He worked non-stop for 3.5 hours and performed major dental surgery while she was under general anesthesia that was provided by Dr. Andrew Chen. Both doctors, and the entire Hilltop Dental Team, were so attentive to my sister’s needs, and our anxieties. We can’t be more grateful!

Dr George Apelian is absolutely the best oral doctor or dentist I’ve ever had. He clearly knows his business and cares with action, not just words, for his patients. Today he finished a root canal for me and I almost fell asleep in his chair. It wasn’t from any anesthesia I was so relaxed, rather it was because I knew I was getting the best care and I trusted him. He’s an artist. When I first came to him two weeks ago, he helped alleviate some significant tooth and tongue pain I was having due to faulty work from a previous dentist and endodontist I had. Dr Apelian knew just what to do; an adjustment in a bulky old bridge I have, a bonding and reshaping of a couple teeth, and some free healing gel has me smiling ear to ear and feeling so much better than when I first came to him. Always a good wit and humorist, he makes you feel right at home in his cozy corner office facing beautiful Ladyface mountain and the waitroom coffee offered out on a private terrace is better than Starbucks too (Seriously). Makes me want to stop by just to say hello. I am so glad to have found a fantastic doctor and new friend Dr “George” and his gracious family at Hilltop Dental.

I have been going to Dr. Apelian for over 20 years. My wife and my children go with him as well as my in-laws. It is definitely a family centered dental office.  Not only is he a people person which is important, but his skill level is through the roof! When you can get a personable and patient dentist as well as one whose work comes with a high reputation, then you can understand why after 20 years he is still my go to dentist. Do you have a dental emergency? Well I’ve had a few over the years and he always fits me right in, right now! And when you’re in pain that’s important. I have had it all done from your very important cleanings, fillings, wisdom teeth pulled, implants and even surgery. His work is solid and has lasted me a long time. A big thank you to Dr. Apelian and all of his staff. I drive one hour to get to his office and I have no problem passing up the numerous number of dental offices along that route Because when you find the dentist that you trust and love then there is no need to take a risk and look anywhere else. Dr George and his family run office has treated me with compassion and care. Highly skilled, he always has taken the time and steps necessary to make sure I am well taken care and confident in his plan. I came to him three years ago with my health and teeth in crisis and now after three implants, reshaping another bridge and some periodontal work, his services have been extremely instrumental in restoring both my health and my smile. Its not just the beautiful mountain views with free coffee that keeps bring me back even though I now live 2hrs away. He’s so much worth the trip, I can’t say enough. I’ve been going to Hilltop Dental for about two years now and even though its quite a drive for me, its worth it because he’s the best dentist ever! The staff is so nice, they’re quick, professional and the place is always so clean. I have zero complaints about this place. If anyone is ever looking for a dentist, I always send them to Hilltop Dental!

Dr. Apelian makes going to the dentist so easy. I went two times in the last week to finish a root canal and had no downtime, swelling, or pain after leaving the office. I had called the office last minute and he was able to accommodate me so quickly! I feel so much better now. Thank you!!

The best Dentist I have ever had! I made the switch about 3 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Apelian is very professional and he’s always upbeat and makes you feel at ease.  Garen, the Office Manager is extremely helpful as well, and makes the whole office visit from start to finish, a very pleasant experience.
