I never leave reviews about any doctors, but this was the best medical experience. I love that the new patient questionnaire asked your preferences for the room and actually did what you asked. The decor is very inviting and cozy. There is even a tv on the ceiling so you aren’t just staring at lights and the ceiling while they work. The staff walked through all parts of the process, answered questions, and even showed my pictures and X-rays as they talked through things. Big plus to being an all female staff as well!!!! One of my sorority sisters recommended Dr. Castle and I was thoroughly impressed.

Not only did I have the privilege to work alongside Dr. Greenfield for a few years , I also had her work on my teeth as well (see picture of crown impression). Dr. Greenfield does top notch work and you will always leave knowing you had received the best care. She is thorough and dedicated to detail. Having her as your dentist is something you shouldn’t need to think twice about. You will always be greeted with her smiling face and bubbly personality.

Took my 2 year old son to Holy City Dentistry for his first-ever dentist check-up. He was a bit shy and scared to be in a new place, but the staff was wonderful and made him feel very safe and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly! The entire experience from the first call to leaving the appointment was easy.

Dr. Castles is an extremely competent, caring and talented dentist. Her team at Holy City is also fantastic. One can tell Dr Castles and the entire team are very passionate about the work they do. I couldn`t be happier with the quality of work Dr. Castles did on my teeth. She was able to perfectly diagnose and fix a few fillings that had been very poorly done by Dr. Patrick Easton at the Rigby Office in Midvale, Utah (city where I lived before). Other dentists in Charleston said I would need to do a root canal procedure, but Dr. Castle was spot on to diagnose and recommend an alternative treatment to save my teeth, make them healthy again and improve the pain and sensitivity. Her assistant Kaitlin is also very competent, caring and accommodating. Holy City Dentist Team went above and beyond to make sure I would get the right treatment and to fit me into the schedule as soon as possible because I was in pain. I love that Dr. Castles discussed the step by step of the treatment, executed it very well, took pictures throughout the process and followed up to see if there were any issues. Holy City Dentistry has to be the best Dentist i have ever been to. It all started when i called around 12:00 pm mid day. Most places were packed and couldn’t even think to fit me in. I was in a 10/10 pain with a swollen face and bleeding gums. The front desk asked me a few questions and seemed generally worried when i told them about what i had going on. I set up an appointment for the next day around 12:30 pm, that seemed forever away with the pain i was in. Than at 3:00 i received a call asking me to come in and they would do everything they could to help me out that day! When i showed up at 5:30 ,i walked into what seemed the be the most warm and cozy place. They were quick with receiving me and bringing me to the back. The dental assistants were compassionate and knowledgeable constantly showing and telling me the process. Than the Dr herself was very nice and honestly felt like she was trying to get me on the right track while making sure i was takin care off.!Plus the whole time it just feels like a family atmosphere. I would 10/10 recommend if u have any issues to give it a shot and set up an Appt….Thank you again for all yalls help!!!!

Great first experience. Rachel is friendly and smiling when you walk in the door and they have bottled water while you wait. Decor is nice, doesn’t have that typical hospital feel that most offices do. Everything seems high tech, from the online patient forms you fill out prior to your appointment, to the TV’s with Netflix and headphones to make you more comfortable. They even have TV’s mounted on the ceiling so you can watch while you’re laying down. Dr Castles is great. Very personable, explained everything very well and was accommodating and transparent with my insurance coverage and a plan of action. While I’ll never get excited about going to the dentist, they made everything much more pleasant.

I had a great experience with Dr. Castles at Holy City Dentistry this past week! Having not been to the dentist in a while, I was thankful for how thorough my exam was and that Dr. Castles took the time to show and explain to me what she found! The exceptional facilities were an added bonus and I loved being able to distract myself watching Netflix while my cleaning took place. I already found myself recommending Holy City Dentistry over the weekend and will be back soon!

My first experience here at holy city! I have anxiety and have been staying away from the dentist for years. I made my appt online and received call from someone next day. Everyone is so sweet, calm, and informative. I was so comfortable and relaxed I didn’t even recognize myself. Everything was great, Netflix, blanket, water, and great future plan. Super honest and very helpful! I could go on! Wonderful, see y’all soon!

What a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and the facilities are the best I’ve ever had! Massaging exam chairs and Netflix while you’re being examined are a big plus! But Dr Castles is the best part! She approaches her patients with the warmest and most calming attitude and treats everyone like a friend. She even took the time to explain and show me her findings so that I’d understand what needed to be done for next steps, but also kept things as efficient as possible. I never felt like I was being lectured or judged and that down to earth approach was very different than your typical dental exam. Highly recommend seeing the team!

Dr. Castles and the Team at Holy City Dentistry are amazing! The opened up around the corner from my home, and after a poor experience with a prior dentist and an impending issue with a molar, these ladies came to my rescue. They were all so kind, and accommodating. Their precautions for COVID are in line and enforced. Their office is beautiful and welcoming – each room having TVs and music if you like! They truly make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!
