Dr. Alaleh was very kind and thorough with me. She definitely knows her stuff! Everything was very clean and they even had sunníes for my eyes (if you are sensitive to light like me). Diana, her hygienist was also super sweet and made it very comfortable for me after years of being scared to go to the dentist. She was super quick with my X-rays, which I appreciate. I will never skip a dentist appointment now that I found them. Thank you!

Dr Alaleh is the best dentist the first time I went to her the staff had gone home and she stayed and waiters until I got there. She gave me antibiotics for an infected root and did a root canal a few days later. I mean really what doctor stays and waits for you after hours. Her staff is great an she always squeezes me into her schedule- I’ve been there 4 times now and the staff is great, the technology is up to date and the doctor always sits with you after your treatment and shows you the X-rays and explains everything thoroughly! I have never been to such a great dentist!

It had been 5 years since my previous check-up (at an office that rushed through everything).  I have found my ultra awesome Dentist!! Dr. Alaleh is the best dentist I have been to in all my 47 years. Her super sweet Dental Assistant (with a lovely name I am not sure how to spell) did the initial cleaning and what I thought were cavities were stains that she polished away… I went thinking I had a cracked tooth and cavities, but after my cleaning and exam, I was told that my only issue was a filling from the 80’s is *starting* to fail and the crack is just crazing (“Just keep an eye on it and take Biotin- you can get it from Walgreen’s.”); that she did not see *any* issues that required immediate care. I do not have dental coverage in my crappy veteran’s insurance- patients without insurance at Homerun Dental receive a 30% discount off of services. I did not have to wait and I bought my first fluoride treatment ever on the fly after my exam. I will not go anywhere else. Homerun Dental is my dentistry office and if they move, I will, too! By far the best dental experiences I’ve had thus far! I have come to Dr. Alaleh a few times now, and every time I’v never experienced any pain, which I can’t say for any other dentist that I have been too. She always asks if everything is ok during the procedure to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be, and she always tells you what she is doing! I am so glad that my mom found her because I no long panic before going to the dentist since I know it will be a good experience

I cannot say enough positive things about Alaleh Dowlatshahi, DDS. Not only was the wait time minimal (under 5 minutes!), but the whole experience was excellent, too. As someone who relocated to Chicago, all my doctors (and my dentist) were left behind in L.A. As you may know, it’s scary to find new doctors whom you can trust! A friend told me about Alaleh Dowlatshahi and I loved everything about the visit (even though going to the dentist is *not* a fun experience, in general, for many people). I was terrified, but she put me at ease and did not rush through either one of my appointments. She asked if I had questions, was patient with my questions, explained what she was doing to my teeth, etc. And the other staff members were very kind, too. Again, I cannot recommend this dental office enough!

Dr. Alaleh’s office is clean, efficient, and welcoming as is her whole team. I have had horrible dental experiences in the past with other dentists, so I had avoided the dentist for many years and had a lot of anxiety going in for my first appointment. She quickly made me feel comfortable and provided excellent dental care. I now have no more anxiety when walking in for appointments with her. Her team provides great dental hygiene tips and you can tell they really care about their patients. They also went through cost with me every time before any appointment/treatment/cleaning to make sure I knew what was or wasn’t covered by insurance and knew the exact cost ahead of time. I really cannot recommend them enough!

Love this dentist- will not go to anyone else. Dr. Alaleh has a great chair side manned- very approachable. Explains everything and will not do costly unnecessary treatments. I wanted crowns but she said I needed to open my bite first or they would just break.she fixed the bonding done by another dentist and she always gets me in as soon as possible- usually within a day or two. The fist time I came in I had an infected root and. Needed a root canal- she waited after her staff left for me to get there. If you have ever had an infected root canal you know how painful it is – she prescribed medication after the exam and I went in for the root canal. What dentist does this? And she always sits with you after the appt an explains what she has done and plans for the future treatment. She makes sure you understand what she has done and what. Needs to be done. Best dentist ever!!!

This dentist and her office staff is great. I’ve been coming for almost two years now and recently had to get my wisdom teeth removed (not by her but an oral surgeon). I was in extreme pain and couldn’t get into the oral surgeon so I called Homerun, they got me in within a few hours and did a quick treatment on me to help with the pain.

BEST DENTIST EVER! No-one likes the dentist, but its something we all have to do. The doctor and entire staff is so efficient and also so welcoming. I love getting my cleanings here because its so fast and painless. The entire office is spotless, and they use the latest technology and equipment. Also such a nice plus the doctor always remembers the smallest details I tell her during my appointments!! Last year, she referred me to an amazing oral surgeon that did my wisdom teeth extraction. Amazing experience there as well thanks to Dr. Alaleh Dowlatshahi’s recommendation. FREE PARKING AS WELL!

Ready to go when I walked in. 100% proper PPE and safety. Explained everything that was to happen before starting, and during procedure frequently asked how I was doing and then where we were at in the process. Friendly and professional, organized and safe. This is my 3rd visit and they have all been this high standard.
