Dr. Sheppard and his team provide a relaxed and professional experience. I had a great cleaning with Sara, she gave me tips on how I could change my toothpaste and it made a big impact. I’d been having trouble with headaches and grinding my teeth. Dr. Sheppard gave me options and advice on how he could help with making me a custom night guard. No more headaches and no more pain meds. They are very upfront on cost and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Look forward to coming back for my next cleaning!!

This is by far one of the best dentist I have ever been too. I was having issues with a lower back tooth for at least a couple years. I bought up the issue with my then dentist. They took X-rays and said it was fine. But I still was experiencing sensitivity to cold and if I bit down on food just right it would hurt. I decided to go to another dentist. I saw Dr Sheppards reviews and decided to make an appointment with Hopewell Family Dentistry. I was super impressed first visit because he diagnosed my tooth problem immediately. I had a crack in that tooth. He showed me a picture of it even. Also, Dr Sheppard and his staff take great care with their patients. They are friendly and you never have to wait long at all. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone

My first visit. And everything was explained thoroughly. They paid attention to detail. And did more than I’ve ever experienced at a dentist visit. I was very pleased with everything. And the customer service was great. Very polite. Thank you very much to all the staff. Great visit. I’m looking forward to going back.

I couldn’t be happier with a Dentist as I am with Dr. Sheppard. Dr. Sheppard listens to my concerns and is very knowledgeable. All of dental work I have had done by him is exceptional. All of the staff are excellent and provide excellent customer service. The Hygienist I see is very thorough and personable. I am so glad I found this family, because they really do make me feel at home.

The entire staff, from receptionists to hygienists to the doctor, are lovely people who put their clients at ease and offer a welcoming environment. They are friendly and knowledgable and take time to explain conditions and suggested procedures while answering questions thoroughly. I would recommend this provider to anyone who is looking for a family friendly dental practice. The hygienists and doctors are likely very good with very young patients judging from the gentle demeanor they displayed. Edit: At a follow up to a first visit and consultation, I was amazed at how quickly the dentist was able to do a filling. I couldn’t have asked for a better result or more professional demeanors from all of the staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Hopewell Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a quality dental provider! They do a great job!

I came in today with excruciating pain. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. They got me in a room within 15 minutes. My appointment was at 11, by 11:40 I was paying for my procedure and out the door. The dentist was very gentle and QUICK with my extraction. I will definitely go back for more dental work when needed.

Not having dental insurance for many years I was embarrassed to see a dentist until I had no choice but to see one. I was recommended to see Dr. Sheppard with Hopewell Dentistry. Dr. Sheppard was the most gentleness dentist I have ever seen. He was very thorough and explaining my treatment plan. His assistant was very attentive and helpful. I loved the office decor. I am so glad to finally found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend Dr. Sheppard and his amazing staff. Thank you!

Can’t say enough great things about this company this morning. My son, who leaves in a couple months for basic training has had a pretty bad toothache recently. He was worried that something was wrong that could delay his training dates. He called our regular dentist last week, and they said come in on January 6th and call if it stops hurting. It’wasn’t so much the pain that bothered him – it’s the not knowing what is going on and worrying about training. January 6th just to look at a tooth and see what’s up? Come on. So, after a weekend of pain and worry for my son, I called our regular dentist again this morning to see if they could fit him in somehow to just get it looked at and to make him feel better. I was put on hold since they “literally just walked in the door”…and I hung up after waiting far too long to simply check the schedule. (This is the same dentist that has cancelled numerous appointments in the past couple years on us which just makes everything better for planning’s sake, right?) Anyway, I looked online, and found Hopewell Family Dentistry and called them due to their great online ratings. The woman who answered was very friendly, and listened to a concerned dad tell her why he needed his son to get checked out as soon as possible. “No problem…can you have him here at 8:45?” “Absolutely,” I told her. So, my son went by and had a limited exam done. (Apparently they had a cancellation and were able to fit us in.) My son called me on his way back to work and was so relieved to know that it was not a major issue and would most likely go away on a week or so…and that he grinds his teeth at night…LOL. He let me know how great the dentist and staff were and told me he wants to go there from now on. Thank you Hopewell Family Dentistry! You made my day as well as my sons! .

Hopewell Family Dentistry is a very nice place. The staff is kind and make sure you feel welcome and comfortable the whole time your there. It is very clean and updated in its decor and equipment. The staff and Dentist is very well trained and make sure your never in pain. Works very hard with insurance to get everything you need done. I am very pleased I started going to this office and don’t plan on any changes.
