After being reprimanded by a Carrington College dental school graduate for thinking I know anything about my own mouth or dental work, I explained in more detail what transpired in this dental office that lead me to write my first review. Within minutes, her comments and my comments disappeared. She asked me if I had attended dental school as if not attending dental school made me less educated. This is my response to her. “Sherlene, Dentists are not above making mistakes. I did not attend dental school which it looks like you did. My education is in a different field. What I said, if you actually read what I wrote, is that the work could have waited for 6 months until my dental insurance kicked in. I also said Dr. Enright did not listen to me which is true. It took 90 minutes for her to pry a crown out of my mouth that she said was in imminent danger of falling out. In that process she broke the tooth, leaving me with a gap in the front of my mouth 2 days before Christmas. A person does not have to go to dental school to know that this was poor treatment, so come on down off of that high horse you are sitting on.” My original review is as follows: “Dr. Enright did not explain my options for a particular tooth. She told me the tooth needed immeadiate attention, which it did not. She did not listen to me. I asked her to stop working on the tooth before she cut the crown off and she refused. Her misdiagnosis and refusal to take my request into consideration has cost me over $3300.00. I would have had to pay a portion of that eventually, but she disregarded my wishes to wait until my insurance would have paid a large portion. I have since found a dentist that does explain and listen. Be careful.”

Dr. Enright, Cindy, and staff have made me feel so welcome at Horizon Dental!! They are wonderful people and excellent at what they do. They’ve helped me so much. They make sure to go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I very highly recommend this dental office to anyone, including children!

I have some anxiety about going to doctors and dentists, and on top of that, I have difficulty getting numb – so needless to say, the dentist office is not my favorite place. The folks at Horizon Dental have gone above and beyond to make me more relaxed. Their office is nice and welcoming. The staff is very kind and personable, and Dr. Enright was extremely attentive to ensuring I was as comfortable and pain free as I could be. She and Dr. Blaser (who was my first dentist at Horizon) are the only dentists who’s ever offered to use nitrous oxide, and it was a huge improvement over my past experiences with getting dental work done – I would go as far as to say it is life changing. I’d absolutely recommend their office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I absolutely love this place! Every time I go in I am greeted by friendly smiles. The nurses and doctors are always so kind. There is zero judgement or ridicule. A huge plus if you’ve ever had a dentist make you feel like poop about the state of your teeth. And as if that weren’t enough doctor Enright and all the hygenists are so beyond gentle. Which takes away the fear and hesitation to go in when I need work done. My husband is now a patient too and he feels the same way I do. So glad we found Horizon Dental!!!

As I needed some dental work done, I called Horizon Dental as it was close to my house. I have to say, I have been very please with Dr. Sarah Enright and her entire staff. My experience starting with the receptionist Jenny, and then Dr Enright and her assistant, have been the best dental experience I have had the pleasure to have. Usually, the dentist visit is a scary and not so pleasing experience, but my opinion has changed since I met Dr Enright and her staff. They truly have your best interest at heart and prove it through out your visits with them. I would highly recommend Dr Enright and her staff for any dental concerns or issues that you may need, you will be in good hands, and you can trust that she will always put your health first. I am having extensive dental work done and I have been taken care of in every aspect of the process, from the beginning. Thank you Dr Enright to you and your wonderful staff. Sophie Jenni
