Dr. Patel and her staff are fantastic! I had a great cleaning and filling. Dr. Patel was the first dentist to notice an issue that if not addressed would have had long term costly consequences to my teeth. She is partnering with my orthodontist to remediate. In total it’s been a great experience! All of the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the office has a warm friendly feel. I would strongly encourage you to see Dr. Patel for your routine, cosmetic, and other dental care needs.

me and my husband love the ambience and the staff that are working there, they are all very helpful and informative, and the most important thing is Dr. Patel, she has been very understanding and caring, having treatment with her is the best. I didn’t feel any pain and she always make sure that we are doing good during her treatment. I already recommend her to all my friends.

Most of us dread going to the dentist – it is a barely tolerable event that we endure twice a year. I once shared that same mindset until I started seeing Dr. Patel and her team at Texas Center for Dental Excellence. The moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and was given excellent care. From the girls behind the front desk, the hygienists, as well as all the dental assistants everyone was friendly, compassionate and a pleasure to work with. With a staff this incredible I was expecting big things from the dentist and Dr. Patel did not disappoint! Dr. Patel is, hands down, the best dentist I have ever seen. She is smart, gentle and completely vested in my care. I have seen her several times per month during the past year as we have attempted to find a night guard that best suited my very unique bite. I am certain most dentists would have gotten frustrated with my case and just found some kind of average resolution and moved on to another patient. Dr. Patel has never been satisfied with “average” and has worked tirelessly to make sure that she and her team found the best possible solution for me. To say she is a perfectionist is an understatement – and when it comes to my dental care I definitely want someone with those kinds of standards! Dr. Patel has taken the fear and anxiety out of going to the dentist and I cannot recommend the team at Texas Center for Dental Excellence highly enough.

Dr. Patel and her staff are amazing! The environment at the Texas center of dental excellence is nothing short of it’s name. I was immediately greeted with warm and friendly staff. Also, waiting area had complimentary coffee which was great! I’ve been to this office a couple times now and have had the experience of being treated with a couple different hygienist. They have all treated me with great care, concern, and professionalism. Let me also say that I have always been terrified of the dentist! The noises,discomfort, and tools have kept me from getting dental work for a long time. However, ever since I started getting treated with Dr. Patel my mindset has changed! She is so gentle and friendly. She also explained what she was doing and the tools she was using which eased the process. I was really impressed by this facility. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for all your teeth needs!

I was very impressed with Dr Patel and her staff – to a person they are wonderfully efficient and gracious. Her work is outstanding, my bite has always been complicated but she shaped my new fillings expertly and they have been totally comfortable. I also have TMJ problems and a small mouth and typically experience discomfort after dental work. She and her assistant managed things quite well and I had zero soreness afterward. She also used ‘anti-numbing’ at the end to speed up the process of normalization which cut the time in half, so I was presentable and could resume work more quickly.

I had a dental emergency not long after the record setting floods of Hurricane Harvey. One of my co-workers pointed out that Dr. Patel’s office is very close to our company headquarters , so I called to inquire about an appointment. Dr. Patel’s staff was very polite and courteous when I called. The receptionist, Janell, said she would do everything she could to get me seen immediately. Once they got some information from me, the invited me over and saw me 15 minutes later. Dr. Patel is very friendly and in no way intimidating. I literally hate going to the dentist, but she was so disarming that I had no anxiety getting checked out. Tomorrow, I am having a procedure to fix my tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team of professionals.

So far so good. I’ve never been to a dentist that takes such time and care to make me feel like a person rather than just another patient. Melinda is fantastic and has a great way of making you feel comfortable and apprised of what is happening. Dr. Patel is extremely thorough in explaining what is needed and coming up with a treatment plan that is feasible. Janelle, Phyllis and the entire office staff are extremely friendly, attentive, professional…and HAPPY! You practically don’t want to leave. Now, I’ve never, with my current insurance, ever paid $90 for x-rays and initial consult only. To me that is preventative, of which my insurance is supposed to cover 100%. I’m guessing she is out of network for me, of which I should have checked before making my appointment, so only I’m to blame for that.

Great overall experience. Dr. Patel and her staff really take amazing care of their patients and make you feel welcome and at ease the minute you step into the office. Today she squeezed me into her already busy schedule to fix me up with a new veneer that broke off my tooth just hours before. They did an excellent job! In the two plus years I’ve been going to HHD, I’ve never been disappointed. Here are a few more highlights: none of her shots ever hurt, she always calls you in the evening to check that everything is ok, competitive prices.

I chipped a large chunk of my front tooth off this weekend, and like magic, they took care of me in no time and you can not even tell that half of my tooth was missing! I am so happy to have visited today!! I highly recommend Neela and her team!

I practiced dentistry in Houston Texas for forty five years. 2018 Dr. Patel restored my mouth. My bite is comfortable and I love my new smile. Dr. Patel is very gentle and an excellent technical dentist. The entire team made my experience outstanding.

Dr. Patel and her staff are so AMAZING!!!! Everyone is just so sweet and makes you feel like family. Dr. Patel is truly one of a kind and if all doctors can be like her life would be a better place 🙂 She really goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and are not experiencing any pain. I usually DREAD going to the dentist so I’m glad that they have made my experience more enjoyable. I’m so happy to have found my new “dental home” 🙂

I have been coming to Dr. Patel’s office ever since I can remember. The staff members are just great! They have always been the sweetest! After every procedure Dr.Patel never fails to call and check up on my well being. I have also had the opportunity to shadow other patients procedures and she is just as kind as always. They also have staff meetings every morning about the days schedule; they act more as a family than co-workers.

I’ve never been to a dentist that takes such time and care to make me feel like a person rather than just another patient. Dr. Patel and her staff are incredibly patient and well organized. I love all of their multiple reminders and how they have handled appointments during COVID. Dr. Patel was a referral by a colleague and I am thankful of the recommendation. I endured an awful experience with a previous Dentist and avoided going to another Dentist for years. I had a panic attack due to my fear of fixing a cavity and she handled my situation really well. I went in with full anxiety and fear. I was so embarrassed after breaking down, but she worked it through, made sure I felt ZERO pain, and even called me at the end of the day to check on me from her personal phone. It honestly made my day receiving the call and hearing her concern. I am thankful to finally have a new Dentist to depend on.

Dr. Patel is great! I have been.going to her for years now! I am really picky when it comes to my teeth and I cant.be.more thankful when I found Dr. Patel! 🙂 Her staff is also amazing. I went to Dr. Patel just a couple of days ago for a filling in which both of us knew was going to need a root canal. She was great. I had never experienced a dentist who is so concerned about the needs of his/her clients until I started going to Dr. Patel. We need more dentists/doctors who are more concerned about their patients welfare instead of the bucks as Dr. Patel and her staff. I wish you guys continued success as I always say you are the greatest!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Patel for the last five years.  When I first went to her, my bite and my teeth were hideous.  They were ground down, chipped,  broken and worse they hurt.   I had gone to dentists all my life but not one of them ever suggested a splint. Dr. Patel gave me therapy in an attempt to save my teeth but it was too late in my case.  I decided to have them replaced.  It was expensive but it was the best decision of my life.  Not only are my teeth beautiful they are functional too and no more pain. People pay a small fortune to get a new car that starts deteriorating the minute they walk off the lot.  I say, your teeth are just as important. What impressed me:  1) She attempted to save my original teeth  2) she gave me three options to fix the problem  3)  she exhibited excellent follow up.  I can’t imagine going to anyone else.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel and her staff. due to personal neglect, I have some serious dental issues and I am self-conscious about it; so it is hard for me to go into the dentist office. Dr. Patel is amazing and her staff does a wonderful job treating me in a way that minimizes pain/discomfort. I give Dr. Patel’s office 5 stars only because I am not able to give her anything more than that. If you are looking for a dentist, especially if you have dental office related anxiety like me, I highly recommend Dr. Patel’s office.

Dr. Patel and all of the staff at Houston Heights dentistry have been taking care of me for years and they are very attentive and communicate very well and are flexible with their scheduling. They also care about their patients and will give you an excellent patient experience and do wonders for your teeth.

Dr. Patel and her team gave me THE best dental care and treatment on my visit this week. Dr. Patel also has the most amazing bedside manner and walked me through every step of the procedure. I usually have a high level of anxiety when visiting the dentist’s office but not with her group. Thank you for the ahhhhhhmazing customer service!

Dr. Patel and her team are amazing. From the initial contact on the phone to the actual visit I was thoroughly impressed.   It’s sad to say, but I had not been to the dentist in years.  For some reason my experiences were never good.  My initial visit involved a tour, taking of xrays, talking to me about my concerns.  I felt very comfortable because everyone’s demeanor was professional and genuinely friendly.  I never felt rush to make a decision concerning my care plan and  I was able to make informed decisions within a timeline that was good for me.  I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Patel and her crew.

This was the best dentist office experience I’ve had in my life! If you have any anxiety at all about going to a dentist, then check out Dr. Patel’s practice. From setting up the appointment, to greetings from the front office staff, to the wonderful hygienist, and Dr. Patel, herself — all were warm and friendly. Dr. Patel puts you at ease, and is extremely thorough. She explains everything and gives you tips and things to think about. She follows up with her patients by phone or email. Dr. Patel and her practice deserve more than the 5 stars here! Highly recommended!

The best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Patel and her staff provided outstanding service from the time I enterted until the time I left. They helped turn a traditionally painful and uncomfortable experience into a smooth and seamless process. Their attentiveness to my comfort level and detailed explanations was a great way to ease my fears and helped me get through the procedures without a hitch. She was even kind enough to call me that night to check on me and recommended medicine that would help with the pain. I was always given options regarding payment method and the type of treatments I received, so there were no unwanted surprises. Considering the type of service Dr. Patel provided and her professionalism, she quickly gained my business for life.

I go here 4 times a year and they definitely capitalize on the end-user’s experience! I’m always excited to get my teeth cleaned and to spend time with the staff. I wish that I could give them a 6th star because they are all STARS! If you’re not going to TCoDE, then you should probably reevaluate your life – you’re missing out on something very special.

Dr. Patel and her staff are the best. I have high anxiety when walking into a dental office and they know how to decrease my anxiety level and work with me. Dr. Patel is kind, compassionate and always works to minimize any discomfort. If I ever move from Houston, I would plan to drive back for my dental appointments because I would not want to go anywhere else.

Dr. Patel and her staff are great! They make going to the dentist feel like a trip to the Spa. I love the massage chair. I love the way they pamper me. It is a very calm and enjoyable environment. I think it’s really nice that she calls her patients that evening to check to see how they are doing after their dental work.
