Just as Hurricane Harvey hit, I broke a part of a crown off. I called the emergency line and got a call back within 30 minutes!! Alex was reassuring while I panicked a little about the poor timing. She said that if I was in pain, to call her back, and someone would meet me at the office. If not, I would have the first appointment on Tuesday after the holiday. Here I am, with a temporary crown, feeling good! Thank you, Dr. Juarez and Laura!! I would never go to another dentist after the excellent service I received!

Great experience here and nothing but good things to say about Houston Uptown Dentists. Never had much dental work performed but last year I did Invisalign and Veneers. Dr. Juarez and her team were always professional, responsive, and paid attention to detail. Jennifer typically does my cleanings and always does a great job. I recommend this place to each and every person that asks about dental services in and around Houston.

I have been using Houston Uptown Dentists since they opened many years ago. Absolutely first rate dental care. I am very pleased that each visit they track the condition of every single tooth and the condition of the gum line at the interface with each tooth. It provides thoughtful continuity of care which I deeply appreciate. Dr Juarez and dental tech, Teri, are competent and very pleasant professionals.

I have been going to Houston Uptown Dentists for over four years. I’ve seen both Dr. Juarez and Dr. Lent many times, and they’re both outstanding. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly. In addition to my regular cleanings and maintenance, I’ve had my teeth whitened and veneers redone. With the veneers I really appreciated Dr. Juarez being such a perfectionist on so many tiny details most people wouldn’t even notice. They also seem to always be doing some kind of raffle drawing for prizes. I won a nice TV a couple years ago and didn’t even realize I was entered to win. 🙂

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Houston Uptown Dentists and specifically Drs. Hanna Lindskog and Amanda Juarez. Thank you Dr. Lindskog and Jennifer for the remarkable service and caring manner you showed during my several visits over the past couple of months to get my smile beautiful and healthy again. Instead of dreading the dentist, I now see it as a very relaxing routine and the cleaning almost like a massage! Now on to Dr. Amanda Juarez, who is treating me for sleep apnea and breathing, offering an orthodontic mouth guard approach rather than the dreaded CPAP machine, which I hate. She is an angel, explaining everything in detail and even sharing her own experiences. I’ve just started using my custom mouthpiece and downloaded the snorelab app. I moved around freely in my sleep and woke up with zero regrets on investing in this little comfortable appliance! No tubes, no noise, no chin strap, no ordering extra supplies, no cumbersome ugly machine on your nightstand, and best of all – the freedom of movement! A couple weeks of adjustment to get the jawline just right then I’ll be able to go on vacation and actually share a room with my sister! State of the art equipment, beautiful private rooms with outstanding views of the Galleria/Post Oak area and a lovely staff that greets me cheerfully on every visit are also some great perks about the professional ladies at Uptown. Always very professional, very punctual and very precise (not to sound cheesy with the 3 P’s but it’s true). The crowns I’ve done there were inspected by my endodontist AND orthodontist and both decided they were the closest match in color to my original teeth and without the unsightly “grey ridge” you normally see on a crown. I’ve never had to wait to be seen– they run a VERY tight ship and are in constant communication with each other. The staff is extremely professional- no sign in sheet, they know you by name, they all wear black and white– no crazy fashion statements. You pay more here but it’s entirely worth it! Every exam room is separated with walls, with the softest buttery-leather seats I’ve ever sat in. It’s not a spa but it’s very very nice. Worth every penny! My husband and I have been patients there for 14 yrs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Houston Uptown Dentists is by far the best dental practice From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and comforting warm welcome. The technology is super advanced. Every member is well trained, and has superior knowledge. Always pleasant environment and never any discomfort. I am so pleased with my “Smiles in 6 months” , which actually will be less than 6 months for straight teeth. If you are ready to change dentists, this is the place to go!!! Houston Uptown Dentists is amazing! I am a dentist myself but I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to medical and dental appointments. The office was very relaxing and Angie introduced me to the office and welcomed me. Krista was my hygienist and she did a wonderful job explaining everything about my exam, and was incredibly thorough and professional in doing my dental cleaning. Dr. Juarez examined my teeth as well and discussed treatment needs with me. The receptionists were very attentive and helpful in scheduling my next appointment, and provided me with information to help me continue my dental care. I came in as a nervous wreck and they all helped me get through my visit with a smile. Great dental offices are a gem, and this is definitely one of them!

I have had such a great experience with Dr. Juarez, Wendy and Bernadette. It makes me nervous to go to the dentist but they are so compassionate and professional about their work they made me feel at ease. It is a family environment and their experience is unmatched to any other that I have visited. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for all you do.
