A+ for the following reasons: *Dr. Nakamura is honest and fair. *They are great at managing patient flow. We have never had a wait! This is unlike our former orthodontist where we sometimes had to wait 45 minutes. *My son, the patient, has a rather unique orthodontic case. It caused some anxiety for me as the parent since it required oral surgery. Doctor was very good at navigating the situation and patiently educating me on the process along with being honest about the risks and potential outcomes. So far everything has worked out in our favor and we have ideal results. *The office manager is great and very responsive for scheduling. *The doctor is experienced and offered us easy, alternative solutions to procedures that another popular orthodontist wanted us to make more elaborate than necessary. Doctor Nakamura will not try to upsell as a cash grab. He has earned our trust. *Lastly, although the location is a bit off the beaten path for us as Foothill Ranch residents, we are actually in & out very quickly. They are very efficient. I zip down the 241. It’s not bad at all. I love this office and wish I would have came to them a few years ago for my first son’s ortho treatment. Highly recommended!

Dr. Nakamura was the orthodontist for my older son, and now for my younger son, age 14. We have nothing but good things to report about Dr. Nakamura and his office staff. Dr. Nakamura is kind and caring and he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. His work has been excellent. My older son, who had a severe overbite, has a beautiful smile for over 5 years now. My younger son is in his second year of work and we see great progress. The office is well run. It is impeccably clean, and they always seem to run on-time which we appreciate! Deanne, the office administrator is friendly and always accommodating, and knows the insurance process well. She takes good care of us. And we always appreciate her reminder phone calls. I highly recommended Dr. Nakamura for orthodontic treatment.

I was referred to Dr. Nakamura by my best friend. He had braces on for a litte over two years. After his braces were removed and I saw the results, I decided that I too wanted to get my teeth straightened. I called and made an appointment with Deann. She was very professional and friendly. Since my oldest son also needed braces, we both ended up consulting with Dr. Nakamora. He sat down and thoroughly explained all of our treatment options. Dr. Nakamura and staff far exceeded my expectations. (My wife had previously been treated by a different office that never explained things to us). Both my son and I started treatment after we picked the option that best fit us. During our treatment they always made us feel like family. The Dr. and staff always greeted us well and they were very polite. I’ve gotten so many compliments now that I’ve finally had them removed. I work in the boat repair business in Newport Beach. Some of my customers are dentist and they have even commented that Dr. Nakamura did a very good job. They also did a really good job with my son. I was saddened when our treatment was over knowing that we would not see the friendly staff at Nakamura Orthodontist again. Luckily, my middle son was in need of braces and we now take him in for treatment! And after he is done we have one more son to go.
