Dr. Ho and all the staff at Hudson orthodontics are pretty phenomenal! They genuinely seem concerned and invested in providing the best orthodontic care, while also making the experience as pleasant as possible. And when it isn’t pleasant, as is the case with braces, they give forewarning and express sincere empathy. For example, Dr. Ho called the day after my son’s braces were put on to check in and see how he was doing, and remind me that I could give him Tylenol since he would be in great discomfort. Who does that?! Dr. Ho and his team do! There are multiple people getting orthodontic care at the same time but I don’t feel nor does my son, like we are just a number. The office is comfortable and the set up allows for me to be nearby while they are working on my son’s teeth. The orthodontic assistants are very friendly and knowledgeable, and take their time to answer questions or refer to the Dr. Ho if it is beyond their scope. To be honest my son can’t stand having braces but says that he likes going to the orthodontist since everyone, and especially Dr. Ho, is so nice!

Hudson Orthodontics is the place to go if your child is in need of invisialign or braces! Growing up in Glendale, I used to be a patient of Doctor Skip Hudson’s and got to bang the iconic drum when I finally completed my program and got the braces off over 20 years ago with a perfect smile. Now that my kids are at the age of needing the same treatment, I was thrilled to learn that he was transitioning the practice to another great orthodontist in Dr. Chandler Ho. I took my daughter to see Dr. Ho a couple weeks ago and found his consultation and treatment plan to be clear and concise. He greeted and treated us with the warmth of someone who had known us for years. Although my daughter was apprehensive at first about the Invisialign procedure and process, Dr Ho comforted her and made sure that she was confidant about the process and reassured her that it would be all worth the effort in the end. I couldn’t be more thrilled with our visit and look forward to seeing her teeth after the treatment is done! I would recommend Hudson Orthodontics to anyone thinking about Invisialign or braces!

I never had braces. And as an adult there were a few things I wanted to change about my smile. I saw Dr. Chandler and he explained to me how my bite could be adjusted and the various steps that we would take. They told me I could do Invisalign, which was great because I wasn’t wanting to look like a teenager again. I’m so happy with the results! Dr. Skip is also very warm and nice, and all the assistants have been extremely sweet. It’s really close to a market so I swung by with my daughter and got some groceries after my appointment. And she loved the coloring table and books in the waiting room. Overall, such a great experience and have recommended it to my friends and family.

Parking is convenient, the office staff is pleasant and the wait time was minimal. We met Dr. Chandler and Dr. Skip, both of whom are very professional and patient. They explained the process, answered our questions and got to work! I’ve had impressions done at my dentists office for 2 nightguards, both of which required several tries. But their dental assistants were fabulous, one shot and I had a choice of flavor for the gum. They have a quick turn-around time. I returned to pick up the retainer and night-guard with my daughter and they even gave her a sticker and a toy from their treasure chest! A great experience! I would recommend them to all my family & friends

Dr Chandler Ho is a perfectionist! He did Invisalign for my son and this teeth have never looked better. My son has a severe gag reflex. Dr Ho was able to use his state of the art scanner to prevent my son from gagging. He also was able to get my son to cooperate when it comes to wearing his Invisalign. He explained the procedure very clearly and my son understood exactly what he needed to do to get such excellent results. Dr Chandler Ho takes over for orthodontic legend Dr Skip Hudson. Dr Hudson wanted to leave his practice who would carry on the excellence that he provided. He wanted to find someone who was compassionate, ethical, service oriented, skilled, and who was a perfectionist. He found this is Dr Chandler Ho. Is there anyway to leave 6 stars for this wonderful group of people? To quote my 10-year-old son, Dr. Ho is “great, encouraging, and always happy” and the office is “very nice on the inside” and the staff is “really great.” To quote my wife, “Dr. Ho is amazing, wonderful, professional, kind, and someone I can recommend without reservation. Since 1934, the team at Hudson and Ho Orthodontics has been proudly providing the Glendale community with excellent care. As the years passed and the Hudson family retired, Dr. Chandler Ho continues the legacy of a personalized, welcoming orthodontic experience. We're as family focused and friendly as ever, and we continually advance to the latest technology to ensure the best treatment possible for our patients. Whether you're needing traditional metal braces, Invisalign, or other dental solutions, you can count on our team to find the right solutions for you. The office was started by Dr. Arthur "Lefty" Hudson Sr. He attended dental school at the University of Southern California. In 1934, he started the Hudson dental practice in Glendale, California. Dr. Hudson had five children, Dr. Skip being the oldest. Before Dr. Skip Hudson formally joined the practice in 1965, the Glendale native would come into the office after-hours to clean up, and make orthodontic retainers and appliances. Once completing his dental and orthodontic training at the University of Southern California, he joined Hudson Orthodontics to serve the area where he grew up. In 2014, Dr. Chandler Ho joined Hudson Orthodontics. He grew up in the nearby city of La Canada, completed dental school at the University of Southern California, and completed his orthodontics residency at Loma Linda University. Similar to Dr. Hudson Sr. and Dr. Skip, serving his childhood community was always his aspiration. Dr. Chandler is a local native, born and raised in La Canada. Dentistry certainly runs in his family because his father and oldest brother are local dentists, and his mother was a dental hygienist. After graduating from La Canada High School, Dr. Chandler studied at the University of Southern California for his undergraduate studies and for his dental degree, and then went to Loma Linda University for his master’s in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He is a Board Certified Orthodontist and is committed to providing the highest quality of care for everyone. Dr. Chandler's true passion is for his patients. He feels truly blessed that he is able to go into work each day with the feeling that he can make a difference in people's lives. He loves every minute of it and cannot wait to meet you!
