He skillfully advised me on alignment and helped me decide on getting traditional braces after multiple failed attempts with smile direct. When we moved here from out of state, our daughter was already in braces. Dr. Hulme was fantastic about starting care in the middle of the process. We were in a tough financial situation as well and his staff was very understanding. Working out a payment plan that fit our needs was a comfortable process and we were able to meet our obligations without more stress than was necessary. Dr. Hulme and his office staff are easy-going and personable and they have more than one office in San Antonio that they work out of.

Just wanted to say Hulme Orthodontics is the best dentist office I’ve been too. My daughter got braces today and Dr. Hulme and all the hygienists were so nice and professional. Ms. Nancy made my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease. My daughter loves going here. I highly recommend Dr. Hulme, you will not be disappointed.

I had braces as a teen, but in my 20’s I noticed that I had developed an underbite. Over the years things got worse. I saw multiple dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons who all said my issues could not be corrected without surgery to break my jaw. Fortunately I was eventually referred to Dr. Hulme. He said not only did I not need surgery, but that I could use Invisalign. It’s been less than a year; my underbite is gone and the crooked teeth are almost all back in place. The staff is professional and nice. I highly recommend him for complicated cases.

My daughter had a extremely difficult case with her teeth. Dr. Hulme and his team were amazing at helping my daughter not only with her self esteem, but did a perfect job at making her teeth look amazing. I Highly recommend Hulme Orthodontics!

Dr. Hulme and his staff provide the best customer service! From making the patient feel comfortable, to taking the time to explain procedures and billing to the wonderful treatment. From the moment you set the appointment to the time you leave the office, the care is top notch!

Dr. Hulme is great. His team are always professional and responsive. He is personable and yet still timely responsible. My favorite thing about him is you can tell he cares and is very active in the field he is in. Both of his locations are neat and clean. He is conscience about money matters and will work with patient in that respect. Give reviews to many local businesses I experience and feel that him and team are top class.

Dr. Hulme and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are all kind, friendly, and so helpful! If you are looking for a great orthodontist who really cares about his patients, this is the place to come to. They have 3 convenient locations on different sides of town. The staff is always warm and welcoming! I refer everyone I know to him! My first appointment, he gave me an in depth consultation. Went EVERYTHING with me. Explained the difference in braces and the aligners. The staff made sure that the cost was efficient and comfortable for me. I didn’t feel rushed. All of my appointments work with my work schedule. My monthly payments are perfect the staff contacts me whenever there is an issue. Thank you to Dr. Hulme and his amazing staff for all of their compassion and sympathy when my mother passed away. I mentioned my mother’s passing while speaking to the receptionist to confirm my appointment; a week letter, a HAND WRITTEN condolences card was in the mail, signed by all of the staff. As my daughter nears the end of her orthodontic work, I would like to issue a heartfelt “Thanks” to both Dr. Richard Hulme and his incredibly professional staff. Can’t say enough good. Daughter loves the “ortho bucks” earned at each visit towards gift cards at end of treatment. She also like forward to the sodas etc..with each visit (yes, from a dentist. Staff says, ” enjoy! Then brush!”. Great staff, communication, follow up care. Always warmly greeted. Payment programs available. Up to date, clean office. Many locations around town but this is closest to us.

Dr Hulme is the BEST!! We had a few consultations with others around the town, and just weren’t happy with their treatment plan. We ended our orthodontist search with Dr. Hulme who’s ENTIRE staff WOWed us! We are coming to an end with phase I & couldn’t be happier with the process! I HIGHLY recommend him to all of my daughters friends parents! Thank you Dr. Hulme & staff!!! You guys ROCK!
