I have nothing but positive things to say about I-dentical. Dr Yanez and the staff are great; friendly, accommodating and professional. I recently started the process of getting two dental implants here and everything has gone very smoothly. I’ve got a few more things to get done and I am happy to have found such a great dentist.

I am very happy to have found such a great dentist. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. Dr. Yanez and his staff are great. The office is sparkling clean, everyone is friendly and the care from beginning to end is the best I’ve ever experienced. Everything is always explained clearly and Dr. Yanez and his staff are very good at putting patients at ease in what can often be a stressful situation. I have and will continue to recommend i.dentical to all my friends and I hope Dr. Yanez is my dentist for many years to come.

This was the best dental experience. I was so nervous about getting my tooth extracted, I mean sweaty palm, shaking my leg nervous. The staff was so comforting. Absolutely everyone was professional and cared about how I was feeling, giving me reassurance the whole way. The place was clean! That is very important to me. I have just completed eighteen months of complete Implant Reconstruction with Dr. Yanez.  Words are not adequate to express my gratitude for the full upper mouth reconstruction.  My new teeth are absolutely stunning! I received compliments every day.  Right from the beginning, he presented to me a written evaluation of all available treatments options with their associated costs (best price in the City). He explained the procedures in great detail.  He spent a good amount of time working on my implants until everything was done perfectly.  I never felt any pain or fear at all. He was consistently attentive, generous with his time, and always very kind.  Additionally, Dr. Yanez and his staff were extremely friendly.  I received a personal call from Dr. Yanez the day after the placement of the implants. In short, I am very pleased with the results and will recommend Dr. Yanez to anyone looking for dental implants.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. The staff is super warm and friendly, as well as extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to answer all the questions I had right on the spot and were extremely upfront about all details of procedures and cost. From the moment I walked in the door, they genuinely seemed happy to have me there! Since it was my first visit, I can only recommend Michelle, but I’m sure everyone else there is totally on par with the quality of care she provided me with. I have been coming to this practice since Spring 2013. I have only had positive experiences. The work is high quality. The office is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Dr. Yanez and his team are always willing to help with any emergency treatments such as with a fractured crown or to work with my insurance to help file claims. They are also extremely considerate of my schedule and commute from out of town (despite leaving Philadelphia, I continue to return here for my dental needs) when helping to schedule my appointments. I highly recommend this practice.

I just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Yanez and the rest of the staff at I.Dentical. I initially chose this practice out of convenience since they’re in my neighborhood and a certified Invisalign provider. Over the many times I’ve visited in the last year, I’ve really been impressed with the cleanliness of the office, the efficiency of booking and confirming appointments, and how WONDERFUL the staff is. All of the hygienists are an absolute pleasure and make the sometimes stressful experience of going to the dentist much more bearable! I was very pleased with how upfront the staff was on the details and cost of my Invisalign treatment. There weren’t any surprises and I am so pleased with the results! If you are considering Invisalign, I’d highly recommend coming here!

In 2012, I had some rather extensive cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery done by Dr. Yanez and the process took several very involved visits – extractions, dentures, titanium implants, adjustments. The experience from consultation to final visit was nothing less than stellar. Two years out from this work, Dr. Yanez’s handiwork remains true to the original goal – to give me my smile back. What might have been a really harrowing experience was actually seamless. Dr. Yanez and his staff were always professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, supportive and helpful. As one might expect, the decision process and options available to me with such an extensive list of needs and concerns was almost overwhelming – NEVER, at any time, did I feel pressured or directed into any one direction by Dr. Yanez or his staff. His chairside manner was very reassuring and confident – and his staff was always at the ready to assist him (or me) and allay any concerns, pain or fears that I may have had as I underwent this long process. Finally, Dr. Yanez was certainly not the first dentist I consulted with about my issues, but he was definitely the last. I highly recommend him for anything related to the practice of dentistry, from something as simple and routine as a cleaning or filling to complex oral surgery.

I had a really good experience here! Everyone is really nice and professional. And the office is really clean, organized and well run. You would think you’re walking into a spa because there is something really relaxing about it! They also do Saturday appointments which is really convenient if you work during the week! I’m definitely going back and recommending to my friends!

My visit to I.dentical was amazing! I had been to their office a couple of years ago to extract a tooth and get an implant, and my experience could not have been better (affordable and very professional). This time I went in for a routine cleaning and the staff (receptionists, hygienist) and Dr. Yáñez were, once again, out of this world! Not only was my visit painless, but their professionalism and friendliness made my experience so much better. I would recommend their practice to everyone!!! Best dentist in Philly -and anywhere else I’ve been- so check them out!
