I’ve been coming to Dr. J for many years. He and his staff are truly amazing and makes the appointment fly by in a breeze. I highly recommend you make an appointment, you can even text them. Parking outside is sometimes a pain, you can usually find 2 hr parking down the block or metered parking in front.  There is also a wheelchair accessible ramp next to the entrance, that takes you to the elevator.

I have to say i have struggled with bad teeth all my life just because of lack of funds and not being properly taken care of as an adolescent so my teeth were in really bad shape and long story short i had to get a top denture and bottom partial and was super embarrassed to go to dentist but i have to say Dr. J and the staff were so cool and non-judgmental and made me feel super comfortable, when it came time for the procedure i was skeptical because i would have to be awake the whole time, but he got me through it and i couldn’t be more happier with the results, the staff is really friendly and the environment is always great when i go in. What’s better is, the fact that Dr. J reassures me that everything will be fine and i can come in as much as i like throughout the whole healing process. Dr. J is a great dentist/person and whoever say’s otherwise doesn’t know what they’re talking about i’ve never met a dentist like Dr. J. Most dentist’s are all about money and trying to make you do things that you don’t need to do but not Dr. J. I just want to say thank you Dr. J for helping me smile again

Dr. M is awesome!!! He is caring, kind, detailed in his evaluation & review your of dental needs and is timely with his appointments. His team is wonderful and accommodating as well. They are always cheerful, welcoming, professional and compassionate.  I highly recommend Dr. M to anyone who is looking for stress free dental care. Did I mention how funny he is?!?! Great jokes, fun stories, and smiles all included for free!!!

the doctor was really cool he made me feel comfortable thru the process of three extractions. I am terrified of the dentist… took everything in me to get myself there. I am glad i went with these guys it was a lil painful think i could have used a lil more numbing agent before the shot. that really hurt. but over all it was not so bad. Pretty much what you can expect when you have your wisdom teeth pulled in under 20min. I still have some work that needs to be attended to, I will be returning here for sure the hard part is all over. I highly recommend these guys very friendly, extremely professional very clean right in the heart of beautiful Santa Monica. If you are scared do not be… they will accommodate all your needs to make it as stress and pain free as possible. I was completely terrified before today because of [passed experiences to the point it took me over ten years to get myself built up enough courage, And the pain was getting worst and worse, From the wisdom teeth up top that were rotting away. 10/5 stars

First time coming to this dentist and it was a pleasant experience. He was able to provide me with information and was also very approachable and had good energy.

I’d give this practice seven stars if I could. They cover everything that matters most to me: thorough, competent care, clear communication, flexibility, a good sense of humor, and a personal way of doing things in every detail.

You’ve found the greatest dentist in LA. If you’re reading this review, you can stop your searching and set an appointment. I come from a family of funky teeth, dentistphobia, and struggles finding a good dentist. Jason comes in to the gym I work at, and a bunch of clients and coworkers recommended iHateTheDentist. I finally set an appointment, and went in a little apprehensive. Within five minutes, all my fears were quelled. The first thing I noticed, the waiting room wasn’t huge. Why? Because you’re not waiting beyond a couple minutes to be seen. Then you’re seated, and then what? They start cleaning right away! I was in and out in just about 30 minutes. That’s unheard of in dentistry. And for someone who doesn’t love the dentist, this is such a breath of fresh air!

I’ve known Jason for about 13 years. I am not fond of the dentist at all and my teeth have suffered tremendously over the years. However, he has gotten my teeth in great shape, and I can actually chew on both sides now. Not only is he a great dentist but he has a huge heart. He is the only man I trust in my mouth.

Okay so I am total chicken s@&t when it comes to the dentist.  I first met Dr. J 10 years ago while I was a struggling student and he was building his practice.  He helped me through so many dental problems with my limited funds.  Not only did Dr. J make me feel super comfortable, but he is a great dentist.  I have never left his office in pain like I had with previous dentists.  Now he has a lovely office in Santa Monica filled with lovely down to earth people that really care about what they are doing.  I am so grateful that I can finally chew food like a normal person again.I can’t recommend Dr. J enough. He is a fantastic dentist but most of all, a genuinely kind hearted human being.  I love him so much and am so grateful that I have an awesome dentist!!! Please go see him, he deserves everyone’s dental business. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Dr. J goes above and beyond! He spends time with his patients no matter how busy he is. He is very friendly and takes the time to get to know his patients. I have always been afraid of the dentist, but Dr. J has a gentle touch. He makes sure you are comfortable throughout the dental procedure and his finished results are spectacular. In addition, his office staff is extremely kind and accommodating and make scheduling super easy. I recommend Dr. J for any and all dental procedures!

The I Hate the Dentist team is as good as it gets. They are so attentive to your needs and make the dentist experience so fun!! Dr. Jason is a quality doctor with a wealth of expertise as well as being such a sweet and capable individual.  I had my teeth cleaned today by Mark and he did a wonderful job. He consistently checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and nothing was hurting. He also told me what types of feelings I would feel, which was nice to know what to expect.

Such a great place. The dentists and staff were very friendly and quick. I went in just for a cleaning but decided last minute to take my wisdom tooth out. Dr j made the whole process so easy and it wasnt as much as i thought it would be.

Dr. J is THE BEST. He and his staff are warm and friendly and the office is efficiently run. He is conservative in his approach, always explains to me exactly what he is doing and seeing, and has never tried to push procedures or cosmetic treatments that I don’t need or want. I strongly recommend him to all of my friends!

Dr Mirabile is wonderful!! Since I was a child I was always terrified of dentists so when I recently had a dental emergency I was not looking forward to dental visit; however, I came across Dr Mirabile and I was pleasantly surprised. He is very patient, friendly, professional and works fast. He is the best and his staff too! I am very grafeful that during pandemic I was lucky to find him and receive the kind and caring help I needed.

Best dental experience you’ll ever have. This is my second year with Dr. Jason Mirabile. He is incredibly kind and efficient. His staff is also amazing. I used to dread going to the dentist, and now I almost look forward to it.

I really have a good time coming here and having doctor J as my dentist. He is very charming and funny guy, but not only that he is an amazing doctor. He makes his patients comfortable and he actually explains the procedures that he is going to do. Every appointment my kids and I are very pleased, especially when the staff takes there time cleaning our teeth. Overall, great staff and doctor. (

Easy visit with friendly staff! I had to wait longer than I expected in the waiting room, but once they brought me back, the staff was all very kind and Dr. Mirabile explained what he was doing, told me a little about his practice and some of the services they provide, and never tried to up-sell me on anything—much different than my previous dentist experience.

The staff was friendly and thorough. Dr. J was clear, calming and conservative about the work I needed. They had had several emergencies just before my arrival, meaning a longer wait for me. But I’ve been that emergency several times and appreciate the doctor’s taking those folk as well as those with regular appointments. An excellent experience. I don’t hate this dentist, ha ha.

Jason is an awesome dentist! He’s very personable and is very knowledgeable! I was supposed to get a CT Scan according to another dentist, but Jason was confident that the CT Scan was not needed. He did give me a recommendation for an oral surgeon that is compatible with my insurance (Medi-cal) should I would want to pursue seeing one for a CT Scan.

Extremely friendly staff. My friend are long time patients so they booked me a visit and tag along with them, I wasn’t aware my insurance didn’t cover my dental so I didn’t have dental insurance, but they still gave me a courtesy exam while I waited for my friend and her husband to finish so that was really nice nice touch. Will definetely go back once I get a dental insurance

I cannot recommend this dental office highly enough, seriously. Jason Mirabile has to be one of the most gregarious people I’ve ever met. He treats everyone like an old friend and after many visits I have never once seen him without a smile on his face and a light-hearted demeanor. The office staff and assistants are also all very firendly, everyone seems to genuinely enjoy their job and that makes a huge difference in the atmosphere, especially for people who are apprehensive about going to the dentist. My son used to dread going to the dentist until we found this place, now he looks forward to it every time. Most importantly, this dentist stands by his work, is easy to communicate with and is always willing to make adjustments. He genuinely wants his patients to be happy. I have had extensive reconstructive dental work done here, repairs of broken teeth from injuries, multiple root canals and crowns. Dr Mirabile always welcomes feedback and communication to make sure I’m happy with my results, as a nitpicky perfectionist, this means a lot to me.

THIS OFFICE RIGHT HERE! Whether it be general dental work or an emergency , Dr. J and his staff are Absolutely the most efficient and professional dental practice I have ever had the pleasure of walking into I HATE THE DENTIST..Is 100% not true for me anymore after my experience here. If you’re really looking for a dentist who you can trust and will give you top notch work. Look no further.  I just finished my full set of veneers and couldn’t be happier.

Everyone is so friendly! Lots of things to talk about since there’s a tv in each room. I got to watch Death Row Stories before and during my procedure. We’ve also watched crazy YouTube videos. They always make sure the patient is happy and comfortable. I need a lot of work on my teeth and it has been spaced out with the right amount of time between each thing. I’ve had mainly root canals and going back for fillings. They make sure to have the right novocaine/numbing agent for me since the basics don’t really work. They will help with pain and anything else as much as they can.

Dr. Mirabelle is by far the best dentist ever. His bedside manner is beyond anything ive ever experienced. Being the dental chicken i am, Dr. Mirabelle was quick to make sure i was comfortable and at ease. Him and his staff made sure that things were as quick and painless as possible. I will reccommend him to all of my family and friends.

I have had a lot of bad experiences going to the dentist, which caused me a lot of anxiety, until now! Dr. J is amazing. He is patient, funny, friendly and gentle! I am so happy to finally have found the perfect dentist. No more anxiety or putting things off. Thank you Dr. J!!!!
