I have been going to this location for the past year to get my teeth cleaned. I have been very happy with the results and the team at ideal dental. If I have a problem with my teeth they have been able to work me in and take care of the issue right away! Everyone is very friendly and works together to help each other out which I love to see.

I was hesitant about using a “chain” but I love it here. The staff is so friendly. I especially want to thank those we interact with the most, Robin at the payment desk and Caroline our Dental Hygentist. I have two kids and they are so good to them during their their cleaning and then patient with them while I get my cleaning and the kids sit and wait for me. They usually get anything that they need to do done during that same appointment and I like that when they run into something that they are unsure about, they refer out to make sure I get the best treatment. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you have children.

Great place to get your dental work done. I had an afternoon appointment and was surprised I didn’t have to wait. They were ready for me when I arrived which I really appreciated. The technology is great. They show you all your X-rays on the tv in front of you. You can watch shows while in the chair between them working on you. The staff is funny and friendly!

Ideal hires a really high caliber of dentists, assistants and reception staff.  I have been to a few dentists and Ideal surpasses them all.  Their staff is extremely well trained and knowledgeable.  It is very apparent that they spend time finding the best of the best.  I have seen 2 of the dentists in the office and both times had a cavity filled.  They were gentle, concerned and very experienced.  I was disappointed when I couldn’t get in to see the same dentist for the second filling but I had an equally good experience with both.  Ideal obviously takes a lot of pride in who they hire and what their experience is.  Great place to take care of your teeth!

Can not recommend Ideal Dental enough. I was having serious pain and ended up taking an appointment with another dental office. They gave me antibiotics and pain medicine and an estimate of $9,000. After my daughter raved about her visit here, I made an appointment for a second opinion and I’m glad I did! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and my cost to take care of my issues was a fraction of what the other office wanted to charge. So glad I listened to my daughter!

I willfully neglected my teeth for a decade (knew better, did nothing anyway). One cleaning down, part 2 next week, and one wisdom tooth to go. I got lucky the bone loss from tartar isn’t worse, and the wisdom tooth will be out before I lose more jawbone. Fantastic service, communication and technical skill. I maintain high confidence in their competence.

Just got out of my first appointment. The office was very clean and inviting, the staff was very friendly and conversational. They listened to my past experiences (coming from another office I was unhappy with) and did their best to address my needs and offer me multiple solutions to the issues I wanted addressed. What I really appreciated was that they display the X-rays and pictures while discussing the issues they find and care options so you can see it for yourself. My past experience was a dentist who was quite rude and raising prices because my issues “got so much worse” since my last 6 month exam that the care plan tripled in cost. Very happy with Ideal Dental as of my first appointment and looking forward to taking care of my treatment plan with them. Robin, who takes care of the numbers, was also great in showing me pricing and explaining my fees verses insurance and what she thought she could do to save me even more.

I love Ideal Dental!! My Bulverde location is so so wonderful!! The entire office and staff is friendly, the office is always clean and I’m never waiting long. From teeth cleanings to wisdom teeth removal and more… I’ve been satisfied with every service provided. Thank You All!!

Great care has been taken to insure the staff and the facility are properly prepared for COVID. All proper precautions and safety measures are taken and followed. It provides for a safe and methodical visit! Appointment times are always kept, and they are more than willing to accommodate you if you arrive a little early. Staff is always courteous and super friendly! As always, thank you for a delightful visit!
