I called in tears to ask a question about my upcoming appointment. The lady on the phone told me to go ahead and come in ASAP even though I told her I don’t have anybody to watch my kids. When I got there everybody was so nice even though I was freaking out. Michelle entertained my 4 year old and my baby while I had some work done (obviously not in the job description but THANK YOU!) The dentist and hygienist were great too. I probably wasn’t the easiest patient to work with but they kept their cool. Definitely recommend!

UPDATE: Don’t get fooled! Once you get in things change! It’s all about the money!! After spending $5000 YES $5000 for a bottom and top plate this is what I received!! The teeth don’t meet and they are smaller than my regular teeth were! Oh yeah, and BUCKTOOTH!!! Once all this is corrected, I will NEVER go back to them!! So, DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! I was!!! For many years I did not go to a dentist due to a really bad experience in the past. I needed some emergency dental work done, needing some one who would take care credit and found Crystal Dental Group on Google. The staff there is so caring and Dr. Hatampa is awesome. I will continue to go there and that’s coming from someone that hated dentists at one time. I highly recommend them! Great folks!

The receptionists, technicians and doctors were all so nice here. They make you glad you came to see them. They have movies for children waiting and even a cooler with water. Very reasonable on pricing too. You can walk in for emergency care too, its hard to find a dentist that will do that.

I came in for a cleaning yesterday, and it was the first time I had been to the dentist in three years. I was nervous because my prior dentist wasn’t the best and they gave me the fear of dentist. The woman who took me back made conversation with me and asked how I was doing and I responded nervous. She told me everything would be okay and just made me feel comfortable. Whenever it was time for my cleaning, she walked me through everything she was going to do and explained what the tools were for. Then whenever the doctor came to look at my mouth and check everything out, I was informed I had to have fillings. Not the biggest fan of them and I did have a small panic attack. But everyone was so nice! They all calmed me down and whenever I was calm, I was taken to where I would be getting the filling. The doctor informed that I was in control and I could stop her whenever I needed. She told me everything she was doing and was very gentle. I recommend this dentist to anyone reading this!

Today I had an appointment for a routing cleaning. I had an appointment at 8 am and I was checked in quickly and a few minutes early by very friendly staff at the front desk. The two lady’s at the front are very kind and professional and explained my coverage and out of pocket expenses accurately. The cleaning went well and was thorough but not painful. I came here last year for a deep cleaning procedure and afters today’s check up, the condition of my gums have improved. The Dentist and assistant staff are very nice and they make small talk and jokes to make you feel comfortable, however they explain the procedures and treatment plans and make it so it’s easy to understand. This is a great dental office because they’re treatment works, and they know what they are doing. My wife and I have been coming here since last year and we will continue. Great place for kids too.

It had been numerous years since I had been to a dentist so I needed A LOT of work. Shawna at the front desk was instrumental in explaining the whole process to me. She was kind and courteous. So was my hygienist. Very professional. Explained step by step what my treatment involved so when Dr. Hatampa came in there were no surprises. I had deep scaling and cleaning with no pain. I had an awesome experience today. First let me start off by how beautiful this place is. It’s roomy and the waiting area doesn’t have a million in one chairs where your shoulder to shoulder with other patients. I went in with a dental emergency because of pain. The receptionists were informative and nice. Because I didn’t have insurance, They advised me what the out of pocket costs were and explained everything( Thank you)The dentist checked to see if it was a possibility it could be saved instead of pulling it. But the tooth was just too far gone so it was pulled. I really appreciate the fact the took me as a walk in an assisted my needs because the pain I was having was horrid. During the extraction I started to feel pain and then DR Hatampa injected more numbing meds. She was not rough and always ensured I was ok. I really enjoyed my visit today and thankful for the extraction. Tonight I will be able to sleep with no pain. THANKS LADIES ❤️

Crystal dental is simply phenomenal! I first encountered their office when in a life or death situation I went to them with an abscess in my mouth jaw swollen out of control with the infection spreading! Not only did they take me back immediately and remedy my situation they helped me out financially cutting me a deal on the emergency dental work! Now they’ve been helping me out with rebuilding my teeth to avoid situations like this in the future I now have a new smile I can brag about thanks to the amazing ladies at crystal dental I don’t know where I would be without them ! I left another dentist and figured I would try Crystal. New practice so things are a little bit disorganized as expected. I am sure things will settle down. I have given them 5 stars since their expertise and staff make up for the disorganization. Dr. H is very talented, one of the best I have been to and I have lived in major cities from NY to CA with Denver, Tampa, and Atlanta as well. Shawna in the front desk (office manager I believe) makes you feel welcomed and always informative about the cost. The old saying….a satisfied person tells 3 people and a dissatisfied person tells the whole world…..consider this one of the three I will be telling!!!

We will see I had the Invisalign and I feel that I can’t get this right!! I’m going on my fourth refinement!! And I just got some retainers that did not fit right!! The office manager told me I have to wait till January 19 to see the only orthodontist in Fort Worth that they have!! By the time I see the orthodontist and he does the impressions add another six weeks before I get my new refinement trays. Even these trays don’t feel like they fit right digging into my gums and popping off my teeth if I push them down on one side the other side pops out.

Let me tell you I couldn’t believe that a dentist office was so dedicated that they are working late and on weekends to help people like me. My busy life and work schedule are so hectic and its so difficult to get appointments with good doctors let alone GREAT DENTIST like the ones at Crystal Dental Group. The skills and knowledge Dr Hatampa had along with her nimble staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My smile is the 1st thing people see about me and the last thing they remember about me. I’m so happy the results I got and worth every penny. It was a great experience for a really great price. Oh btw I had to wait bcuz an emergency walk in came in even with that I didn’t mind the 45 min wait because I was watching a great movie on a 65 inch flatscreen in a super clean waiting area in a comfortable lounge chair and time flew by. DO YOU want a dentist to rush on your teeth anyway, REALLLY? To me anything as important as my dental hygiene and great smile is worth the wait to receive such great service! I walked in and got an appointment instantly! I tried 4 other so called BEST dentist that said appointments online and phone appointments welcome and i still haven’t heard from them weeks later. The Crystal Dental Group on Skeet Club are highy skilled, professional and follow up by communicating clearly! The operations manager Shawna was so awesome that she had text messages sent with a follow up phone call from a real person…NOT an automated call people. I got there early and used an IPad to fill out my forms NOT paper forms people! It was so easy so fast, and everyone was friendly. I even got a big rebate discount on the best electric toothbrush from oralB on the market! Those of you who actually seek out and expect great service from your qualified healthcare professionals, are grateful for your teeth, considerate of who you let work on your mouth, you will LOVE the operations manager and Dr Hatampa! I came to the office for a routine cleaning a little over a week ago. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a little over a year. From the time I entered the ENTIRE staff was hands on from the receptionist to the head Dentist. I have never received such amazing care. I do not know the medical terms to describe what all I had completed but that routine cleaning lead to the discovery a major cavity. Not only did I get my cleaning, I was also able to have a filling the same day at very little cost. The facility was extremely clean and as an added bonus they gave me free sanitizer to have with me during the health crisis. I could go on for days about how warm and fuzzy the amazing ladies made me feel but, unfortunately I can’t. To all the ladies of Crystal Dental thank you so much. All I can say is wow! If I could give 100 stars I would. I came into the office in excruciating pain. I had called a few places in the High Point and Greensboro area and researched online and thought this was going to be a really expensive process. Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly staff and given information about possible payment plans and options. There is a strong sense of professionalism in this office. I think because of the location many people may feel this is some kind of “pop-up” operation, but it simply is not. The staff here went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable…definitely not something I can normally say when I see the dentist! After initial examination we determined that I needed a tooth pulled and the staff were able to make some calls, do some research, and basically make magic happen because the quote for treatment was more than 50% less than what I found elsewhere. Now to say I was nervous about this kind of procedure is an understatement, I’ve never had a tooth extracted before. Dr. Hatampa was able to promptly relieve me of the major discomfort I was in with a few injections. It took some time for us to begin as I was a little swollen but she was able to efficiently remove the tooth once she began. (Very thankful that the worst part was the shortest part) Dr. H has a really awesome personality and made me feel so at ease afterward. She gave me a prescription for my recovery and this follow up appointment is one I will actually keep. Thanks Dr. H!

Amazing experience!! The place itself first of all is decorated so beautifully very classy! Shawna and the front desk staff were so polite and kind and you fill out your new patient paperwork on an iPad -so easy. I had a new patient exam, cleaning and the dentist Dr. Hatampa had time to do some dental work on me as well. Dr. Hatampa was very caring and super gentle which is a blessing as no one loves getting dental work done- I didn’t even really feel the injections. I was well cared for from start to finish.
