My daughter has been going to Dr Igel for over a year. They were upfront from the very beginning as to each step that will be taken, what the total cost would be and factoring in dental benefits. The staff were and are great at making my daughter feel at ease even when she had to go in by herself for every appt due to Covid, which is not always easy with her. Specific shout out to Jill Johnson who always has taken the time to answer any questions and to teach how to care for braces, what is normal and what isn’t normal and cost saving ideas for the extra dental hygiene needs needed to care for braces. Thanks Igel Orthodontics, Dr Igel, and Jill for making the whole braces process as easy and stress free as possible even during an extremely difficult year ❤️

Staff was very friendly and made you feel important and Dr. Igel was very knowledgeable and professional! I felt like I was valued as a prospective customer and I am confident that I will have the smile I want with my treatment plan!

Dr. Igel was our 2nd consult for our daughter. I wish we would have started with him as we spent a year with consults with another ortho not comfortable with the plan. We left Dr. Igel’s office with confidence. Our daughter now has braces, spacer and bands at night. Just after 2 weeks her teeth are doing exactly what they said would happen. We didn’t leave there without full knowledge of what the plan was. They have a good incentive plan for the patients to keep up good hygiene and eating the right foods to protect their teeth and braces. Makes the patient responsible and easier on the parents. Dr. Igel’s team is great as well. Very informative and work as a team to make the patient and parents comfortable.

I am a busy mom who is also an independent contractor. Managing my schedule and having information to review prior to my appointments keeps my life organized. This is one of the reasons I appreciate Igel Orthodontics. Their constant contact, friendly staff, and organized scheduling procedures made it easy to get great orthodontic care for my daughter. I am always given extra information about care options for her, which helps me make easy decisions to benefit her.

Dr Igel is an excellent orthodontist. I spent 5 years as a child in braces, long years. I appreciate this process is much easier for my son now. Not only is Dr Igel a wonderful  provider but it is very easy to schedule appointments and get which is appreciated when you juggle multiple kid’s schedules. I always know what to expect in each phase and there no surprises. Very professional staff.

Dr Igel has been great. My son and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff is is always pleasant and very accommodating. They try to get you in and out in a timely manner without making you feel too rushed and explain things thoroughly. The first consultation they went over everything thoroughly, including our options and possible hurdles, if any, we may run into. I would highly recommend Dr Igel and his staff.

I was really hesitant to bring my daughter to an orthodontist due to negative experiences I had as a teenager with my own orthodontic treatment. However, my daughter has had fantastic treatment at Dr. Igel’s office and she looks forward to coming to her appointments. My son is now ready for his own set of braces and he couldn’t be more excited. Dr. Igel and his staff are communicative and have always taken the time to thoroughly address my concerns, if any, and we are always in and out. If you are looking for an orthodontist, I would not go anywhere but here!

I got my braces on today! They were very comforting and explained everything! I have had many issues with horrible symptoms over the past 3 years with my jaw and Dr. Igel eased my mind and has a great treatment plan for me! Excited to eventually be symptom free!

All three of my children have been or are current patients at Igel Orthodontics. The entire staff is amazing! From answering all our questions, making my kids feel comfortable with their treatment, and helping with insurance issues, the Igel team supports our family. With one child finished with treatment, I can say her teeth are beautiful! Igel Orthodontics is the best!

Igel Orthodontics has been fantastic to work with getting my oldest daughter’s braces. It was amazing when she had the first set removed, such a change to her smile. She is on round 2 now and doing great with them. She is so excited to see the final result. Tom was extremely helpful in the financial part. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and explained a lot. I appreciate all of the Igel staff members.
