Great dental service! i started going to image dental a couple years ago and have been very pleased. i had ( a different dentist) before and (was not happy). This place is nicely decorated; it has comfortable chairs and big flat screen tv in each room. I usually hate going to the dentist but this place makes it bearable. Dr. NGO is very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff also friendly and caring. I never had to wait for more than 10 minutes before they take me in. My appointments were always on time. The Dental service was least painful than any other places I have been to. I have had cleaning, fillings, retainer adjustment, and teeth whitening done at image dental and the results were good. I never had any problems afterward. I would highly recommend image dental!!

I have been going to Dr. Ngo a coupon years now. He is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so kind and professional and really cares for his patients. I usually hate going to the dentist but Dr. Ngo makes the experience so easy and painless! He always spends the time to explain procedures in detail and makes sure that you’re comfortable throughout. The staff are friendly and helpful and the office is modern and clean.
You won’t find a better dentist, team, and office! Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I both go to Dr. Ngo, he is an excellent dentist and really nice. I came to him to get a crown fixed from another dentist and was very happy with his work. The location is great, the technology is amazing and the staff are very friendly.

I went to Image Dental for two (dental implants) and both procedures went very smoothly.  Dr Ngo was very knowledgeable and explained to me in detail the procedure he was about to performed.   Dr Ngo’s professionalism and mannerism made me very comfortable and I would go back to use his service anytime.

I thought the office had really cool state of the art technology and was very impressed with the xray system which allowed me to see the xray on the computer screen a couple minutes after the xray was taken.

Scale of 1-10, I would rate Dr Ngo’s office a 10.

This is by far the nicest dental office I’ve ever visited – in decor and in service. Trisha at the front desk is as sweet & helpful as they come. She recently called back just to check up on me for a gum problem I had & make sure I was able to get the specialist appointment scheduled quickly.

Lauren (pretty sure of her name) sat me down just a few minutes after I arrived (I’ve never had more than a 10 minute wait here) and made sure I was comfortable (the huge HDTV on the wall in front of each dental chair doesn’t hurt for that matter).

Dr. Ngo then took over, asked about my kids (remembering I had 2 yr. old twins), and proceeded to get to work. Each time I visit, he has been very friendly and descriptive about what’s going on and what needs to be done. The office has state of the art technology, and Dr. Ngo has a way of making me feel completely at ease in an environment that I have historically been very apprehensive about visiting. Keep up the good work, folks – it is VERY MUCH appreciated!

I can’t tell you enough how great Dr Steve and his entirr staff is! Got me in for emergency tooth extraction, very caring, kind and professional. I highly recommend him!

Great location, great staff, and excellent Dentist. Dr. Ngo is gentle and personable with us and the kids. The kids actually don’t mind going to the dentist. It’s very clean and everyone is friendly!! The staff and Dr. Ngo is all amazing!

Maria the hygienist was very friendly, always gives me advice to improve my teeth hygiene (she’s also very attractive haha)
The dental assistant Maria gives me courtesy calls every few months to remind me of my cleanings. Kind of nice not having to remember to schedule an appointment!
Overall I am left pleased with with their work and I will continue to have regular cleanings and dental work done by them!

I have been coming to image dental for two years, and dr. Steve is the best dentist I have ever been to!  When I chip a tooth, he gets me in on a same day appointment, and his staff is very friendly and helpful. I also have never been I recharged, and he has replaced my final metal fillings with composite “on the house” (…) I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Also, I was referred to this office by another dentist’s assistant who used to work here, so it was a very reputable source.

Dr. Ngo, Maria and the staff are the absolute best at what they do.   I have been coming here for close to 7 years and would never consider going anywhere else.    I get expert care with no pressure in a great environment.     My teeth are in tip top shape and I trust Dr. Ngo implicitly.

Dr. Steve Ngo is a wonderful dentist.  He’s very straightforward in terms of his approach to the treatments.  He doesn’t recommend unnecessary procedures.  He takes the time to explain the treatment plan.  He’s very friendly and personable as well, and does not rush you.  And to top it all off, his dental assistants are all nice and efficient.  The ambiance is also very clean and zen. 

My family and I love everything about this dental office… Dr. Ngo is a great dentist, his staff is nice, and the office is new, clean and beautifully designed!  In addition you know that the doctor is up-to-date with the latest dental technology with all the high-tech equipment in the office! Not only is Dr. Ngo a talented, knowledgeable dentist, he is great with kids –  my little daughter actually doesn’t mind going to the dentist since Dr. Ngo is very gentle and patient, and the movies also help! In addition, my husband had some major cosmetic dental work done and Dr. Ngo did a fantastic job!  We’re very happy to recommend Image Dental!!!
