He was upfront with discussing my procedures and each step in resolving the issues. He and his staff made me feel welcome and comfortable in all aspects. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary dentist that can do it all including root canals and crowns. No need to go elsewhere for the 2nd half of the job.

I barely ever write reviews unless I have a bad experience, but I think that I should promote people who are good at what they do. So far I have gotten two root canals done here and they both have been perfect. This office runs like a well oiled machine and I for once look forward to my visits to the dentist. – Dr. Tran is very professional, and knowledgeable. He made my root canals very painless and easy. I had to move to a different state and even my other dentist was impressed with his work. – The receptionist always answers all of insurance related questions and is super helpful over the phone. – I have had many dental cleanings since my insurance covers them for free, but the dental hygienist here really takes her time and teaches you what you may be doing wrong with your current routine. – The dental assistant is also very helpful and made me feel welcomed by remembering small details about me. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and his entire staff for anyone who is looking for a professional, painless, and personalized dental care,

The folks at Image Dental are very friendly and welcoming. They remember us every time we visit, and they have a really nice office. Dr. Tran and his staff are very professional, and we enjoy going to his office. They stay on schedule with their appointments, so you never have to wait past your scheduled time to be seen. We have moved farther away from the office since we began going to them, but we go out of our way to come back to Image Dental. I highly recommend them!

I can’t express how much I actually enjoy my visits to Dr. Tran. I had put off having regular check-ups for several years because of poor experiences, and Dr. Tran’s office truly changed my perspective! His staff is AMAZING and super accommodating. The staff really has their appointment scheduling streamlined, and the wonderful lady at the front desk starts the appointments off on a positive note with her sweet nature. I was especially impressed with how they handled my last visit. I unexpectedly had to bring my 5 year old niece along to my appointment, and not only did they give her a comfortable spot in the room with me, but despite her not being their patient, they gifted her a child’s aftercare bag with a cute toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash. She was so excited, and the gesture really meant a lot. I truly feel appreciated and valued here.

I recently moved to the Dallas area and was in need of finding a new dentist. I was referred to Dr. Tran by a friend. Truth be told, I hate all the processes involved with validating insurance coverage whenever you start with someone new. I was surprised how quickly his staff was able to verify my coverage and gave me the breakdown of the cost for my procedures. Dr. Tran took his time and examined my teeth and explained what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. He made me feel like he’s been my dentist for over several years. I have never experienced such professionalism at a dentist office. Thanks for giving me such a great first time visit!

Recently I decided to make the commitment to get everything I really needed and have put off to have excellent oral health. Finding a good dentist is not an easy task. right from the beginning everyone there made me feel extremely at ease. They were all attentive quick and very caring. Starting with Nay at the front desk who went into great detail to explain my plan and options and even further always quickly responding to all my questions by email. Lisa has also been a great help as well. Now to the Dentistry. I needed a deep cleaning which i knew was not going to be pleasant they made it as comfortable as could. The dental hygienist (who im sorry i forgot her name) was an expert with several years experience and is actually in dental school as well. Of course the key person keeping all of this together is Dr Tran. I don’t believe in all the years I have been going to the dentist I have met someone who is genuinely concerned and goes into to such great detail as this man. I have a lot of work to be done and have only gone to a few visits but his work is top notch. I truly feel that i am safe and the detail of his work is outstanding. I didnt mean to make this review so long but I wanted to express my gratitude and am so looking forward completing all the work and confident i will end up with a great smile. I made a same day morning appt for an emergency tooth extraction. I am a new patient; but definitely not a one time patient. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. DR. Tran was very patient, knowledgeable and efficient.There was absolutely no upselling or aggressive future appt selling. I give this office a 10 plus rating.
