I have never been one to complete yelp or social media reviews of any kind but I believe selecting a dentist is a very personal matter. Its important that you are happy and comfortable with your selection while obtaining the reassurance from other patients of their experience and having comfort that you are in good hands! I personally had a very traumatic past with dental work over my childhood and into my early adult years. I am pleased to share I can say I no longer have that challenge and it is all thanks to Imagine Dentistry! I have been to this office three times in the last month. Dr. Coambs and her team have been absolutely amazing! I had quite a bit of dental work to have completed with the goal to be in braces as soon as possible. Dr. Coambs and her team have made that possible for me! In just three weeks they have completed dental work for me with little to no discomfort that has taken me years to do! Dr. Coambs truly cares about her patients and she takes the time to understand what you are looking for and works to find the route and plan that best suits you. I went to her office today for standard dental work and while I was there she asked me about some layered staining that I had on my front teeth. These stains have haunted me since I was 10 years old. Dentist after dentist told me it was next to impossible to address these without caps or veneers. Dr. Coambs jumped right in today and to my surprise she made a recommendation at an affordable cost. To my amazement as of this afternoon the stains are gone. The appointment took longer but she did not hesitate and she knocked it all out along with my planned appointment. I was in tears when I realized what she had accomplished! I am truly grateful to be in her care and work with her as well as her staff. Tiffany and Angela have been amazing also! The front desk staff is also amazing and they are literally just as a happy for me on my journey of getting all of this addressed. Thank you to all of you for your work and dedication to your patients! You have changed my view on dental work and I am grateful to be in your care! If you are looking for a team and a Dentist you can trust, Imagine Dentistry is it! You will feel at home, you can trust their advice and their work and they will make all services as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for what you have done for me in my journey!!!

I had a wonderful experience as a new patient with Imagine Dentistry. I was having severe dental pain due to an infection. Even though I was a new patient, they got me in right away. The hygienist, front desk staff, and dentist were so kind and caring. The office was nice and clean. Covid precautions were very good with everyone properly masked- no “sniffers” and N95 under surgical for providers in the room. The best part was that the dentist gave me a wonderfully effective pain block injection that allowed me to get much needed rest after 2 days without sleep. I would highly recommend. Imagine continues to be a fantastic experience. Ana was SO friendly and kind, and it was such a pleasant experience – and Dr. Combs is just wonderful. I mean, everyone is a little nervous going to the dentist right? Not anymore; this place is excellent.

The dental experience with Imagine Dentistry begins before you walk into their office. Appointment scheduling is pleasant and the appointment reminder system is so thorough, with constant reminders – no one should ever miss their appointment. From Amanda at the front desk, to Tiffany the dental hygienist, to Dr. Coambs, they are all wonderful and I enjoy spending my 45-60 min with them every 6 months!

I absolutely loved going to Dr. Combs! She was very nice and professional. I am very excited to finally have found someone that I can trust to do the right thing without adding Extra things that aren’t necessary. No one has actually made complete sense to me until I had an appointment with her. Her office staff were lovely as well! Great experience!

Dr.Coambs and her staff were amazing! Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful at their specific job, from the front desk dealing with appt. and insurance , to the dental assistant with pre/work and Dr. Coambs thoroughly inquired of my needs and completely answered my questions on the present problem along with future work.

We LOVE this dentist and her staff!  I can NOT say enough good about this team. They do excellent work, they educate you, and their bedside manner is superior to any other dentist we’ve ever had. We’ve lived all over the country and have been to many offices but this by far is THE best!  My husband and I HIGHLY recommend!

From start to finish there was excellent customer service. I’m always nervous when it comes to going to the dentist but they made it so easy to come in and to relax. They also took time explaining things to me about what needed to be worked on and were willing to help if i had any questions. Overall such a great place and environment to go too !

I’m new to the area and selected Imagine Dentistry by the reviews on Yelp. Everyone in this practice goes above and beyond the call of duty. This is a first class operation with the latest and greatest technology. I know more about my dental health in that visit than all my 50+ years going to the dentist. I was treated as a VIP. The office is pristine. I was truly in the hands of people who genuinely care about their patients. Every concern was addressed with knowledge of their craft and professionalism. There are no surprises as to costs for future dental work. They put it in writing. This was truly a wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this practice

I was very satisfied with our appointments for my nervous 7 and 9 year olds. The ease at making the appointment and completing ALL the paperwork online is so appreciated. During the appointment Dr. Coambs and Tiffany were patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!!

It has taken years to find a dentist that I can trust. In the past I have been gouged with additional costs ‘not covered’ or exceeded what my insurance covered. Not to mention I was a ‘one and done’ patient…I just couldn’t relax or trust those dentists. Not a problem here. The staff is very friendly, demonstrate true concern for you health and comfort during each and every procedure. And no surprise additional bills after the visit. Imagine Dentistry is absolutely the best. The entire staff is very friendly, patient can caring. The always great me with a smile on their face. I don’t have to remind them of my name as they actually take the time to know you. The service is great as they explain the procedures and what needs to be done to correct any issues to help you maintain a beautiful smile. I would recommend this dentist to any and everyone!

Imagine Dentistry has the best vibe of any dental office I’ve been in. I used to work in the dental field, so I’ve been in a lot of dental offices. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the dentist and hygienists are very thorough. They really take the time to listen to their patients. I’m so glad I made the switch to Dr. Coambs’ office!

My visit at Imagine Dentistry was outstanding! I am the type of person who has an aversion to dental work because it’s very anxiety provoking for me. I also have had previous experience with other dentists that were very sales-driven and used a fear based tactic to make you think you have to do their entire treatment plan all at once, even if you have to go into debt. Even cleanings can be an uncomfortable experience if the hygienist doesn’t have a gentle touch. My experience at Imagine Dentistry was the complete opposite of any of those things. No pushy sales tactics, no pain, no fear, and dare I say that I actually enjoyed it?!?! Oh yeah, and they are IN NETWORK with my insurance! I have finally found my dental home in Charlotte…and it only took me 12 years of shopping around at other practices Thank you so much to the staff at Imagine Dentistry, especially Tiffany and Dr. Coambs. Y’all are amazing!

I am not one of those people who like to go to the dentist but I’ve been seeing Dr. Coambs for a few years now and she absolutely fantastic. Tiffany does my cleanings and she amazing always makes me feel comfortable.  Everyone genuinely cares about me and makes me feel like I am part of the family!

The Imagine Denistry team is fantastic! From the moment I walked in the door they made me feel welcome. They did an amazing job of listening to me and explaining what they were doing and why throughout my visit. Finally they gave me a written copy of my treatment plan so that I know exactly what needs to be done and can make the most of my insurance coverage as well as manage my budget. Imagine Denistry is not your typical dentist office- they are so much more.

It has been a few years since I’d been to Imagine Dentistry, but I was welcomed back as if I was part of their family! Tiffany is such an amazing dental hygienist and she’s always so pleasant to work with! Dr. Coambs is very thorough and takes time to explain what’s needed and why. This will always be my dentist as long as I’m in Charlotte!

I love to give credit where credit is due. I’d like to give Imagine Dentistry 6 stars! Candy contacted me beforehand to get new patient info and she’s very polite and professional. Tiffany is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She made me feel so comfortable. And Dr. Coambs is thorough and personable. I am so happy I found this place.

Tiffany did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Coambs explains all treatment options thoroughly, going through the cost-benefit of each facet to help me as a patient prioritize my plan. All staff was very professional. I liked that the treatment plan was reviewed in a private setting where I could comfortably ask questions. I highly recommend Dr. Coambs!

Dr. Coambs and her staff are very professional and pleasant to be around. I spoke with Amanda on the phone and she took her time speaking with me about their practice and what I was looking for re: dental care. When I arrived for my first appointment at 7:00am Melissa was at the front and greeted me with a smile. Dr. Coambs met with me immediately after I checked in around 7:05am. She spent some time telling me about her background and was very thorough in asking me about my dental history. She then brought me to Tiffany who was my dental hygienist. Tiffany was awesome! Probably the most knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled hygienist I have ever had. After my cleaning and examination, Tiffany walked me to the office where Melissa met with me and went over my billing options. For the first time in my life I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist

I’ve never before been moved to give a yelp review but my experience was so good that I had to. I was referred by my father who called them “disney’s dentist” because of the amenities and that fact he could watch ESPN while having his teeth cleaned – no better way to keep distracted! I left feeling extremely educated and with a much deeper understanding of my teeth (pics included!) Highly recommend giving them a chance. Very gentle and knowledgeable!

I have had several visits to the office within the past year and have always had a great experience. They are very thorough and use the latest technologies and equipment to ensure you are comfortable and at ease. They provide you with music or television while you get your work done and the staff that I have encountered have all been pleasant and communicate with you what they are doing and talk to you like a person not like a just a customer. I recently switched my daughter to them as well who complained about the last dentist and no complaints from her. I would recommend to any looking for a dentists who you feel cares and takes pride in what they do.

When I moved down here from Connecticut, my biggest fear was finding the right doctors and dentist. While I’m still avidly searching for the right doctor, I’m very fortunate to have found the best dentist out there. At imagine Dentistry, the entire staff takes much care to treat every patient with sincerity, thoroughness kindness and patience. Above all…I’m an absolute wimp when it comes to dental work and panic anytime I have to have a cavity filling. For the first time evet, I was pain free and we’ll taken care of. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further. Be sure to set aside some time for your 1st appointment, it will be a couple hours to provide for a comprehensive exam.
