I have been seeing Dr Ocampos for years now. I go to him because hes a nice guy and and he builds a relationship with his patients, most importantly he does detail work that’s painless. When he refures patients out for special work, he always sends me to the best. He has a great staff that’s been working there for years with lots of experience. When you see the same faces for years this tells you that their Owner Dr Ocampos definently treats his employees right and just values his people and his patients. I just referred my Father and he had a great experience and he told me Dr Ocampos is very detail and staff is great.

I absolutely love coming to Dr Ocampo’s office. He is the gentlest dentist I have every had. Even my kids prefer to see him above all others. And his staff is completely professional and very nice. The waiting room is very calming. I almost want to nap as I wait a few minutes for my appointment. Dr Ocampo takes his time to explain procedures and answer any questions. The office is very clean and welcoming. During this time of COVID-19 they are being very careful with all of their patients, making sure people are separated and wearing masks up until they have to “go in”.

Dr. Ocampo and his staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. Every time I walk in there I am remembered and greeted instantly. The wait time is always low and once I get in there I’m told exactly what’s going to happen and how long it’s going to take. I recently moved to Riverside so this office is now about an hour away but I have no plans to change where I go! Knowing I’m in good hands and going to be taken care of makes it well worth the drive!

Excellent dentistry. I’ve been going to Dr. Ocampo for almost 20 years and always satisfied with the work they do. I’ve never had to wait longer than my scheduled appointment. I don’t usually go on these sites to give reviews. However, when I receive extraordinary service, I enjoy giving credit, where credit is due. Dr. Ocampo has been our family dentist for the past 20 years. He has treated our three boys throughout the years. He runs a very professional office with a bilingual staff who is very personable. This is great, because my wife feels at ease, knowing that Dr. Ocampo and his staff speak Spanish. The great thing about Dr. Ocampo is, that he explains his procedures, but more importantly, explains what you need to do to maintain a healthy set of teeth. Check ups become just that, Check ups! No scary procedures if you just do what Dr. Ocampo asks you to do. I cannot say enough about Dr. Ocampo and his business, but we plan on keeping him as our family dentist for a very long time.

My name is Debbie Gonzalez I have been to Imperial Dental for 3 visits and I just finshed up today. I had to post my comments because of the fantastic service I had all 3 times I walked into that office. Dr. Ocampo and his staff never once asked what I was having done they were ready and prepared to get what I needed done in a fast and professional manner. The dental work that was just finished up is so beautiful I just wanted to stand at the corner of there office and smile at every passing car and yell out “If You Need A Good Dentist He’s Here”. I highly recommend Imperial Dental. This past Tuesday I received the same high quality service I’ve become accustomed to when I visit Imperial Dental. In my “dentist” book, Dr. Ocampo is the best dentist by far. I have been seeing him for almost 20yrs. now and I will continue to see him. Many years ago I made the mistake to take the advice of a friend (we’re not on speaking terms anymore – jk) to go and see his dentist because he was “awesome” and was much closer from my home. BIG mistake! – That’s when I really appreciated how Imperial Dental staff greets me with a friendly smile and I never wait more than 5 minutes before I am seen. Dr. Ocampo is extremely down to earth and spends the time needed to go through any treatment or any questions I have in detail. His injections are almost painless, I never have to raise my left hand, if you know what I mean, you have to experience it for yourself and if you don’t agree, call me out. I really appreciate a dental office that truly puts patients well-being first. Thank you Dr. Ocampo and Staff. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

This office is just great, I take my whole family there and we never have to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. I recommend it to everyone I know because it’s hard to find a good dentist, it’s almost as hard as finding a good mechanic. I have small children and the doctors are caring and very tender with my kids. they don’t make them cry or hurt them so I will always bring my family here. Doctor Ocampo is a really nice guy and he always has time to talk to you if you have any concerns. He is very attentive to my needs and the needs of my family. This is by far the best office I’ve ever been to. As soon as you walk into the office you feel welcomed. The staff at reception greet you with a smile and a sincere feeling of seeing you. They make you feel like you’re among friends. The reception area is clean and warm with nice decor. As soon as they bring you to the back the doctors and assistants make you feel comfortable with no pressure and no worries. The doctors have a very smooth touch not like other offices where they stab you and hurt you. I’ve never had a bad experience at Dr. Ocampo’s office. The assistants have extensive experience and knowledge and it shows when you’re having any procedure done. I love coming to this office because I know they will take good care of me. I have been a patient since I was a little girl. Dr. O’Campo and his staff are caring, trusting, and professional. I’m now in my early 30s and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Years ago I suffered a car accident and sustain many injuries; one of them was braking my jaw in two places. Since then, every time I have had any dental work done Dr. O’Campo makes sure I get breaks and uses a mouth guard so my jaw doesn’t get overworked or tired. His wonderful staff has been amazing throughout the years. Gema and Terri are phenomenal woman and amazing in their patient care. Dr. Ocampo of Imperial Dental has been my dentist for the past 5 years and I couldn’t be happier. His staff is very professional and friendly, they literally make you feel like a VIP. I had a bad experience with my previous dentist located in Corona which made me afraid to go back, but when I went to my first appointment at Imperial Dental, Dr. Ocampo was very gentle and explained what he was about to do every step of the way and I didn’t experience any discomfort, this made my fears go away to the point that I will not go to anyone else other than Dr. Ocampo, I trust him 100%. The drive is one hour each way, but I rather go to Imperial Dental than to be mistreated at my previous dental office. His office is deserving of 5 stars and I will continue being a loyal happy patient.

I must admit that at an early age I dreaded the dentist and even as an adult its not exactly my favorite place to be. My boyfriend has been a patient of Dr. Ocampo for over 6 years. I’ve been hearing him talk about how nice Dr. Ocampo and his staff is for a while now and when I finally did go in for my first appointment I quickly realize that Imperial Dental differs from every other dental group I’ve been to. I’ll start off by saying I live in Dallas Texas but catch a flight every month to visit Dr. Ocampos ! If there’s one thing I’m terrified of is the dentist office lol I’m having a lot of dental work done with him. I was really nervous at first but let me just say… this is the first dentist I have ever gone to & left with no pain! He’s changing out all my silver fillings to white ones, whitening my teeth, & i’m getting my front 4 teeth half crowns half Veneers (I don’t know the exact terminology for what it’s called) The first appointment he did the right side of my mouth & I felt nothing whatsoever !!! it was pretty quick & painless. Not to mention he such a sweetheart along with his staff you can tell he’s genuine when recommending things for you. He truly cares about his patients that’s why I still choose him to be my dentist over any and everyone!!!!! I’m so happy my auntie recommended me to him check him out !!!!!
