The hygienist took her time to answer all my questions and explain my concerns, and even took x-rays to visually support all she explained. She also invited Dr. Patel to review the x-rays and consult with me on my ongoing struggles. She was my cheerleader as I walked out of her room, a little sore and very encouraged to do better with my daily hygiene routine.

I really enjoyed my experience at the office, and I typically avoid the dentist like the plague! The staff were so kind and attentive. Dr. Patel was so kind and explained all of my options. I especially liked how we discussed my personal options for cosmetic work at my direction, and nobody had to or tried to convince me out of the things I wanted. Truly a class act practice with great staff! Thanks!

When I first walked in to Infinite Smiles several years ago, I knew I had dental issue and was self-conscious of my smile. At that time I was only in my early 30’s and I was not ready to cope with dentures at that age, so Dr. Patel worked with me to try to save the teeth that I had remaining. It worked for several years, but then it came to the point where he had done all that he could have given the circumstances. It had come to the point I had been dreading, my only option was to remove the teeth that I had left and start over. When it came time to talk about my options, Dr. Patel, Faith and Christy took the time to sit down with my husband and I to be sure to answer any of our questions. After months of back and forth communication, we came up with a game-plan that would fit my lifestyle and financial comfort. The decision had been made to go with an All-on-4 treatment. Dr. Patel and his entire staff made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. From surgery date to final was slightly over 5 months. Yes, there was some discomfort and adaptation that occurred during that time and truthfully, with my new smile comes a new normal that I am still adjusting to. Dr. Patel and his staff have not only provided me with a new smile but also a new feeling of confidence.

Infinite Smiles has such a professional and warm staff. Dr. Patel, his assistant, Faith, office manager, Jackie, and the rest of the staff put you at total ease the minute you walk in the door. This team can do it all! If you have a great smile, they will help you keep it that way, and if you don’t, they will fix it. Easy to get to, lots of parking. I am so grateful to have found this practice.

As always, going to the dentist is like catching up with great friends!! The professionalism is both friendly and caring. Ashley is my hygienist and I enjoy hearing about her family. AND, she does an exceptional cleaning!! The entire staff makes me feel at home and valued. Dr. Patel has created a culture within his practice that is first class.

Our entire family goes to see Dr. Patel and his entire staff. They are all fantastic…even our 8 yr old daughter enjoys going to the dentist. They are top notch and have all of the cutting edge technology and can get you in and out in no time. I have a very busy schedule and they’re able to work with me and get me in at 7am and typically have me out by 7:30 for a standard cleaning. Great place if you’re looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Patel and his team do amazing work! I’ve had several decent dentists over the years but Dr. Patel has gone above and beyond! I was lucky enough to have him do my veneers last year, it was a quick and virtually painless process. The staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home! There isn’t a better dentist in Ohio if you ask me. I recommend infinite smiles to anyone, I drive up from Cincinnati for my appointments and I would drive further if I had to! 🙂

Dr. Patel’s highly skilled staff complement the outstanding care I receive from him. As someone who was terrified of the dentist after bad childhood experiences, I needed a dentist who was extremely competent and gentle. He also keeps up with the latest technology and medical help for healing which has cut down on the number of appointments I need for a procedure. I recommend him for anyone who needs a skilled dental team to handle their treatments. Bonus: my kids like him, too.

As someone that gets anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, I have to say that Dr Patel and his staff are fantastic! You feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment you walk in the door. Dr Patel makes you feel at ease and is always asking about your comfort level. I would highly recommend Infinite Smiles to anyone looking for dental care.

I drive 40 minutes to go to Infinite Smiles. I wanted a dentist that would use the most current technology and be honest with my needs. I feel like I am in a spa instead of a dentists office. The staff is so nice and they always take you on time. I am also at the stage in life where I need some extra work – when I need a crown I don’t have to go back! That is very important to me! I would highly recommend this practice. My husband was complaining that his dentist scraped his teeth really hard when he had them cleaned – I quickly explained that is old school and he needs to go to an office that uses high power water to clean your teeth. No painful scraping. I will continue to make this drive until I can talk Dr. Patel into coming to the east side!!!!!

I’ll start by saying that all of the staff at Infinite Smile is amazing. You’re always treated very well the moment you walk in the door. My husband referred me to Dr. Patel, so I’ve been going there for about 3 years now and nothing has changed with the quality of service. Dr. Patel is the sweetest Dr., so kind and welcoming, he’s also very thorough and will explain any problems and my options. I must add my hygienist Kelsey is skilled and knowledgeable and I’ve also had Nikki, who I can say the same about, very sweet and fun to talk to as well. The equipment is state of the art and a clean modern office; you’ll have a pleasant experience visually. They remind you constantly of your appointment so you don’t forget. This is actually helpful to me because with my crazy schedule, it’s helpful that someone is on top of it!

Dr. Patel is a talented surgeon with a warm bedside manner. He designed my dental implant and caps for my front teeth and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The staff is very knowledgeable and effective with providing reassurance, making you comfortable throughout the visit and answering all questions. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for anyone looking for personalized dental care in a spa-like environment!

I’m so pleased with IS!… as always! As I’m getting older, even though I take excellent care of my teeth, I’m finding that aging means I need more medical & dental care. Crowns & implants appear to be forthcoming. Knowing that, it’s a great comfort to have the IS team there to give me the best dental care available! Beyond that, from my experience, it is clear that the entire staff genuinely cares for their patients. Dr Patel combines a level of knowledge, expertise, skill & even artisanry that is unmatched! At the same time, while he is keenly professional, he has an uncommonly kind & caring nature. He has assembled a staff that clearly shares his philosophy, and they all are family to me! 🙂 <3

Where do I begin to describe  how wonderful Dr. Patel and his staff are! I had horrible experiences with dentists when I was younger and needed a lot of work done to get a great smile.  I went to several dentist over the years to inquire about implants but do not feel comfortable with any of them then I met Dr. Patel. From beginning to end it was an incredible experience!!  The care and compassion I received cannot be explained.  I now have an incredible smile and a lot more confidence the compliments I get are endless.  Thank you Dr. Patel and staff for caring about me and giving me a great smile.  YOU ARE AWESOME!!  Valerie

I’ve been coming to Infinite Smiles for about a year now and my new dentures are working out great (previous denture broke that was made at another dental office). This was my first visit to Infinite Smiles and it was everything I was told it would be. Everyone was very pleasant making you feel at home. Ashley, my hygienist did an excellent job exuding an air of confidence that seems well deserved. Dr. Patel seemed to be pleased I was joining his practice and had an air of professionalism which i really appreciated. First class office with what appears to be the latest in dental equipment to provide the best care.

Dr. Patel and the whole Infinite Smiles family are truly the best in the industry. Having suffered from severe anxiety of the dentist. I instantly was calmed by the atmosphere and the catering nature of each individual servicing me. I had to have major resconstruction done to achieve my desired smile, so I visited the office quite frequently. Each time I was greated warmly and handled with care as if I was family. I am truly happy and overjoyed with the state of the art technology that went into my smile design, and the finished product.
