Very friendly staff, and the best orthodontists in the business!  I was a patient years back, and now I’m taking my son there.  They are always kind, and seem genuinely happy to see us.  They are very easy to work with on scheduling convenient appointment times, and even setting up payment plans.  I highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

The Inmans are the best!! They were my orthodontist back when I rocked braces, so naturally my kid was going to follow my foot steps. Checking in is simple and easy now. Touch screen self check in and off to brush your teeth. Waiting room is spacious and comfy chairs. There is a working television and reading materials. The offices have been updated. They aren’t only focusing on teeth but updated technology to help with treatment. Seriously upgrades since my braces days. They an open office setting in the back, like a circle of chairs and the desk in the middle. (Same set up as the past too) but of course updated chairs and equipment. It’s awesome too see some familiar faces from days and knowing my kid is in great hands, definitely takes the stress off. Scheduling future appointments is a breeze and they give you your note on the same page with off the info. The treatment plans are laid out in front of you and all the expectations they have for treatment and that we need to except of treatment. Financials were spelled out to me clearly and the expectations for that as well. So far everyone at Iman and Baldwin has made the beginning process for my son’s treatment a breeze and my kid is already on the know for the check in process. I’ll take pictures next visit.

They took their time with my son who is 8. He was very nervous but they were patient with him and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They even gave my 3 year old coloring pages and let her color while waiting for the dentist. Really loved the experience!

Great experience, I went in was for a consult for possible service. The service that was provided was nothing but excellent. I am really greatfull how open and hones they are about the process, steps they offered and gave me recommendations they felt was best for me. I felt that their honesty and openness about information was a huge factor and that they rather do whats best for the person then it is for them to make money.

This is the first child I have had with braces. The whole process has been wonderful. All of the staff we ever interact with is friendly like they’ve known you for years. Very accommodating to schedule your visits and very quick and professional on those visits. Getting ready to go through round two with my second son. Great job Inman & Baldwin Orthodontics!

Disappointed that I scheduled PTO for an appointment at 4:00 today only to have them call me today to tell me my appointment had been changed to noon and I missed it. The consultation appointment was wonderful. The lack of keeping appointments at scheduled time so, they can take off early for the holiday is upsetting. Hopefully this was just an oversight but, now I have to wait two weeks to get another appointment.

Our first visit was amazing. Answered the questions we had and explained different options. Dr Baldwin was super nice and professional and any anxiousness I had about the upcoming orthodontic journey was put at ease. I know that once we start this process that the end result will be amazing. They take their time, and truly care about each individual. Ge asked about mine and my husband’s orthodontic treatments as well. Super personable! We were told they are the best and looking forward to this journey.

I had all three of my children at Inman&Baldwin last week. I cannot recommend them enough! They have never rushed my kids into treatment and are wonderful to take the time to explain the why and how the treatment plan will work. At one point one Dr. Baldwin had me back to discuss our oldest and then said Dr. Inman was waiting to talk to me about starting with the other two. Although their office is bustling with patients they both took the time to speak with me, explain, and answer my questions. I never felt rushed or like they were in hurry to move on. I think they make everyone feel that way and know many well satisfied patients! Their office ladies are also very kind and accommodating!

Love Inman & Baldwin Orthodontics!! They are very professional and so, so friendly!! Always willing to go above and beyond what is necessary when needed to. My son has been made to feel comfortable and welcomed by this great group of people which has helped with this experience!!
