Dr. Vilderman has been my dentist for over 20 years. (Now my children’s as well) He’s a excellent doctor and very knowledgeable. I’m grateful to have found him years ago. He cares deeply for his patients and what’s in there best interest. The level of care and customer service from the front desk to the dental care specialist are always 5 stars! Thank you! I highly recommend Serenity Dental. I have been a patient of Dr. Vilderman for over ten years. He is an extremely skilled dentist with an excellent “dental chair” side demeanor. The best of the best! Recently, I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Khodai. He was also, a very good dentist who answered all the questions of this science teacher, and was very clear on what he was doing and what needed to be done. The administrator were intelligent and thorough in explaining procedures and costs. Also, the assistants were professional and cheerful. Lastly, the hygenist was did a great job both explaining and caring out her job. Serenity dental will provide you with the highest dental care available.

I’ve been a client for more than 10 years and my experience has always been positive. I decided to write a review after my last visit. I called the office after breaking a crown knowing that all my dental insurance money was maxed out for this year, and less than two months before the insurance kicks in again for the new year. I was not mentally prepared to pay for a new crown but this was an emergency, I needed to get this done… So I got my new crown, and it was FREE! Linda reassured me that there was no charge because the previous one was only a year old. Isn’t that the best service you can get? Professional people making sure that their work is exceptional. Thank you to Dr. Vilderman and the entire Innovative Dental team.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Vilderman for over 20 years. Unfortunately, I was not blessed with “good teeth” and have had to do a lot of work over the years.  Dr. Vilderman is the ONLY doctor I would ever trust to work on my teeth. He has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make the procedure as painless as possible. He is by far the best dentist in the city!

I have been coming to this office since they were located above Target and Best Buy on the corner of Geary and Masonic for the last few years. Freshly moved into the city, I relied on yelp reviews to locate an office for dental work and it didn’t disappoint. No insurance, with insurance, crooked teeth, etc, they will work with you financially and will provide a wide variety of options with care and consideration. Huge thanks to Dr. Vildermann who is the most efficient dentist I’ve ever worked with, especially considering I needed 5 fillings in one sitting. And to let you listen to music while they work is just icing on the cake!

Dr. Vilderman and his team removed my problematic tooth. I can tell you, he took extra special care to ensure the tissues around my tooth, which has a number of issues, was sutured up ultra-well. Very, very pleased thus far and I had the tooth removed just yesterday. Thank you, folks! ORIGINAL REVIEW, 1/20/14 After being referred again, and again, and again for the same tooth issue, I finally called City Dental (which is connected to Innovative Dental), left a message over the lunch hour and was phoned back almost immediately at 1pm or so. Linda was so incredibly empathetic and kind! I actually broke down in tears because up to that point, I’d been met with 20-something year old bimbos at most of these other dental offices whom I’d called and spoke to before calling these folks, who couldn’t give a rat’s tail about my tooth or me! Their only interest? Seemed to be they just wanted to get their $200+ for a consultation…even BEFORE any work had been done. These other offices and their admins and doctors were too busy looking their stupid phones, gossiping to one another about this patient or that and I was just one more patient on their huge list of patients. No one, it seemed, up to the point I spoke to Linda at Dr. Vilderman’s, knew how to stop, be present, and actually give me a moment to focus on me, just me, and be empathetic with how scared and embarrassed I was I feeling about needing to have a front tooth extracted. I went into Dr. Vilderman’s office today and met with him. His chairside manner, like Linda’s, was also very empathetic, kind and so present, that I, again, broke down in tears! I suppose I’m just shocked at how down to earth and real these folks at Dr. Vilderman’s are. Dr. Vilderman also let me know that they have a Periodontist who COMES TO THEIR OFFICE…what? You mean I don’t have to run around, spend money on gas, parking, etc. go to this doctor and that one to get myself taken care of? Great to know you can have a specialist come to you if you need one at your primary dentist’s office, right? Ada, one of the lovely admins at Dr. Vilderman’s office came in while I was still composing myself, got my insurance card, came back and let me know she’d have a quote mailed out by this afternoon. By the time I returned home from my errands, Ada’s email was in my inbox with her assurance that my quote for the work I will need is in the mail. The most important thing above and beyond everything I’ve said here? No one, and I mean NO ONE, I spoke to at Dr. Vilderman’s office made me feel awful or bad with some preachy, “healthier than thou,” attitude just because I needed some serious work done on my mouth. For Yelpers out there who know what I mean by what I just said, the staff at Dr. Vilderman’s, (including the doc himself), know what you’re going through (just ask them) and are there to do the work and help you. They are NOT in business to make you feel terrible or feel that you’re being judged because your teeth need to be worked on. Empathetic, kind, personalized and genuinely gracious service…that’s been my experience thus far at Dr. Vilderman’s office. Thank you, folks, so much for treating me with DIGNITY, KINDNESS and RESPECT….it meant the world to me! Truly. I’m still tearing up as I type this out. :)! So far, so good,…and I haven’t even had any work done yet!

This is the best office and care in town !!! Dr Vilderman is highly professional and caring ! I was scared of dentists since I was a child but he took the best care of me and explained me procedures step by step ! They used some amazing product while they cleaned my teeth as well … It smelled good and my teeth are very white ! Thank you !
