I would like to say how great my Invisalign experience has been with Innovative Dentistry. I have 4 weeks to go on my set and have gotten a number of complements on my smile. People I work with daily have never even noticed I’m wearing them and I noticed that I’ve been having way fewer migraines. Also I lost a tray once and they quickly got me a new one within a couple days with out hassle.

I was looking for a new dentist as my prior dentist sold his practice, and after a couple false starts at other practices, I finally found Innovative Dentistry.  Everyone there has been great, scheduling was easy, hours are convenient, front office friendly, and dentist and hygienists were super thorough, professional, and nice.

I now like going to the dentist. That was never, ever on my radar as an option until I came here. In fact, I hadn’t been to the dentist in [insert secret long-time-ago timeframe here], because going to the dentist was about tied with “slow, horrible death” on my wish list. If you have higher-than-normal anxiety, let them know and they will set you up right. Concierge includes pills, blankets, and that giant teddy bear of a therapy dog, Humphrey. And, most helpful of all, the whole crew is really, genuinely caring and goes out of its way to put you at ease. (Ok, the pills don’t hurt either. With those, I also recommend wearing dark shades and just sort of dozing off through the whole thing. Which, given the level of trust I have in the people here, is totally doable.) My teeth look and feel great, and I have them to thank for it. If you’re paying out of pocket, I’m not sure this is the ideal choice for you. But I’m blessed with good insurance, Innovative bills Delta/WDS directly, and I’m quite confident I couldn’t have made a better decision than to come here. They’ve convinced me that going to the dentist doesn’t have to be some lower layer of hell. A great epiphany

I’m super happy by this dentistry and highly recommend it. The staff are always professional yet friendly and accommodating. I book my appointments through email (which I prefer vs. calling because it’s easier for me). I’ve so far done a root canal, crown, and a cavity filling and have had no issues.

I have been a patient of Innovative Dentistry for 3 years. I am extremely satisfied with my experience there. The staff is experienced, friendly and caring. I have not experienced the same issues that others have written about, I have minor dental needs and there is no pressure for other treatment. In fact, the one filling I had done was suggested only with my permission (yes, they ask your permission to discuss what they find). When they showed me an actual picture (not an xray) of my 20+ year old silver filling, I could see the black area around the edges. When they removed it and replaced it with a white filling, they showed me the picture of the large cavity that was underneath-ugh. I find that to be proactive dentistry. My old dentist never caught that and it could have turned into a much more expensive crown or root canal if it had been left alone. Something I like to avoid. Since the one filling, I have had no reason for further treatment other than my regular cleanings. Yes, they do have laser, but there is never any pressure to include it if you don’t want it – and they don’t bring it up every cleaning, just tell you about the first time. They are very upfront about the cost of everything before you agree. I like that you have the option of sticking to the same Dr. or hygienist. They really get to know you and the same staff has been there a long time. There is no revolving door here! They also have a wonderful therapy dog who is available for anxious patients. They just really care about the patient being comfortable and keeping you educated. I highly recommend!

As a kid, I moved a lot, so I often found myself going to a new dentist every year. Now 27-years old, I can say I’ve been to different providers across the country including IN, PA, OH, SC, AL, AR, and TN. Without a doubt, Innovative Dentistry is the best dental office I have ever visited! My new patient appointment was extremely thorough (90 minutes). They took x-rays and photographs of my teeth and provided great patient education. They showed me each of my teeth on a monitor and used a model to explain complicated concepts. I ended up having some cavities filled and a crown put it. Both procedures went smoothly and painlessly. In the past, some dentists have struggled to numb my mouth before fillings, but the dentist here gave me one shot with no problems at all. When I was nervous about having the crown put it, they offered me a bunch of different options to relax including a warm neck pillow, weighted blanket, therapy dog, music, and lavender scented wash clothes. The company is technologically savvy and transparent with their costs. They send email and text message appointment reminders, and you can fill out your new patient forms on their website. They also communicate with your insurance company for you, to figure out the costs of all procedures. They take the time to review all potential expenses so that you can make an informed decision about what you want to do. I had never gone to a dental office that was so transparent about costs. The entire dental team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was highly educated and was clearly an expert on gum health. The dental assistants who aided the dentist during my procedures were right on point the whole time. The entire team was clearly well chosen. They made my experience exemplary.
