Dr. Loller and staff saved my life! I have been suffering for over 7 years with vertigo and tinnitus, hearing loss, throat/sinus issues, and eye problems (a feeling like my eyes would bounce off a page as I was reading). I went to 2 or 3 ENT doctors who said basically, “deal with it”. Ive been to several family doctors. I’ve tried everything from prescriptions to changing my diet to reiki and everything in between. I stumbled on a FB group that suggests finding a dentist who has knowledge of TMJ/occlusion, and orthodontics and how head and neck muscles can affect your jaw. I was LUCKY that a simple Bing search provided me with Dr. Loller and her staff. I went in for a consultation and started treatment for TMJ and to correct my bite. I have been in treatment for almost a year. I had instant relief from vertigo for over 6 months with the placement of a growth plate appliance. I currently have braces and my jaw is feeling much better and it doesn’t open in an S shape anymore, there’s no more popping and clicking. Dr. Loller has the education and experience to treat my complex issues and like I wrote in the beginning she saved my life. She has a rock star staff and they are well trained and very helpful and supportive too.

I was a former patient of Dr. Loller years ago but because of dental insurance coverage through work I had to switch to another dentist. I no longer have dental coverage and when I contacted Inspira Advanced Dentistry they informed me of the Loyalty Program for Seniors. That was it I jumped ship. I was very impressed with the office in Saratoga. The staff and services I received were outstanding. I am so gladI jumped ship.

Dr. Stephanie Loller practices outstanding, state of the art dentistry. I see her in her Saratoga office. Her staff members are outstanding and highly trained. They make one feel very much at ease, whether on the phone or in the office. You are always greeted with a welcoming smile. Dr. Loller thoroughly explains options and the rationale behind them. A written treatment plan is presented to you that outlines visits, procedures and costs. The equipment in the the office is state of the art. Being able to see results digitally aids in comprehending what is going on. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to receive compassionate care from Dr. Loller and her staff! My friends are in awe of the fact that a massage therapist may provide a hand or foot massage during procedures to further relax patients.

This dental office is great! Here are my personal observations and comments. 1st and foremost, Kindness and hospitible. You would think that you’ve know these folks for years. 2nd, Ipads make it easy to complete paperwork vs. them trying to read my sloppy writing. 3rd, Updated x-ray equipment makes it quick to complete and view results within moments. 4th, The computer software with large panel screens in exam room makes it easier to understand what and where they are doing the work. 5th, Communication, everyone from front desk staff to the dental assistants to the doctor, they all made a point to communicate their responsibilities and my requirements and recommendations. 6th Did I say kindness? Everyone was extremely pleasant. Seems as if no one wakes up on the wrong side of the bed in this group of people. Not only were they kind to me but to one another as well. That is very important to me. Respect for patients and one another goes a long way. If you are thinking of switching dentists, this is your new dentist for sure. Please don’t take my word for it, experience it for yourself. You will be greeted by great front desk staff. The person the comes to mind was Brenda. She started me on this great dental experience and I am so happy she did.

I’m thankful for Dr. Loller and her well trained staff. I had a TMJ condition that I’m pretty sure resulted in tinnitus, vertigo, visual disturbances, throat issues, sleep disturbances and more. I discovered that treating my jaw could alleviate these terrible symptoms and I found Dr. Loller and her staff. They have advanced training for TMJ disorder and opening the airway. So far my jaw has improved and no more popping and clicking when I bite, vertigo is alleviated with adjustments to my braces, Tinnitus is more stable, visual disturbances are gone and I’m looking forward to relief of all of these symptoms. I even had a great arm and hand massage to release tension in my neck and shoulder area.

★★★★★

Dr. Loller is a some notches above a regular practicing dentist. Her knowledge, care, magic touch along with her people skills make me, the patient, feel secure and reasonably free of any anxiety. Through my bi-annual check-up and cleaning, I notice Dr. Loller’s dental equipment is timely and continually updated; state of the art, cutting edge of technology. For a doctors office, her staff is on top of the mountain; mature, efficient, clear and warmly professional. My cleaning tech, I will not name or rate…because she is too good, Recently, I was at office for a temporary crown. Dental tech, Mariela, assisted Dr. Loller. Mariela, was extra proficient, explained clearly; before and during of what the work entails along with after care. I fret, whenever I go to the dentist. Yet, I know Dr. Loller offers the best positive solution and a smile, too. I am 67 years old; good health, worn teeth and wanting always the best med/dental care available.

★★★★★

We’ve been going to Dr. Loller from the day she opened her San Jose office. The staff are professional and caring and they are very much concerned about your comfort throughout your procedure. Additionally they truly care about your well being above and beyond your dental care. If you are at all squeamish about going to the dentist they will take the best of care of you. They have the newest equipment and are trained to see you through your procedure without pain or anxiety.

★★★★★

Dr. Loller’s team is phenomenal. They left such a good impression with my daughter and I. I drove by and the invisalign advertisement convinced me to call them for a consult. Now, I am an established patient! The administrative and back office staff is as good as it gets. Dr. Loller has an excellent bedside manner that I really appreciated. Rose, Angie, Diana, Cecilia, Alyssa, Veronica and the rest of the gals were friendly and welcoming. Very sincere people there. I look forward to my next dental appointment for the first time, ever! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all!

Dr. Loller was my dentist years ago. Unfortunately, because of insurance coverage through work, I had to switch to another dentist. Dr. Loller’s practice office offers a Loyalty Program for Seniors. During my recent visit, I was so impressed. The office staff and hygienists were very professional. The exam and cleaning was exceptional. The state of technology and the information they provide is outstanding. When I compare Dr. Lollers and her staff to my former dentist there is no comparison. I am so happy that I jumped ship.

★★★★★

Great experience!  I went for my first visit a few days ago.  First when making the appointment they were friendly on the phone and gave me the option to fill out the usual paperwork on the website before my visit.  Then upon getting there I was immediately greeted cordially and thoroughly discussed my dental history and concerns with the staff.  This took away much anxiety since I have been in places where they plop you in a chair and only start asking questions once you can’t talk with all the gizmos in your mouth!  That is NOT the case here, in fact the doctor followed up with more conversations encompassing other dental areas such as aligners and sleep devices.
I am going back soon and I will follow up here if anything more should be shared good or bad.   Overall, I think you will like the fact that while they have a very knowledgeable dentist in Dr. Loller, a full and enthusiastic staff, and all the state of the art equipment like Align Technology iTero scanners and more, but they do this in a setting that feels more like a home than a hospital.

★★★★★

Dr. Loller; quite possibly The LAST honest dentist and the FIRST fun dental experience of them all. Yes! I said FUN! Not to mention relaxing… Hmmm, honest, fun, and relaxing… Not something you would normally correlate to a dentist appointment. I have been procrastinating for months. And years. Like a cat in water. Avoiding the insensitive picking and the aggressive pulling and the gushing of blood that most of my dental experiences have resulted in. I’m just talking about the routine cleanings too. Today I experienced something far different. I went in for a first time consultation appointment and a teeth cleaning. The initial greeting was very welcoming, I did not feel like I was in a dentists office. It is a very well thought out building- a converted house to dentist office; beautiful and comforting. I was able to see all of my X-Rays as they were being taken. After the X-Rays, Dr. Loller took photos of my teeth in great detail so I could better understand and trust what was going on in my mouth. – Very different than what I’ve experienced elsewhere, where the dentist goes in another room and goes over the X-Rays and declares that I have cavities or other issues that need to be addressed (in a pushy manner.) We discussed my tentative dental plan, which was very honest and explained in great detail, going over each tooth, showing me where the problem was. I was then moved into the next room to get a cleaning. I am so excited by my experience! My first PLEASANT, Positive teeth cleaning! Jamie (hygienist) actually got rid of my calcium build up in an extremely considerate and gentle manner. While she was cleaning my teeth, I felt very relaxed and was able to actually rest and close my eyes. I didn’t have a bloody mess in my mouth, and most importantly she didn’t jab or pick into my gums, sending my running for the hills. This was the first positive dental experience for me. I highly recommend Dr. Loller to everyone. Especially if you’re like me and have been scared of your next dental appointment for a year or more now. Come here for a painless, pleasant, honest dental experience. Five stars, hands down.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I am one of those high-anxiety folks when it comes to the dentist, and the first time I visited t his office I knew it was different. The staff is on a completely different level of any medical/dentail office I have visited….smiling, helpful, courteous, energetic, loving their jobs. I seriously walked out with a smile on my face after the first visit. Dr. Loller is a very caring and knowledgeable Dentist. I have some medical issues that impact my dental care, and she was very familiar with my particular situation and immediately made me feel comfortable. Rose, one of the specialists in the office, is awesome and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I wish I knew everyone else’s names as I would mention them all. I’m telling you, one visit to Dr. Loller’s office and you will change dentists!!

★★★★★

If you’re looking for an awesome dentist and dentistry team, look no further!!! Hands down, this has been the best dentistry experience of my life. I was welcomed with a warm greeting from the staff, shown around the office so I could feel comfortable, and was attended to right away. The team also helped to get my fiance and I ready for wedding day with teeth whitening, then followed up with a hand-written note congratulating us. To top things off, I suffer from horrible cold sores. Dr. Loller has a laser treatment to help stop the virus from spreading and start healing. I called on Monday AM and was in the office being treated by 2pm. LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this team!!!

★★★★★

I have been coming to Dr. Loller’s office for over 10 years now. This is an amazing collective of women. Always very attentive and professional but very friendly and making you feel at ease. Not to mention they are a lot of fun. Dr. Loller is a consummate professional. She is always genuinely interested in solving the problem at hand and is very good at explaining the issue and all the ways to go about solving it. She is always looking ahead of the curve and has the latest technology in the office. This review is long over due but this is a special place and they very much deserve it.

★★★★★

I have researched all the Waterlase (no shot/no pain laser drilling) dentists around my area and read their Dr. Oogle, Yelp, Demandforce etc. reviews, as well as visiting a few, before having my teeth restored by Dr. Loller. So far, I am quite pleased with Dr. Loller’s office. Veronica at the front desk is very helpful at scheduling and Jennifer, the RDA, greets new customers with enthusiasm. Dr. Loller is super in the following ways: *Shows compassion and genuinely cares about helping me restore and maintain my teeth *Recommends the most conservative, rather than the most profitable, restoration in order to preserve as much of my natural tooth structure as possible *Uses the latest technology and applies them with dexterity, in a calming manner *Has great interpersonal skill, quite healing Hopefully, Dr. Loller will continue to bring the state of the art technology to her patients and incorporate more holistic dentistry in her practice in the years to come.

I had seen so many specialists after sustaining severe TMJ injuries, none of them helped, and one even made things worse. I was just about completely out of hope…but then I found my way to Dr. Loller. It’s painful to admit, but I was so ready to die just to escape the excruciating and debilitating never ending pain that is TMJD. I had suffered a few terrifying closed locks, with the end of pain nowhere in sight…at many points I could not speak or eat at all. I lost so much weight as a result, and when I could speak I was in so much pain =( Stephanie Loller is hands down the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been so fortunate to be cared for by. Both her and her entire team are the most amazing women. They have literally SAVED MY LIFE! They took away about 85% of my pain in a matter of hours! All with only a temp bite to hold me over until I officially began treatment…it worked like magic! I just began treatment yesterday, with a lower fixed orthotic. To be honest, it isn’t the most comfortable feeling, but that is in part due to previous terrible dental work that caused my TMD. Still, Dr. Loller did everything should could, and more, to make my bite as comfortable as possible. It’s a process, and I trust her fully. It’s such an amazing feeling to have restored trust and faith in a dentist again. I have minimal pain now…and compared to being in so much pain and unable to speak, this orthotic is life changing! I can speak and eat again and it’s nothing short of a miracle. She gave me back my life and I still can’t believe it. I will never be able to thank her enough.

I was never fond of going to the dentist, but once I had my first visit at Dr. Loller’s after a coworker’s recommendation, I actually look forward to my dentist visits at Inspira Advanced Dentistry. Since I didn’t frequent the dentist like I should have, I had a bit of dental work coming. Dr. Loller and her amazingly friendly and professional team built a reasonable treatment plan to get my teeth and gums to a healthy state. Every visit (I’ve had quite a few) is easy and stress-free since everyone is so genuinely kind. Dr. Loller, Dr. Ebrahimian, Rose, Cecila, Veronica, Jennifer, Erin, Alyssa, and Diana continue to provide the best doctor/dentist experience I have ever had. I definitely recommend the Inspira team for your dental needs!

★★★★★

Everyone at Dr. Loller’s office is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in they always remember you and great you by name. Everyone at the front desk is so very friendly, easy to speak to, helpful and always smiling. It is a small little office but I am hardly ever waiting long when I get there. The hygienist is quick, effecient and friendly. I just started invisalign so when I come in every 6 weeks to get my new trays, I love just talking to them, they’re all sweet! Dr. Loller is awesome. I’ve had a couple fillings and I felt absolutely nothing. I do have slight jaw pain and shes always very considerate of that. I have never been to a dentist office that I love so much and didn’t dread coming to lol. I am moving in 2 weeks and am terrified I won’t find a new dentist office that can compare to this. I will definitely miss you guys!

★★★★★

Dr. Loller is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable in multiple procedures, and has a large network of specialists if she feels that that would be a better choice. It is all about the care of her patients. Also, a huge shout-out to the staff. All are very kind, patient, and happy to explain what needs to be done and why, and give you as many options as possible. Along these lines, shout-outs to Erika, Yvonne, Colleen, and of course, Tiffany!

Dr. Loller is amazing. After having another dentist leave me with a poorly aligned filling (and as a result, bite problems and tons of tooth pain), I called Dr. Loller on the advice of my coworkers (who all loved her). The woman who answered the phone was super helpful. I explained my situation- I had my new filling aligned twice with my old dentist, and it still hurt. My old dentist then said that I may need a root canal and it freaked me out because she didn’t really explain what a root canal was for me except with saying “removal of the tooth.” When I finally pressed my old dentist to explain, she was very nonchalant about the whole thing as if it was no big deal (because you know, money grows on trees and dental procedures are always just a joy). Anyway, the receptionist said that an appointment had just been cancelled that day so I could come in that day and Dr. Loller will take a quick x-ray and exam of my tooth. Dr. Loller did her thing and she shaved down the filling that was causing me trouble. She then went on to inform me that I didn’t need a root canal. Behold, months later, my tooth is fine and no longer hurting at all. I was just biting down on it at a horrible angle do to the shoddy job my old denist did. Dr. Loller saved me from an unnecessary root canal, and I can’t thank her enough. I decided to switch over to her right then and there. Yes, there is a long line for Dr. Loller’s services but there is a reason for that — she’s damn good at what she does, and her staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s worth the wait. She can’t serve every new person knocking at her door with a tooth emergency (I think I just lucked out quite frankly), but as my coworkers and I would agree, she’s totally worth the wait if you’re just looking to find a new dentist and can wait for the next available appointment. The wait for the 2 hour initial appointment is long, but once you’re an official patient, everything else is quite easy and dare I even say, pleasant! EDIT: Dr. Loller just saved my honeymoon. A piece of my tooth fell out the night before my 9:30am trip to SFO to go out of the country for 2 weeks. She stayed 1.5 hrs after closing to give me a temporary filling to save the day and my very special trip!!!! I am SO GRATEFUL to Dr. Loller!!!

Hands down, the BEST experience I have ever had at the dentist.  Dr. Loller and her staff are so warm and knowledgeable.  The office runs like a well oiled machine and have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.  Dr. Loller seems to understand that a trip to the dentist isn’t high on anyone’s list of things they love to do, so she has gone above and beyond to make sure her patients are comfortable and at ease- from televisions on the ceiling to hand and foot massages (!!!!!!!) during your exam.  Wow. Just wow.

Very professional setup with a diverse skill-set! 3 months ago, I had gone for routine cleaning, but Dr Loller’s staff, upon sensing my heavy mouth breathing and congestion, performed a quick CBCT scan. The scan clearly showed polyps in my nasal passage, and quite a deviated septum. My nasal passages were blocked. Dr Loller insisted I see an ENT immediately, and recommended surgery … her exact words: “it will change your life!” Within 2 months, after much trepidation, I had multiple polyps removed and my septum corrected, and now, a month post-surgery I am breathing freely, like never before. I can’t thank the entire team enough, and I look forward to breathing through my nose for the rest of my life. Today, I went in again for my cleaning which incidentally needed deep scrubbing and I was prepared for extreme discomfort… but a gentle shot of anesthesia and a welcome foot massage made the experience a breeze. Vicki is a very friendly, thorough, and meticulous hygienist who explains every nuance in great detail. I am so glad I changed to Inspira Advanced Dentistry in Saratoga. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic dental practice. I moved my entire family over and to note, I am out of network for this dentist and still go there. I’m an engineer and extremely detail oriented which is to say i would note if there was something missing. To the contrary. In addition to the exemplary level of treatment, the magic also lies within the staff. Have you ever been to a dentist office where you wanted to stay and have coffee with everyone after? You will here. When you walk in they know your name every time. There is a sense of professionalism combined with family that you don’t come across often. I trust them implicitly with my three daughters and my wife for care, and I personally look forward to visiting every time. Leave your current dentist and join their dental family. You won’t regret it.

You couldn’t dream up a better dentist than Dr. Loller. Today, I put on my Big Girl Panties and finally went to the dentist. Thank you Yelpers for helping me find Dr. Stephanie Loller–she and her team are amazing. The prices are fair and the staff is incredibly friendly. In four decades of going to the dentist, it was the best experience I have ever had. Who knew going to the dentist could be fun? How is everyone so happy here? Be honest…it’s the nitrous oxide, isn’t it? *smile* There are many reasons why I dislike dentists in general: the sound the drills make, fear of painful shots, feeling judged for being a crappy flosser, fear of x-ray radiation, and finally “the price.” It’s no wonder I only make a dentist appointment when I’m in pain. I was so proud of myself for crossing this task off my list (going to the dentist), that I felt no shame reaching into the kiddie box of toys and taking a plastic tiara home with me. I’ve found my new dentist for life! Dr. Loller really is “as good as it gets.” Bonus: You can fill out the patient forms on-line. It’s easy and pain free.

★★★★★

I have never written a Yelp review before, but felt compelled to do so to relate my extremely positive experience with Dr. Loller and her team at their Saratoga office. I was referred to Dr. Loller by my chiropractors at Austin Family Chiropractics because of severe and debilitating pain from TMJ. I had received treatment for TMJ in 2008 but the results were not satisfactory. Consequently, I was hesitant to go down this treatment path again, but I am grateful that I took Dr. Dowling’s advice. I was impressed by the professionalism of Dr. Loller and her team. I very much appreciated their state-of-the art facilities and the thorough and professional manner in which they explained how they could help me. The treatment plan was outlined in detail, including costs, and there was NO pressure nor were any unrealistic promises made as to what they could do for me so I decided to proceed with the treatment. On the second visit I received a temporary mouth splint and for the two weeks I used it I felt a lot of relief. Today I received the “permanent” daytime splint and the nighttime mouth guard. Dr. Loller and her team spent a long time with me to make sure that everything fit properly, that I understood exactly how to use the devices, and most importantly…that I was comfortable. As I sit here typing this message I have NO pain in my jaw. I am beyond ecstatic and look forward to continued relief from this life-long problem. I am 64 years old and thought I would spend the rest of my life in pain. Thanks to Dr. Loller and her team, I am very hopeful that this TMJ problem will no longer be a daily issue for me.

This team of professionals rates the best possible score for their excellence in care for their patients. My partner found Dr. Loller’s office after an extensive search for a dentist, almost 8 years ago. I refused to commute from Santa Cruz “over the hill” to a dentist saying  that there are plenty of really good dentists in the Santa Cruz area. 3 years and 3 dentists later, I finally agreed to make the drive to San Jose and give Dr Loller and her colleagues a try. My partner, Claire was right! This is an amazing oral care team that is top notch across the spectrum of service. From Veronica, on the front desk to Erin & Jamie, in Hygiene to Rose, assisting at 4 hands to Dr Loller, the head of the team: all are outstanding in their knowledge, caring and attention to detail (you gotta love a dental team that has a little OCD in their personality profiles). OK that was an overly long sentence, but I hope it gets the message across. I am a health care professional, and I am very very picky about who I go to for health care.  I would send the people I love to this dentist without hesitation. Go and you will find that I am not exaggerating! You will love this crew that works together as clan.

Stephanie Loller and her staff are wonderful.  She uses the latest technology and does excellent & precise work.  I love that she can make a crown right in her office and there is no need to have two appointments if a crown is needed.  Most dentists put in a temporary crown, send an impression to a lab for the permanent crown to be made, then you have to return about 2 weeks later to have the temp removed and the permanent installed.  With Dr. Loller, a crown is done in a single appointment, so very convenient.  Also, I made the mistake of straying (I was lured to a different dental office with the offer of a free exam & X-rays).  After the exam, the dentist informed me that I needed $2800. worth of dental work – 1 crown replacement, 1 crown replacement & crown “lengthening” (where he had to “remove part of the jaw bone”).  I didn’t trust his assessment, and it’s a good thing I didn’t.  I went back to Dr. Loller with my tail between my legs and asked her to look at the teeth in question.  As I had recently been informed that one of my daughters needs braces, and my other daughter has some high dental bills, I was very concerned with paying an additional $2800 for my own dental work.  Dr. Loller took X-rays and said she could try to fill the chip in one of the existing crowns (I chipped it eating candy), and she also filled a cavity beneath a different crown eliminating the need to replace that crown.  She explained that the crown with the filling may not work as a long term solution, but since I was stressing about all of my high dental bills, that we could try this for now.  If it doesn’t work, she said she’d credit the amount charged for the filling towards a crown if it’s needed in the future.  Awesome.  So, I ended up leaving there with two fillings rather than the 2 crowns the “cheap” dentist recommended, and I paid $585. to a very experienced dentist rather than $2800. to a brand new dentist.  Also, when I explained my error in judgement to Dr. Loller, she was very kind and said she didn’t take offense that I had gone to a different dentist.  They didn’t make me feel weird or guilty, and they treated me with the kindness and respect they’ve always extended.  In other words, no hard feelings.  So, I’m back to my senses and back to my dentist.  Stephanie Loller and the entire staff at her office are so great and I’m glad to be back in their care.  Oh, and I didn’t have to have part of my jawbone removed!

★★★★★

I have been going to Dr. Loller for many years and wouldn’t think of using another dentist. Dr. Loller is probably one of the top Dentists in the area if not the best at making her practice self reliant. She has the ability to do so many important tasks in house as opposed to farming them out. I needed a couple of crowns at different times and I was thankful that they could be produced right there in the office. She has a large staff of highly skilled dental technicians who compliment her highly professional approach to dentistry. Dr. Loller is very progressive minded and offers the cutting edge of dental technology in all aspects of her practice. Last and certainly not of lesser importance is Dr. Lollers focus on pain management. She uses top of the line painkillers during those procedures that deem it necessary which I personally very much appreciate. I refer Dr. Loller whenever the opportunity arises and I sincerely appreciate the professional manner in which she operates her practise.

I can’t believe I waited so long to try this office. I wish I had gone there years ago! My teeth would be in better shape, my old dentist was not keeping updated. They have the latest techniques and they really care. Really! It doesn’t have that dentist office “smell” that I remember growing up, while going to my old dentist. Everything is modern and fresh. The staff are all very friendly and get along with each other and the patients. I have the monthly plan that covers my 6 month check-ups since I have no insurance. Low payments I can afford, and being a part of the plan even gives me a discount on other services. I highly recommend Stephanie Loller’s dental office! I even referred a friend already, she likes it there too.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Dr. Loller and her staff are beyond amazing! I was working on a confidential project for 3 years and developed several cavities along my gumline. I was too busy to deal with them, but at the end of last year they suddenly became very bad and I was in danger of losing a front tooth. I searched online and liked what I read on Dr.Loller’s website. I called the office and Veronica was extremely understanding. Both she and Jennifer went out of their way to get me the next available appointment. At the office, Rose discussed my health questionnaire and took my x-rays. I think she may be one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. It was obvious that I was really embarrassed about the state of my teeth and she went out of her way to put me at ease and was very compassionate. Dr.Loller was amazing! She clearly discussed what needed to be done with my teeth. And then not only did she do the filling on the front tooth, but stayed late and did the filling on the adjacent one since it was in danger of breaking too. Her work was incredible, I had absolutely no pain afterwards. I came in the next week for 4 more fillings, again incredible work by Dr.Loller assisted by Rose. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have NEVER experienced a dental first visit as I have this one . I used to go every 6 months my whole life, but didn’t have insurance for years. Finally got insurance last year and went in December, 2018 to a place in Gilroy, twice, not a good experience. My son kept insisting to go to Inspira, but I didn’t want to drive. From Cecilia, who spoke with me to arrange my first visit, to Dolly, who gave me the tour and all my x-ray’s and Doc E, Fantastic!! And I apologize, the sweetheart who was there in reception that usually works at a different location, don’t remember her name, so awesome. And another RDA that took the time to introduce herself and say hello and tell me how great their IT guy is who happens to be my son. I am not saying any of this because my son comes and helps them with their computers, These people are crazy amazing!! Their detail to a patients future dental care is off the charts. They take pictures, actual pictures of your face, profile, inside your mouth, your tongue, check your jaw, feel everything around your face that can be dental related. I went to work after and told all about this place and everyone needs to go!!! Sent me home with a swag bag, wonderful water bottle, toothpaste, floss and very nice lip balm, My son called me and asked how my experience was? I had apologized to him for not listening to him sooner, because I didn’t want to drive since I live in Gilroy. Of course, he humbly said “Told ya so”. WORTH the drive where ever you are in the bay area!!!!!!!!!!

From the time you walk in the door to the completion of your appointment, Dr. Loller and her entire team treat you as if you’re their most important patient.  In a nutshell, they are all amazing.  I have an extensive dental history, including implants, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my dental care.  Kudos to this team!

The people at Dr. Loller’s office are not only experts in dental care, they are professional, knowledgable, amazing, kind and caring. In fact, I have never felt so cared for at any medical or dental office before, like I feel at Dr. Loller’s office (now called Inspira). The entire staff is determined in the nicest way possible to help help you solve every problem you have with your teeth and mouth, whether it’s the technical issues of your gums, teeth, etc., or your own behaviors at home, like how you brush your teeth, how you are sleeping, etc. It seems like even though the service is fast and efficient, they make you feel like they have all the time in the world for you. Please, even if you have perfect teeth, go to this dentist office and experience being treated and helped and supported like you never have been before! I had no idea when I went there that it would be like this. And they keep expanding the list of services they offer. I have been going here for 2 years, and I hope I am able to have Dr. Loller and her partners and staff and this office experience for the rest of my life! Oh, and did I mention my teeth and gums look and feel better than ever?

I have been going to Dr. Loller’s office for 3 years, and as far as dentist experiences go, they do everything they can to help make your visit as positive as it can be.  The office staff is super welcoming, and they always remember you.  During your treatment, you have an option to go “full comfort”, as in, headphones with relaxing music, neck pillow…all you have to do is ask.  Their hygienists are super skilled and extremely thorough and do their best to make it as painless as possible.
