Great experience. I suffer from dentist visit anxiety – i won’t even say how long it’s been that I’ve gone but let’s just say it’s been a LONG LONG time (I’m very ashamed). Everyone in the office was welcoming, friendly, and supportive. The dental tech was very gentle, kind and she listened to all my concerns! The dentist was also great and kind. Everyone one that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and just overall pleasant to interact with. Had i had prior experiences like this, i would have never let so much time lapse. I would recommend this office to anyone, and am already actively recruiting my loved ones!

I can’t seem to pass a mirror without smiling in it! That was totally NOT me a couple months ago. I always hated my smile. It was half gums and half teeth in all my pictures. Then, my teeth started breaking down. They were chipping and layering off like your fingernails sometimes do. My front teeth were getting thin and had a chip. My last tooth on my chewing side broke. I have always had anxiety going to dentists. Now I had to go to the dentist due to the broken tooth. When I went into the office of Heap and Bunker, the staff was warm and friendly. The atmosphere made me feel calm and at ease. This was not at all like the dental smelling-sterile offices I was use to. Dr. Heap and assistant, Stephanie, was very aware of how I was feeling and my anxiety. Dr. Heap explained he would need to replace my oid bridge and suggested a full bridge, as this would take care of my fragile front chipped teeth. Not to mention two teeth that needed to be pulled. Dr. Bunker did an amazing job pulling the teeth. I honestly didn’t even know they were out when he was done. I didn’t hear any of those cracking, breaking noises you normally hear. A full bridge was definitely something I wanted instead of dentures. Dr. Heap asked me about my smile and asked how I liked my gum line. I didn’t!! So, he mentioned raising my gum line so more of my teeth would be showing. I didn’t even know you could do that! Each appointment was the same, with the same goal, to keep my anxiety down and stay calm. Today was my “Tah-Dah” appointment. I got my “Happily Ever After Teeth”, my bridge. I am so HAPPY with them – I say them because they look like individual teeth, not a whole connected bridge. They look TOTALLY natural. They feel natural, even better they chew natural. I am so amazed at how great they look. With the gum line raised and the beautiful teeth, I could not be happier!!! My dental experience has totally changed with Dr. Heap & Dr. Bunker. I will definitely be staying with them for regular check-ups and dental needs, besides I feel I am family now. The Doctors really care and are sensitive about their patients. The outcome was AMAZING!! Dr. Heap has really been a blessing to me. I don’t have a gummy smile. I have a very natural and beautiful smile.

I had the best experience at Inspire Dental. As a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with my name being displayed on their welcome board and a smile from the woman at the front desk.  She introduced herself and although I don’t remember her name, she did a great job of creating a very positive environment for me and everyone else who checked in today. Every person I met introduced themselves by name and greeted me in a very friendly and welcoming manner. Before and during my cleaning, my hygienist Sarah explained every step in detail. She took the x-rays quickly and painlessly (which was a first for me!) and cleaned my teeth thoroughly without causing any discomfort. Sarah also took the time before and during my cleaning to get to know me, which made me feel valued and even cared for! When Dr. Heap came in, he started our visit by getting to know about me and asking if I had any concerns-and then listening to me, which was awesome. He carefully reviewed my x-rays and shared one area of concern without pressuring me to get more services. My experience today was so awesome, I would recommend any business owner struggling to retain customers or patients, to take notes on what these folks are doing. If I could give them 10 starts out of five, I would!

I love going to the dentist! The hygienists are kind and you can tell Bre (my hygienist) is super knowledgeable and passionate about her job. Bre went the extra mile during my cleaning to make me feel heard, appreciated and to educate me on my oral health. She also flossed in between my lower permanent retainer, offered to sanitize my at home retainer and explained my x-rays to me and explained my gum health. Dr. Heap is very friendly and worked with my crazy schedule to get me in when I had tooth sensitivity. They accept my crap insurance and I was sad when I found out I only have to go to the dentist twice a year. I love the hygienists and my Dentist! They are genuine and Inspire!Dental give a portion of the proceeds they make to different charities and go on service missions to Central America. I like that the money I spend goes to a good cause. Plus their office is always super clean.

I’ve been following Dr. Heap for awhile now and look forward to continuing with his practice. Absolutely my favorite dentist (and I am NOT a fan of going to the dentist). He is always welcoming, professional, compassionate, and instantly puts me at ease when feeling anxious about being at the dentist office. Aubree is also amazing! I’ve seen different hygienist at the office, all of whom are friendly and professional; however, Aubree has been that additional connection I’ve needed at the office to make the overall experience exceptional! I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Heap, Aubree, and the rest of the staff to any of my family and friends!

Back in the day, dentists offices like Inspire Dental just didn’t exist. Enough bad experiences and you just quit going and power thru whatever it is. 2 kids, 16 years later and a move across the country 2 years ago and I found myself in need of a dentist as I just could not power thru the infection any longer. After much searching on yelp and an unexpected recommendation from a co-worker, I called. Inspire Dental scheduled me in the same day, less than 3 hours after my call. I left with an antibiotic and a follow up appointment for an extraction a week later. 4 days into the script and omg wasn’t I feeling better!! Now, first encounter? Talk about not expecting what I received. A warm welcome, a full tour of the office, a long talk with my dental hygienist who literally sat with me for 45 minutes just talking cause I couldn’t just stop crying. Not from pain but from pure fear and they didn’t even poke at me, lol. Next appointment, extraction. Same warm welcome, hugs and I really felt like they were happy that I came back. Next fear, needles. We powered thru that, cried some more, again, all fear not because of pain. Both my hygienist and Dr. Heap are the 2 most gentle people I have EVER met in a dental setting. They were both very attentive to my emotional well being as well as my pain threshold. Now we are making a plan….. Next appointment, periodontal cleaning. Past cleanings were not the best, again, so long ago. However, this was broken up into 2 sessions. Every step that took place during those 2 sessions I knew what was coming, right down to the irrigation thing that looked like a needle, but it was not. No surprises, less tears, both appointments. Next appointment, the money maker……. So today, morning appointment, on a Monday……joy. Strange because I was looking forward to it. Why? I knew I’d be welcome like family, the worst part of the whole thing was going to be the tiny novocain needle. And even that was not horrible, at all! We were done in less than 3 hours and I now have a GORGEOUS smile (front temp crowns). Oh and ps the temps were made while I was there today. I’ll be returning in 2 weeks for the permanents and I’m super stoked for that appointment!!! And not one tear today either! There was not one thing that was ever a surprise during any of my appointments so far. Nor do I anticipate there ever will be. We still have some work ahead of us but I definitely am in very good hands with Dr. Heap and his work family. I hope this review helped some of you trying to decide on a new dentist. I know with unwavering certainty that Dr Heap, Inspire Dental, the entire work family will be my dentist of choice for the rest of my life. Now if I could only find a PCP I could say the same about, lol!

Dr. Heap, Dr. Yates, and his entire staff are incredible! Dr. Heap offers a type of cosmetic orthodontics called Six Month Smiles which has seriously changed my life. I have been looking for a dentist that could help fix my cosmetic crowding for years with no luck, and I was so grateful to come across Dr. Heap. Orthodontics can be outrageous and invasive for adults who never had orthodontic treatments at a young age and I was so thankful for Six Month Smiles. I am no longer embarrassed about my teeth and I don’t go to great lengths to hide them, I am so grateful for my new fantastic smile! Dr. Heap’s hygienists are all so educated and informative and everyone from the front office to the back makes me feel like I’m part of the Inspire! crew. Everyone is so patient and nice and I refer all of my family and friends to Inspire! Dental. I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Heap and the entire staff at Inspire Dental are rockstars! From the minute you are greeted by the lovely ladies (Siena and Liz) at the front desk all the way through your journey to the actual ‘dreaded dental chair’ you are treated like the most important patient they have. I have never had a more gentle and thorough cleaning than I did with Brie and Dr. Heap is so passionate about giving you the best, state-of-the-art dental care imaginable. He even fit me right in when he was booked up on a Monday and I cracked my back molar over the weekend!
Instead of running from your next dental appointment, Run to Inspire Dental and meet Dr.Heap and his staff! You will love them!

Heap & Bunker Dental is the best dentistry I have ever been to. I have been going to Heap & Bunker for over a year and they are all amazing. They are very welcoming and know your name. They also care about your comfort and well being. Heap & Bunker will help you in anyway that they can and make sure that you happy with the work they did. Also, everyone is happy and love to be there and work. I love this dentistry office and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!!!

Really had an amazing experienced at Inspire! Dental… I’m so happy, I finally found a great dentist for our family. My son really likes his new hygienist and dentist, I really like them as well. Everyone was so accommodating and very friendly. Made us feel so at home right away and not pressured. We had really bad past experienced with other dentist before so really glad we found a place that I can tell we can trust and will able to help our family to keep perfect smiles
