Been a patient for quite a few years and have often recommended them to friends.  Professionalism is one way to describe IAW.  From the Dentists, to Dental Hygienists, to front office Staff you can be assured all will give a total effort to your treatment protocol, explain all possible treatments in detail, and will not rush you into making a decision.  Just a great group of people.

Dr. Caroline Barsoum and Dr. Michael Cafarella are hands down the best dentists in the city.  I grew up in Manhattan and wished that I had found them sooner.  Their expertise and, just as important, their “bedside manner” set them high above the rest of the dental specialists in the city.  I always have the best experiences when I see them

My husband and I have been going to Integrated Aesthetic Dentistry for a few years now and I’m so happy with my care. I did my Invisalign with them and had excellent results, and I am now 4 plus years completed and still have a great smile! (But I wear my retainer every night religiously!). Each visit/cleaning goes smoothly and they always take the time to ask if there are any concerns or questions on your visit. The staff is excellent and helpful as well. My husband and I both are sticking with this dentist!

I’ve had serious dental issues since high school, I’m in my mid-late 30s now, and feel like I’ve seen more dentists than any normal person should. Mike and Caroline are exceptional, from the way they treat you, explain everything to their treatment. And even now, when my insurance doesn’t cover them, I still go here. Best – dentists – ever. Also got to listen to dark side of the moon when I had some serous work done. It was an excellent experience.

I saw Dr. Cafarella for a second opinion bc I had gone to another dentist for routine consultation and was told that I would need a root canal performed in the next week. Dr. Cafarella took a look at my x rays and decided to fill the cavity rather than recommend a root canal, saving me time, money and pain! Thanks Dr. Cafarella!

Dr. Cafarella is incredible. He is super gentle, thorough and such a nice guy! Coming from a family of Dentist’s, I wasn’t sure what to expect when seeing a non familial dentist for the first time in my life, but this was delightful. I’m weirdly looking forward to my next visit for fillings which is probabaly not something I ever thought I’d say! Highly reccomend.

Dr. Cafarella is one of the best dentists in NYC, period. You’re seen right away, he’s super professional, works diligently, and he charges very fairly. It’s so hard to find a dentist who’s both trustworthy and highly skilled in NYC, and that’s exactly what you’ll get with Dr. Cafarella.

Nice clean office. Really nice guy. Explained what exactly was going on with some pain in my tooth – recommended I have a cleaning that day and then come back for a refilling of a cavity. The office assistant was really great about figuring out insurance stuff for me and explaining exactly what was going on with that and how much I would have to pay. Medical bills are always such a pain, so that was really awesome. The dentist is never the most fun place to be, but I certainly give this place an A and intend to make him my regular dentist!

Dr Cafarella was great. The past few dentists I’d seen have been so quick to fill my teeth when a tiny cavity popped up, and pushed extra services like deep cleaning and replacing my existing fillings. Dr. Cafarella was much more willing to see if preventative solutions like extra flouride would work before filling cavities. Staff was friendly as well!

The staff is really pleasant and friendly. My last dentist had a heavy hand and cleanings could be slightly painful… Not so here. The dentists always have a very gentle tough and the experience is not at all unpleasant. Plus they don’t push procedures on you. They explain everything and let you know all of your options. It is a great place! I highly recommend them!

Integrated Aesthetics Dentistry is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and professional. From check -in, to X-rays, to cleaning the entire experience was really lovely and the dental hygienist provided so many helpful tips and suggests to ensure I maintained a healthy mouth. 100% would recommend to a friend.

Definitely one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. Great location in Gramercy, brand new office, short wait, and high quality of care. Dr Carafella didn’t push elective treatments etc but rather just seemed genuinely interested in making sure his patients are in good dental health. While I normally dread going to the dentist, Dr. Cafarella made the experience as comfortable as possible. His staff was all incredibly nice, and he took the time to walk me through everything step by step. He reviewed my X-rays with me, went over some of the things I could improve on, and performed my cleaning himself (it’s his policy to do the first cleaning himself so he gets to know the patient). I made an appointment for my next cleaning before leaving, something I would generally try and get out of doing. I would 100% recommend him!!

#BESTCLEANINGEVER!!!!!!!! This woman is SKILLED. To say that my teeth were cleaned is an understatement. She took her time with each tooth! As though I was the only patient in the office and I was royalty. thinking…am I still in New York City? The city where professionals unfortunately are rushing you in and out, milking every second of their day so that they can pay for little Tommys 60k a year pre-school tuition and NYC commercial real estate. This place is wildly fantastic. The dental hygienist is AAA and so was the Dentist. GO.NOW.

Meeting with Dr. Cafarella was an incredible experience. He’s very personable but also clearly knows what he’s doing. He gladly shares his knowledge and explains it in a way that is understandable and relatable for all. I’ve had horrible dentist experiences in the past, and all of my worries dissipated as soon as I walked into the clinic. Highly recommended.

My visit with Dr. Michael Cafarella was awesome from beginning to end. I went in for a dental cleaning but a small cavity was discovered during the process. Dr. Cafarella was easy to speak to and thoroughly explained the process of drilling and filling the cavity. He even used my phone to take pictures so I could see the cavity (before being drilled, after being drilled and filled). He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I highly recommend him!

It had been several years since I had last been to the dentist. I was petrified. My anxiety in the waiting room was so bad i almost rescheduled my appointment. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in explaining coverage and benefits of insurance. Dr. Cafarella was awesome. very patient with me and took a genuine interest in my well being. He explained everything that was happening and what i can do to improve my dental health. His manner was easy, comfortable and friendly, something I had never experienced from previous dentists. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the office. The staff was friendly and I saw the doctor almost right away. He spent a good deal of time with me and I felt that he made a very educated, concerned decision on how to treat my problem. I’ve been to so many dentists who rush through the treatment but that was not the case here.

Dr. Cafarella is excellent. I saw him back in October and though I’d left a review, but must have been mistaken. His office is right by my apartment which is convenient and the atmosphere of the office is incredibly professional, yet personable. He is very thorough and does not rush you or any questions you may have for him. I am very pleased to have found this practice!
