I have an infected root canal and was researching the best ways to address the issue. My regular dentist sent me to a specialist who told me that I had two options to either re-do the root canal or extract to tooth and do an implant. He told me infection and possible fracture was bad and I needed to decide soon. I wanted to research and understand the pros and cons of both procedures as well as ways to address the issue as holistic as possible. I came upon Dr. O’s website which has great amount of information on root canal treatments, implant choices, extraction, silver filling removals, etc. Very informative website. Eventually I decided to extract the tooth so I reached out to make appointment. Victoria answered the phone, she was very nice, asked me questions about the problem, and asked me to send the xrays and reports to Dr. O, so he can review them. I really appreciated that I didnt have to make the drive from Irvine for a consultation visit. Dr. O personally reached out to me and discussed his findings, presented me with options, even offered to get a third opinion. Both Victoria and himself followed up and informed me that it’d be better if I had seen an oral surgeon for it because of the severity of the issue. They both again responded to my emails asking bunch of other things to determine the best course of holistic action for my treatment. So, just to clarify I wasnt even his patient, but he (as well as Victoria) took the time to call me, chat with me for 20 minutes, answer my questions via email, etc. It’s amazing how some people do good without receiving something for it. I feel that I really needed to leave a review to spread the word how helpful and honest they were. I can’t wait to get my implants done by Dr. O

I don’t know where to begin. After years of fear and dread over going to the dentist (I’ve many dental problems related to poor health over the many years), I have found the impossible…a dentist I look forward to seeing. Not only is Dr. O’Rielly skilled at what he does (he was able to deal with my numerous dental problems that other dentists either had no solution for or only made worse), he is kind and patient. I went from a mouth with much metal to a beautiful new white smile. I am beyond grateful to the whole team at integrative dentistry. Not only did you take care of my teeth, you went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable and entertained on those many visits. I cannot rave enough about Dr. O’Rielly and his amazing staff! I’ve found my forever dentist–he’s honest, he cares, he takes the time to sit down with you and answer your questions–so much so his staff has to keep him moving because he’s that dedicated to his patients. I know I’ve found a dentist who cares just as much about my health as I do. He’s picky about his work too and I really appreciate that!

I have literally never had such a wonderful experience in a dentist’s office. It was – dare I say – magical! Dr O’reilly’s demeanor is so soothing, and he is so gentle when he cleans your teeth that you feel safe and relaxed and just grateful to be getting your teeth cleaned There are no mouthfuls of loud buzzing tools, suction mechanisms, water sprayers in your mouth the whole time – like at most dentists. It’s just you and the doctor, gently cleaning your teeth. His wife is so kind and friendly, and you can just feel their love , and the safe nest of being around such good humans / healers. I literally called my parents and told them to wait and not get their teeth cleaned where they live in Florida but to do it here when they come for a visit. I can’t give enough stars! I would give ten! I have dreaded going to the dentist my whole life but from now on it will be something to look forward to in the self care department. What a gem!  What a surprisingly pleasant experience!

O’Rielly is the best dentist I have ever visited. I got enough bridges and stuff in my mouth to make a US highway out of it. O’Rielly is confident, communicative, kind and cares greatly about his patients. He will throw a crown away and start over if he is not 100% satisfied. I cannot recommend him highly enough if you want a holistic dentist

I am so grateful I found Dr O’Riley and Victoria. I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible tooth pain. I had not been to the dentist in close to 7 years. I wanted a holistic dentist. I called and Victoria squeezed me in for an appointment the same day. They took great care of me. They way all options with you  and focus on what’s right for the health of your teeth and your overall health. I couldn’t be more pleased.  I highly recommend coming here, they will work with you on a treatment plan that is fair and reasonable. I will be a return patient for years to come.

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr O and the entire staff at Integrative Dentistry. Dr O and his entire staff, specifically Victoria, were extremely helpful and made what could have been a stressful experience a very positive one. Would recommend, highly recommend.

I have been with Dr. O for over 15 years and can only rave about the quality of care I have received. I have significant autoimmune issues which requires holistic dentistry care. Dr. O has carefully removed the old mercury fillings in my mouth, he’s performed laser technology on my throat (bacteria and sleep apnea) and he has provided other medical procedures to help my immune system and my sleep. And of course he does a great job of the basics to keep my teeth and mouth healthy. Great office and great people!!

I have been to many dentists over the years, that this is the best dental practice I have been to!  Dr. O’Rielly and his staff always make me feel comfortable whether it’s a teeth cleaning or a filling replacement. I’ve had multiple silver fillings removed and I always feel relaxed when I go there. They take great care to do things right, and all of their work is top notch! Hands down, Dr. O’Rielly is the absolute BEST dentist out there! I am so fortunate to have had him recommended to me by my acupunturist. I sought out O’Rielly because I had seven amalgam fillings I needed removed as a first step to improving my state of health. I did extensive research on the removal process and spoke with nine different offices regarding amalgam restoration before choosing Dr. O’Rielly and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! First off, I was made to feel very comfortable by Dr. Orielly and his staff. Both Victoria and Dr. Orielly answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns. They really strived to make my needs, as a patient, a priority, even under tight time constraints. Even more, their pricing is very competitive. For their amalgam restorations, they have charged the same price for the past 20 years! Also, they don’t charge ridiculous “quadrant fees” like other dentists do. And if that isn’t icing on the cake, Dr. O’Rielly is EXTREMELY experienced. I am a hyper sensitive individual who requires extra care and attention and with his expertise, Dr. O’Rielly had no problem ensuring I was well-suited and comfortable! Typically, I have extreme dental anxiety, but Dr. O’Rielly energy is very calming and he kept me informed as to what he was doing every step of the way which I couldn’t be more appreciate of! I hate to say it, but to be honest, I swear I could have taken a nap if I really wanted to! Never thought I’d say that – especially with dental work, but that’s how comfortable I was!  Anyways, over the past several years, I have seen numerous dentists… I always left feeling poked, proded, and decieved. Take my word for it, NOTHING COMPARES TO DR. O’RIELLY! I 100% quit other dentists, because really, I don’t think I will ever find a better dentist than Dr. O’Rielly! Dr. O’Rielly and his team are some of the most caring and thoughtful dental staff around. He and his staff go to great lengths to educate you and his scientific approach really puts things in perspective when he shows you what’s living in your mouth with his microscope! Highly recommended!

As long as I can remember, I’ve always had a great fear of dentists and getting shots. In the last two months, I’ve had appointments with two other dentists before I decided on finding a holistic dentist. Thankfully, I found Dr. O’Rielly on my own just by doing internet research. I didn’t even have a referral. After my first appointment with him, I was absolutely stunned that the shots didn’t hurt, no pain, didn’t even feel them! And Dr. O’Rielly could not have been more gentle, caring, and precise! Honestly, when I left his office, I was wondering why I didn’t know that there were amazing dentists like him before, that truly care about me as a person….and I am 45 years old. For the first time in my life, I am HAPPY to go to the dentist! Dr. O’Rielly will truly care about you as a person and take good care of you. He will only do what is necessary, with your best intentions in mind. I learned that during my first visit. Also, after comparing his pricing structure to many others, he is the same….I thought it would be more, but another pleasant surprise! Dr. O’Rielly’s wife works with him in the office and she is so accommodating and wonderful! I feel like I have known the two of them for many years, but it has only been a few visits. I highly recommend Dr. O’Rielly.  He is a very kind and patient dentist and his wife is as sweet as can be.  They offer you homeopathic remedies to help combat any pain associated with your treatments and depending on what services you are getting. For example, this morning I got some to reduce the effects of x-ray radiation when they took my x-rays. I especially recommend him for getting rid of any amalgam fillings you have. He has all the specialized equipment need to take out the silver in the most healthful manner. They also gave me a homeopathic to help detoxify me after the procedure. Taking my silver fillings out was easily the best single thing I have done for my health. My brain fog lifted and I lost “those” 5 lbs that never went away no matter my diet or exercise routine. I am convinced it was permanent inflammation due to the mercury leeching into my body.  Once they were out poof. My tire was gone.  I also gained energy and motivation to get my website going.  My husband who hates going to the dentist has been using him to remove his silver fillings as well. It took a LOT of convincing to get him through the door and he vowed he would not go back if he didn’t like it.  Well, thanks to Dr. O’Reilly’s professionalism and gentle demeanor he has gone back.. several times! I had tried another holistic dentist here in San Diego that did not work out at all, so not all holistic dentists are created equal.  I urge you to try Dr. O’Rielly

Updated – I have all 3 implants working great. I came to Dr. Carey O’Rielly for the total health holistic approach, mercury-free office and a small team offering greater attention – I needed a lot of attention. Over many years I slowly developed severe problems that were not addressed by 9-10 dentists and doctors from Europe and USA. Also due to working mostly out of town I did not take care of myself properly for long periods of time. So my dental case could be considered as rather drastic, difficult to work requiring risky decisions. Dr. O’Rielly and his staff took on this challenge and eventually straightened my issues, put me on a path to a complete recovery. He removed all of many mercury fillings. He successfully used ozone treatment for borderline teeth. Some teeth were moving, now they are just fine. He watched for smallest imperfections in the process of getting me well. I gained greater health and vitality also due to taking teeth and health supporting supplements, supervised by Dr. O’Rielly’s wife Victoria, who is a nutritionist. Supplements worked very well for me. I could easily tell the difference – I and my teeth felt worse when not taking supplements for a week and felt better within a day, two when resumed with normal doses. From the very beginning till today I feel well cared for, very comfortable and relaxed before, during and after procedures in Dr. O’Rielly’s office. Thanks to Dr. O’Rielly I naturally gained knowledge and greater understanding of my mistakes made over many years. This is is a big, benefit to me, not available from Dental Fast Food industry. By contrast, I learned nothing from mentioned earlier 9-10 dentists, who might be good professionals otherwise. I do remember that all of them were putting in my mouth mercury fillings without any warning. By contrast Dr. O’Rielly advocated AVOIDANCE and REMOVAL of mercury fillings very early, many years ago. I learned this from an old article, brochure found at the door of Jimbo organic food store. I put it to my library years ago and found it recently, when needed. I also noticed that Dr. O’Rielly offers in waiting room a long line of valuable magazines that relate to holistic health and living well. My experience with Dr. O’Rielly is that Integrative Dentistry is much better than just Dentistry. It takes care of much more than just teeth. It includes teeth connections to the restimo body. I consider Dr. Carey O’Rielly to be among the very best. I wish I came to him years ago. Thanks to him I am much wiser now
