Thank you Dr Gitzen and staff. I got a crown which turned out excellent. I was terrified to get this procedure done but they did everything to reassure me I was in great hands. I had a bit of pain prior to getting my crown and they got me in the same day. The woman who cleaned my teeth was gentle and my teeth were so smooth. I was cold and she got me a blanket.

You recently saw my daughter. She reported back that she “loves the dentist office” and the prize she got. Thank you for treating her with such kindness and for being so gentle. The assistant interacted with her like they were friends to help calm her and that made her day (I saw your name tag but did not get full spelling, I think Zannet?). I also would like to thank you for working with me to figure out insurance coverage. I know little about insurance so when I had a list of questions you were ready to help me and had answers for all of my questions. I didn’t feel like I was being annoying but instead like I was being listened to. This office appeared to be very busy when I came in but everything ran so smoothly that it made me feel like my daughter and myself were in good hands even when there was a ton going on, we were not lost in a crowd. Is it bad to say that we had fun? – SM

I have seen all three doctors here. They all did equally good with my teeth. Dental work is expensive so I was quite relived when money was never brought up nor an issue. I started going here with no insurance and the billing department helped me find a good discount plan when I approached them for advice on how to best afford major dental work. I am soon to be starting Invisalign which I am nervous about but thrilled I will get this opportunity. I was referred here by a family friend and have been a returning patient ever since.

Dr Gitzen and his team are wonderful! I had to have 2 very large crowns completed this month. For some reason, I was very nervous and they took the time to explain everything that would happen. They really talked me off the ledge! You will not find a more caring and competent dental office. I have been coming here a long time and always been happy with my care.

I concur. Best Dental Office I have been too!! I am so glad my fiancé recommended Interlachen Dental Associates. He researched and researched until he found an excellent dentist in the Twin Cities and Dr. Gitzen and his team are it. My fiancé has been going for multiple years and I have been going for 4 I think? I had a really bad experience with the same dentist group and I wish I would have switched sooner! I have a reoccurring chip in my front teeth and the old group was constantly chipping it in the office visit or their repair would break within 6 months of my cleaning! It was awful. One visit to Dr. Gitzen and his strong repair has not chipped at all! I didn’t think that was possible because my last provider had me believe it would keep chipping. Dr. Gitzen knew that was wrong and was amazing. I am so happy with this office. I adore my Dental Hygienist and look forward to her careful but thorough cleaning and our chats! Also I love that she puts pictures on the ceiling for you to look at while you are laid back in the chair! The staff really takes into consideration your concerns and puts a plan in place for you. The office is clean & comfortable with a friendly staff and I feel safe in their hands. I can’t imagine having another dental provider now.

Basically, no one likes to go to the dentist. But it something that has to be done. At this visit, I needed to have an old filling replaced… Dr. Gitzen is the most patient and kind a dentist I’ve ever had! His attention to detail is amazing, and you never feel rushed, like he needs to get to the next patient… He takes all the time he needs to do the job right! He takes time to answer all your questions, so ask away!!!

I was a dentist hopper. It took me 38 years to find an office I like enough to make it permanent. Interlachen is a great office with great staff and I happily return twice a year. I have been able to put my trust in them 100%. They are patient, kind, knowledgeable, remember me every time I come in. I also take my children here and they always leave with a smile on their face. The family feel and location is what attracted me at first. In the same building as a Starbucks and grocery store. One stop shop.

I have seen Dentist Liberko a few times now and he is someone I will return to see. He is good to talk too and understands what helps me feel good at visits when sometimes I feel nervous about the dentist. He is always nice and communicates clearly. I would highly recommend seeing him. He is also good to my kids. Best dentist in MN. He is also young and knows all th e newest technologies it seems.

I experienced a very thorough cleaning and exam and am very pleased with the treatment I received. There is no doubt I will be back. Today I had the prep work done to replace a crown. Great dental practice. Great experience every time. I go here and so do my children. We love Dr Hughes and think she does the best work on our teeth. My children love to pick out a prize after their appointments and I think this is such a good way to get kids involved in dental care. They take my insurance which is also a plus as many places did not prior to me finding Interlachen. Satisfied customer.

I come here for emergency Pain in two teeth that would not go away. They said I could come in and I did within the hour. I left feeling 100 times better. I would like to share that while I was in the waiting room today I witnessed a person who had arrived for an appointment giving the staff a hard time. The women working did a great job handling this person/situation. It was clear there was patience and compassion that came natural to both. I am very impressed by this display of professionalism. In today’s world we need this, it made me feel I was in a safe environment. Good job to this health care staff for caring about Covid safety and the care of their patrons during a stressful time.

I can’t say enough good things about Interlachen Dental. Not only do I have a great experience each time I visit, my 5 year old son LOVES going to the dentist! He absolutely loves Alesia (his hygienist:) and Dr. Gitzen! They make him feel so comfortable and special each time he is there. I started as a patient of Dr. Gitzen’s when I was single living in south Mpls. Now, 20+ years later, their dental staff has cared for myself, husband and 3 daughters consistently! I can’t say enough good things about their entire staff! We’ve covered the gamut of services here… mouth guards, teeth pulled, fillings, composite work on broken teeth, cleanings and even crowns for a recent implant. They know when to refer issues on for consults needed outside of their services and when to address issues on site. I’d recommend this office highly for entire families!
