Friendly, professional, and efficient team at Intown Dental. I don’t love going to the dentist (who does?) but Dr. Rigby, Amy, and Lindsay made my experience quick and painless. The office is well appointed and convenient for those close to Love Field. I was not loyal to a dentist prior to going to Dr. Rigby and team but there is no doubt in my mind that I will go back to Intown Dental again!

Love the staff, facilities, and service here! They are always so accommodating and friendly with scheduling appointments, handling paperwork, insurance, etc. Amy, Heather, and Dr. Rigby go above and beyond with patient service. They make visiting the dentist a fun getaway from work for the hour!

Dr. Rigby, Heather, and the entire staff have been very nice to me and to my wife. We’ve been going there for a few months now, and I’ve had a couple of visits due to concerns about my teeth. Everything has been taken care of in a very professional way, and it’s pleasant to visit since the staff is all so friendly. Highly recommended.

I’ve seen Dr. Rigby and her staff for many years now. I consistently receive excellent treatment from the moment I walk in the door until my way out. I’m always properly and cheerfully greeted. This practice is equipped with some of the best and most up-to-date equipment. The front office is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Heather, my hygienist, is amicable and a seasoned professional. She is gentle and exercises care when doing the x-rays, cleanings, and scalings. She is very considerate and thorough. Heathered always demonstrate that she enjoys her profession. And outstanding hygienist like Heather is one reason I always keep returning to Intown Dental. Dr. Rigby is a model dentist. She is always very friendly, informative, and helpful. She understands and helps me achieve my goals of proactive dental health care. She also takes time to listen to my concerns and reassures me that I am doing the right things to take care of my oral health. I’ve never had to have Dr. Rigby do any procedure except examine my teeth and x-rays. If I did need treatment; I know I would be in very capable hands. Over the years, my experiences at Intown Dental have always been absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this dentistry practice

Best New Dental Office in Dallas!!! I worked my way through undergrad and grad school as a dental assistant so even though I’m an executive for a non-profit now, I know a little bit about the world of teeth and gums. I’m new to Dallas and have been looking for a dentist ever since my first trip to a dentist here sent me running for the door. So this week I found myself sitting in a different dentist’s office. I have to say, I have pretty high standards having worked for a high end dental practice that focused on cosmetic care. We had state of the art everything, outstanding customer care, and having had them care for my teeth for years I can say: There is nothing I would change about my smile. That said, I was impressed with Dr. Amy Rigby and her office. Her office is paperless. You’ll fill out your initial patient health history, it’ll be scanned in and that’s the extent of your paper footprint. This is a plus for all of us trying to reduce, reuse, and recycle. Intown Dental also offers fully digital x-rays. The amount of radiation required for a digital x-ray is significantly less than traditional films. For someone who is not pregnant yet but is definitely trying, I can appreciate going to the dentist and not worrying about whether or not to have x-rays taken. Dr. Amy has been practicing for over five years and this year opened Intown Dental.
