Literally the greatest dentist office I’ve been in since my pediatric dentist. I voiced my concerns because the last dentist I went to destroyed my mouth and they took amazing care of me. The energy and the atmosphere is fantastic. I could go on forever. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Big shout out to Miley because she’s the bomb DOT com

So impressed with this studio! The hygienist really took her time and gave great feedback. It’s brand new and you can park in the garage for free. Highly recommend! The dentist was professional and personable–you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Estep and staff for about a year now. They are lovely people who are gracious, kind and helpful. Yesterday around 4pm I took a nasty fall on a scooter and chipped my tooth. These miracle workers fit me in and did an incredible job repairing it. It actually looks better than before I chipped it. I honestly can’t recommend them more. It’s difficult to find people you trust implicitly, and I have found this practice to be honorable and prides themselves on the highest standard.

Y’all, I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years…I know, I’m not at all proud to admit that but it’s necessary for the review. I was understandably nervous since I had been putting it off for so long, afraid of what they would tell me, the judgments i would face, and the impending doom that all of my teeth were about to fall out. But that’s not at all what my reality was. From the phone call with the receptionist scheduling my appointment to the end of my diagnosis, I felt completely comforted and taken care of. Tiffany was my dental hygienist and she seriously couldn’t have been sweeter or more understanding. I literally didn’t feel judged once. She was caring and nurturing and was as gentle as possible and I appreciated it so much. And then of course, there’s Dr. Susan Estep. She was absolutely amazing, so incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has a lot of love and care for her patients and her profession. She made me feel 100% at ease and I would honestly let her deliver my baby, I trust her that much. I have a few procedures to get done, but I’m actually shockingly looking forward to them because I know I will be in the best care possible and they will do everything they can to keep me comfortable. Honestly can not recommend this place enough!

Highlights for me: 1) Easy & FREE parking at the Plaza Midtown 2) Beautiful office including TVs on the wall and ceiling (yes ceiling) of every room equipped with Netflix and a Roku headset just for you 🙂 3) Very sweet staff. I felt welcomed at all 3 of my appointments. Ask for Mo! 4) Dr. Estep is a pro. She spent so much time with me during my first consultation and identified things two other highly rated dentists in midtown missed Thank you!

I had the best experience ever today with Intown Smile Studio. I have a serious phobia of dentists and they did everything to make me feel at ease. I did not feel any pain what so ever- probably got around 5 numbing shots and didn’t feel anything. They offer nitrous oxide and prescribe Xanax for extra anxious patients. I was tucked in with a blanket and neck pillow with lavender essential oils and felt super safe and comfortable. I will be recommending them to everyone!!!! Side note- they also offer Botox for teeth grinding and forehead lines.

This place is amazing. Dentistry meets luxury without murdering your pockets!! The service is phenomenal! Facilities are top-notch! Dr. Estep has excellent bedside manner and is very thorough! Katie Dean is overseeing my Invisalign treatment and has been a heaven-sent!! She takes time to go over my treatment progress during my checkups and makes sure to address any questions or concerns I may have. I actually look forward to my appointments!! If you’re thinking about booking, do it now!!!!!!

I’m not sure where to begin. Let’s start with the office. Omg it’s so pretty and doesn’t feel like your typical intimidating dentist  office. It’s more like a spa setting. I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. The decor is beautiful and it’s extremely clean, which is a must for me. I love love love the team! They are so friendly and non judgmental. They mapped out an entire plan for my healthiest possible smile. The technology Dr.Estep’s office has is outstanding, there were honestly things that I didn’t even know existed. This is truly a place that cares about you and your mouth. I call them the mouth saviors. It didn’t hurt and most importantly they are all about working from your mouth health to your body health. They don’t use mercury fillings or anything else that has a negative effect on your teeth. Everyone is so nice and truly works on your mouth like you are their only patient. I never felt rushed, I never waited to be seen, I never felt like the work was mediocre, and they give you great at home tips/treats to care for your smile. I love them, as long as I’m in Atlanta this will forever be my only dentist office. I wish more people knew about them, this is truly a hidden gem. Thanks guys you’re transforming my smile and confidence! P.s. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, they have heated neck pillows, flat screens where you can watch Netflix’s, and this isn’t an invasive dentist office. The technology and office itself is very modern. Do your mouth a favor and switch dentist lol

Love Intown Smiles! Dr. Estep and her staff are amazing. I am going there for some light orthodontic work (expander and Invisalign), and have been extremely happy thus far. I love how Dr. Estep is always staying up to date on new studies, practices, conferences, etc. The office itself has a warm contemporary feel which is nice change up from the normal outdated and “stuffy” dental offices. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Susan Estep has always been preferred as Atlanta’s Top Cosmetic Dentist, however, she is also a unique healthcare provider because of how much continuing education she partakes in. The woman is super-smart! During the time of her transition, I needed emergency care. The referral experience was sufficient, but I couldn’t wait to get back in Dr. Susan Estep’s chair and care because she practices total wellness dentistry and looks and scans for diseases that other physicians often overlook. I had my first appointment at their new beautiful office last week. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The attention to detail, service, and chair-side manner by both the hygienist and Dentist were first-class. I wish all doctor experiences could be like this office. I love that Dr. Estep is always in the know with the best dental practices. With their wholistic approach, it’s refreshing to see how their healthcare encompasses care beyond dental care.

By far the most comprehensive dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. They really care and think about dentistry as part of an all encompassing view of wellness. Warm, caring and inviting are the best ways to describe the staff and all the little extras like the TVs in the ceiling really do make you feel more relaxed and comfortable

An excellent experience!! I love when I have appointments with them. The entire staff is amazing!! Dr. Estep is a gem! She makes you feel right at home and her knowledge gives you the confidence that you are in the right hands. Katie Dean is fantastic. She is helping me with my Invisalign treatment and I can’t express enough how graceful, professional and kind she is. Bedside manner is beyond words! The facilities are bonkers!! Everything is top-notch and no stone was left unturned here! Don’t worry about someone trying to oversell you, either. They provide and address the services you are interested in and only suggest what they absolutely believe is appropriate for your case. So glad I found them!!

Dr Estep comes from a very successful practice Atlanta Dental Spa that she co-owned (Roswell&Buckhead) and now brings that special attention and expertise to good ole Midtown. How lucky are we?!! Meeting with her was impromptu and random. She immediately embraced me! Our meeting ended with a big hug. I instantly knew she was going to be my favorite dentist ever. My first appointment was a comprehensive consultation. You’ll spend a couple of hours there taking pictures, X-rays, and chatting with her and the hygienist. I loved how thorough everything was and really appreciate them taking the time to listen to my concerns and coming up with a game plan to get my the very best smile possible. I also had a painless deep cleaning with Deb who is the best hygienist! She’s so personable and knows her stuff. My second appointment was with Dr Estep. I got those nasty mercury fillings out and it’s was absolutely painless. I was able to catch up on Mad Men on Netflix. She utilizes all of the latest technology to make everything easy, fast and efficient. Overall, if you’re looking for someone to give you exceptional service, laser focus on your health and wellness before anything else and can give you the smile you have always wanted, then go here. It’s beyond the best decision you’d ever make. Payment is expected at the time of visit. Most insurances are accepted. They have financial options like CareCredit that can help you get the care you want and need that day in the form of monthly payments! 😉

One of my crowns came off on my upper front teeth and I needed it fixed the same day. I called Intown Smile Studio and although they were pretty booked they did get me in and my smile looks great again. I appreciate so much that they got me in last minute. By the way, my crowns are 20 years old so I guess I can’t complain too much !

This place was amazing!!! I’ve never had a visit like this before. There was a minor hiccup with my insurance but I was seen anyway and they handled the insurance after the appointment. Everyone was so nice and friendly. This visit wasn’t just clean and go, everything was checked from my head to the lymph nodes in my throat and explained a way I could understand. I will always go back. Now if they offered in-house insurance they wouldn’t be able to get rid of me

In the quest to perfect my smile, I consulted with several dentist offices about having veneers placed. Upon arriving at this office, I was immediately taken back by how gorgeous the office is. Very modern and relaxing–they even have tv’s in the ceiling and give you warm neck pillows!  After finally meeting Dr. Estep, I knew my search was over. I have never met a dentist this caring! Dr. Estep listened to my concerns and made me feel as if I was the only patient she was treating. This is the level of service her entire staff provides. They made sure this entire experience was pleasant and dare I even say… FUN? I am elated to say I finally have the smile of my dreams!

My first visit was yesterday and after a very thorough and comprehensive visit I am happy to report that I feel I have found the best fit for me here in Atlanta! Dr. Estep is warm, welcoming and humble and offered to work with my oral surgeon out of country to ensure I have the best care available! My hygienist Lacey is an AMAZING coach.. knowing when to ask questions and LISTEN before recommending the precise tests and services that would appeal to me personally and based upon my history and experience! Couldn’t be more impressed with my first visit and look forward to the findings of the oral microbiome testing that they offer! The office is clean and modern and offers Kangen alkaline water as well as fair trade, organic coffee and holistic/integrative health magazines to read but you won’t have time.. the time spent in the office is with caring practitioners who care to get to know you! So happy this office has finally opened in Atlanta, it’s not easy to find truly patient-centered professionals! THANK YOU!!

I’ve been actively searching for an honest, caring, and genuine dentist in ATL area! I am so glad I chose through recommendations and research Intown Smile Studio. Dr. Estep values her patients and explains in detail how oral health is connected to the rest of your body and provides preventative measures. The StellaLife products they recommend has helped me tremendous with my oral health. I appreciate the quality and the coziness experience Dr. Estep and her team provides. This office makes you feel like you’ve never left home!

Dr.Estep and her team are now considered family after all they have done for us. My fiance has had numerous surgeries over the years because of a bad wreck years back. Since then he’s had work done that ended badly and could have killed him. He opened up to Dr.Estep and her assistant, Miranda, about all that had happened. Since his wreck he has not smiled. He was so self-conscious of his teeth because of what had happened to them in the wreck that he would never smile. That has always been a burden on him. I will say this, I’ve never met more compassionate individuals from whom we had just met 30 minutes prior. Knowing the urgency of the situation, they were already working on the best solution for us. By the end of our visit we knew we were in the best hands we could find. I’m not sure if it was their compassion, the fact that they made us feel more like family, or how hard they have worked for us, but I cannot think of a better doctor and team. From our first visit to our post op, we always felt like family. They always kept us in the loop and made sure we were comfortable with everything. As my fiance was having his hundredth surgery, Dr.Estep and Miranda would constantly update me on how he was doing and calm my nerves the best way they could. After his surgery he looked at me and gave me a big SMILE! Dr.Estep, Miranda, and their whole team are responsible for making my fiance’s dream come true. They cared that much to save him and make his dream come true before our wedding day. Now he smiles all the time and I cannot tell you the joy that brings me. To Dr.Estep, Miranda, and the entire staff, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you all have done. We couldn’t be happier with the results and we are so glad to call you family.
