I was lucky enough to chance upon Dr. Badawi and his fabulous staff at Citidental Tremont and I’m so thankful I did! Admittedly, I had a ton of dental work that I had been neglecting and desperately wanted to take care of, and they laid out a solid plan for us to tackle together. I don’t know all of his staff by name (there are some new faces as the office is growing rapidly – a good sign for those seeking a new dentist), but I do know Katherine and she has always been super friendly and SO helpful! Dr. Badawi is great at what he does and always a pleasure (how often do you find yourself laughing in the dentist chair?)! Aside from regular dental work, I look foward to continue coming here for the cosmetic dentistry I’m looking to complete. If you’re in the Boston area and in need of a new dentist, I highly recommend this group of professionals!

Professional and friendly. I have seen so much progress in my teeth my friends wonder why I need it because in 6 months my teeth look almost perfect and I have to remind them what I started with. Most times when I say I’m wearing braces I get the common response “where?” That’s how invisible they are. I’m extremely happy I did this. No regrets. I love this Center.

They have wonderful office managers, who are knowledgeable about insurance as well as dental procedures, and nice as well. They have 2 exceptional doctors, who treat you like a person, and perform excellent work , as do the specialists that come to their offices.very nice hygienists, I would highly recommend their services.

Awesome work, great patient service. Invisalign was totally new to me, but after completing my session there, I had a better-looking smile along with a newfound appreciation for dental work. They stay in touch throughout the procedure and check on how I am doing with my aligners, including the amount of hours I wear them and whether I am taking them off. This is an example of how you take care of your patients. Appreciate the service, referrals from me coming your way!

I went to Citnidental because I had a very bad pain where my wisdom tooth was supposedly removed 4 years ago by another dental practice. Dr. Badawi was the first dentist I saw when arriving and he greeted me with a warm smile. I was not in the best mood, as I was in extreme pain due to my wisdom tooth. He was gentle and friendly, and even checked in with me a few times to make sure I was okay while I waited for the surgeon. Dr. Badawi knew how nervous I was and was very professional, kind, and made me feel more calm. When Dr. Hidetada Moroi arrived he had the tooth extracted painlessly within 15 minutes!! As I mentioned before, the dentist who I had seen 4 years ago must have not extracted the tooth at all or fully, regardless, I remember it was over an hour of him pulling on my tooth trying to extract it, and I was in excruciating pain during the entire process! I never had my wisdom tooth removed so I assumed it was normal practice. Thank you Citidental for your professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and expertise! I look forward to going back for a cleaning. Thank you!

I continue to see Dr. Badawi for all my dental care because he is the best dentist I have ever met. The experience starts with his professional office staff as they try to accommodate my busy schedule. His hygenists are as familiar with my dental history as he is, and are quick to spot any changes that may be of concern. His cosmetic expertise gave me my smile back. I highly recommend CITIDental.

The best decision I’ve ever made ​​when it comes about my teeth – the doctors are really good and do they best to make you smile! Great dentist with very skilled and friendly staff! Not the cheapest but you get what you payed for! If your teeth are important to you than stop looking you just found your one stop place! What I like the most about this place is the extra time they spent at explaining everything they do and are about to do with transparency when it come to price so no surprises.

My experience was wonderful. I had a very complete exam and had Dr. Badawi answer all my questions. He explained my treatment in a way that completely made sense and he was so detailed. I had photos taken and xrays and he clearly explained my treatment needs. The office was super clean and staff really friendly. I am happy I found this office and Dr. Badawi and his great staff.
