Today was my first visit to the office. I had the pleasure of meeting Karen, who fills in for Dr. KB Parkes usual dental hygienist . Karen was awesome! I wish she was a full-time member of their team. She took such good care and explained everything to me and was so friendly. When it was time to meet with Dr. Parkes! He was professional, cordial, and actually took an interest in getting to know me for a few minutes before the exam. It is really important to me when establishing a new dentist, Doctor, or hairstylist. Not only are the office is clean, but the staff is extremely helpful and friend Yourself a favor and book an appointment now! You won’t be disappointed. Top notch all the way!

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Parkes. From the moment I stepped back with Carrie to begin, I was blown away. Carrie was so incredibly sweet, thoughtful and caring. I get migraines and have trigeminal neuralgia so I’m always timid with dentists since dental work can trigger both. She took this into consideration with such empathy. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and when it was time for Dr. Parkes to come in I was just as impressed. He demeanor was stellar. I would recommend anyone to this team and look forward to years with them.

This office has the best service of any dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Parkes was very friendly, and the staff was very helpful with scheduling and insurance. I didn’t have to wait at all, and my hygienist was excellent. I will recommend this dental practice to my friends or anyone who needs a dentist in Nashville

At an incredible group of professionals under one gorgeous roof. I have had the pleasure of working with several dentists there as has my husband. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs any dental work at all. They are able to do the typical cleaning all the way to dental implants! They have a surgical suite and the entire office setup is new and absolutely second to none! They can do a crown in 1 visit…yes, I said one visit! The technology is second to none as well! Kudos to Dr Jody Glover, Dr Tyler Smith, Dr Karen Keenan & Dr KB Parkes! Their staff also rocks…and you cannot go wrong with this fine group of people! We absolutely love them! JCW

I still cannot get over how easy getting a crown for a back tooth was with KB Parkes ! I worried that it would hurt and delayed dealing with it. It couldn’t have been better ! They have a new numbing gel that really works so you feel absolutely no pain whatsoever ! Their new facilities are gorgeous and immaculately clean. While undergoing the procedure I had thoughts of gratitude that I was in such good hands and so lucky to be here at Iroquois. Their new machine made my crown and Voila ! It was done to perfection, and I was on my way. No more having to return in a week to have the crown placed-all done in the same visit. I can say I will not wait so long next time. KB is the BEST dentist ! It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend !!!

I have been going here for years and I will continue to go here. They are great! Cleanings are always quick and the office stays on time. They don’t push unnecessary procedures. They take care of your teeth and if they see something that needs attention they let you know. They are great.

They are awesome at Iroquois! I have seen both Dr. Parkes and Dr. Keenan and both have been great. The facility is beautiful, they are very careful in regards to covid restrictions and are comforting considering the dentist isn’t always the most fun place to be 😉 I highly recommend!

I’ve had both an implant through Iroquois and two minor procedures. The absolute care and detail are outstanding. The minor procedures I’ve had done before at 2 other dentists. As soon as KB started, I knew it would look completely different with him because of the precision tools/techniques he was using. He didn’t settle for “eh, it’ll work”. The staff is so enjoyable. In fact, my “favorite” person there I kidded that I so love being in her presence that I’ll drop by every few months to take her to lunch. Bottom line: don’t waste time trying other dentistry offices. Iroquois is your new dental home.

I’ve been going to Iroquois for about 7 years now and have had a great experience with Dr. KB Parkes and my hygienist, Mary. They’ve taken great care of my teeth and have taken the time to get to know me over the years, which I appreciate. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentists are really sweet and make it an enjoyable experience. I’ve referred friends here and they have also had a great experience.

Top notch dental practice. Great staff, comfortable facility, knowledgeable dentists who can answer questions and take the time to do so. I have been a client here for 25+ years and all three of my kids have gone here to. I don’t want to think about going anywhere else.

I am very pleased with the service I have gotten from Iroquois dentistry. Dr. Parkes is my dentist and he has gone the extra mile to make sure that I got the best service. They are also one of very few dentists to offer at home KOR whitening, which will be great for my ultra sensitive teeth. Just got my impressions taken! One more note…the front office staff here is wonderful as well. They make you feel like your business is valued and they are happy to hear from you.

I always recieve the best care and attention from Iroquois Dentistry. Dr Waltemathe, Dr Keenan, and Dr Parkes are the best. I will see any one of them with no preference. I don’t like waiting for doctors and it just doesn’t happen there. I get right in since they run on time…sometimes I arrive a little early and they still get me started with out waiting. The hygienists are great too. I get thorough, gentle cleanings.

I switched to this practice after 3 years of driving back to Wisconsin to a dentist I loved. I was very nervous and they definitely impressed me. My hygienist was very thorough and did an excellent job with my cleaning. They made it possible for me to finally start lower J-line invisible braces. Two weeks after my biannual check up I have my bottom J-line braces on. So excited to finally start this process. This is the first time going to this dentist for cleaning and the invisible braces. I am very impressed. They are very thorough.

Dr. K. B. Parkes always goes above and beyond to take care of his patients! He is always respectful and professional. His vast knowledge of even complex dental issues is amazing and he has the resources to handle them. I highly recommend Iroquois Family Dentistry!

I may run out of superlatives. It’s the best environment I’ve ever been in for a dental or medical appointment. The team is exceptional and they have embraced safety procedures at every turn during this pandemic. I was truly impressed. Most importantly, having been a patient for over 25 years (beyond a 5-star rating), I was worried that the new office would change the casual, familial atmosphere. It hasn’t. Mary is still the best!!! Thanks Dr. Parkes for embracing and continuing the culture of casual comfort and excellence that Dr. Waltemath started.

I had a cracked molar……I finished the process by breaking the entire back side of tooth off….this was at lunch on a Tuesday. Called the office and Dr. Parks worked me into his schedule. Even though I do not like going to the dentist, these guys make it easy. Since starting with Dr Waltermath in 1992 and now with KB. These guys are family. to quote a famous movie quote “I’ll be back”

Dr. Parks was great. I was worried about going to the dentist since it’s been about 4 years since I’ve been. Dr. Parks made me feel at ease and worked on cleaning up some of my problem areas with plaque buildup and now I have a plan in place for every 6 month cleaning. Highly recommend to anyone who is worried or scared of going to the dentist. He really makes you feel comfortable and confident in coming back to see him.

Everyone is so nice. Mary has been cleaning my teeth for many years now, & I love her, she is awesome. All new equipment to go with the beautiful new place. Fixing to get bright white teeth, & 2 new caps on front teeth. I will have to let everyone know how they are, on my next feed back.
