The patient/Physician relationship is excellent with Dr. Irvin. Exam, explanations, options, pricing are all discussed the first visit. Once the plan is established, dates are set up and your process to dental health begins. Dr. Irvin and your personal Dentist remain in contact. I had to have a small adjustment done after years of generally good dental health, and they handled it well. They recommended invisiline for my small adjustment, and it worked perfectly. They also kept checking in every 6 months after I was done with the treatment to make certain things were going well. You really do need to keep up with the trays.

I have been going here for invisalign treatment. The staff is wonderful and knowledgable and they explain what is going in very effectively. The visits for new sets are quick but I never leave with any questions or concerns, as all are addressed before I go. Edit: I’ve completed my invisalign and now only go for retainer checks. My teeth look amazing and they are great at making sure everything is staying on track.

Dr. Irvin and his team have been fantastic! Very friendly and professional – and they made my teeth look great! I had braces as a child, but was very upset that my lower teeth drifted and became extremely crooked as an adult. My wife used to kid me that I had “one tooth trying to leave my mouth.” I thought my teeth were too crooked for Invisalign, but I was wrong! In almost no time, my teeth started to look better, and no one knew I was wearing braces! If you are unhappy with your smile, go talk to Dr. Irvin and his team of happy helpers. They will make you smile – and not be self-conscious about it when you do!

I first had the pleasure of going to Dr. Irvin’s office in 1987 and had the metal braces for about a year and a half. He was extremely nice as was all the employees. I recently had to visit his office because I lost my retainer shortly after having my braces removed and never replaces it. After 30 years without my retainer, my teeth began to shift. During my first visit, one of the orthodontist assistants remembered me! It was recommended I get invisaligns. Just started wearing them with no issues. I look forward to the visits because they are so nice! Of course, Dr. Irvin recommended getting a permanent retainer this time, lol. I would DEFINITELY recommend him for anyone looking for orthodontic work. He and his staff are definitely the BEST!

My daughter and I arrived for our 8:00 AM appointment and found the office to be beautifully decorated and a warm welcome. Vivian assisted us with photos and introductions to the practice and a brief summary of what we could expect. She also clearly explained the fees and payment options. After going to two other orthodontist in the area, I found Dr. Irvin’s counsel very different and impressive. He seemed very knowledgeable about Visalign braces and he took the time to look at my teeth and gave me the best advise. Dr. Irvin is a wonderful orthodontist. He came highly recommended to us by our dentist, whose own children were patients of his. When our dentist referred us for orthodontic services, his advice to us was, “Chose who is the best fit for your family and your needs. Be sure you don’t look simply look at the Dr, but observe his employees, his office, the ease of appointments and scheduling etc…because you will be spending a lot of time there, and it will all matter”. That is truly good advice, and we can attest to the fact that Irvin Orthodontics has been great in all aspects. We have been promptly seen at appointments, have been accommodated for any type of emergency/last minutes schedule issues, and the staff has been very helpful with billing and benefit issues. ALSO, I appreciate that Dr Irvin wanted to preserve our daughter’s natural “smile” while fixing her teeth, as opposed to forcing the quest for perfection upon us (which is always an option, for those who choose that route…but we liked our daughter’s sweet smile, without the problems from overlapping teeth). I don’t feel like we were being ‘upselled’ or mis-informed over any procedures. Our family is very happy with the service , and highly recommend Dr.Irvin to anyone seeking treatment.
